The balance beam has finally given way and now is in the bottom of the creek
What a fun little cache that well deserves a favourite point! Fortunately I got away with the retrieval but I have to admit to emptying my pockets first just in case I was the unlucky one! Several vehicles passed by whilst I was performing the duties; I wonder what they must have thought I was up to?!
We've had our eye on this cache for a while as it's one of those rare difficulty/terrain combinations that we've been slowly ticking off one by one, and this cache turned out to be our final one required to complete our 'well-rounded cacher' challenge!
Thanks for an enjoyable & fun cache!

Eventually got back to this one while out on a driving lesson with Geo Son. Sent him out to retrieve while I gave directions from the bank. Thank you Bounty Trackers for a challenging cache
If it takes my 16 stone i think it may take a few more cachers lol,
I went all the way over before realising my mistake.Lucky my partner didn,t have a camera on hand TFTC Bounty Trackers SL

@ 10.29pm Cache #760
I was hoping one of the kids would volunteer for this mission being half my weight but oh no! They were more interested in some YouTube footage. Very glad to disappoint them ( this time anyway)
Thx Bounty trackers for the cache with quite a difference.
For the next finder, ask yourself how many more cachers will it take??????

Out today on a last minute outing. Team Morno today consisting of Hazey1, Bigea12, geobat2000 and myself on a quick run to pick up the orphan caches in this area that have been missed or have been published since I cleared the area.
Lots of laughs on this one. Hazey1 offered to retrieve the cache first and demonstrate his acrobatic skills to celebrate his 1000'th cache find.
Hmmm interesting hide, not really kiddy friendly but certainly fun today.

TFTC, Joint find "Team Morno" today consisting of Saulman1010, Bigea12, geobat2000 and myself. Hmm first of all "1000" find, YAY jumping up and down and up and down, not on that beam of course. Well tested my luck on this one and ummm overlooked the cache so took the bridge too far, and then had to come back and get the cache; yep def some please tell my family i love them moments. Happy to have this one off the list and glad it could be my 1000 with its rating; timber is well umm has umm seen better days, but will be interesting to see when it finally gives.
Found 10:55, BB#2, being the lighter portion of the team, ventured out on the beam to collect the cache whilst BB#1 shouted directions from the sidelines.
We have no quibble with the terrain/difficulty rating as this one neatly replaces one of the grids, that went missing when another cache was re-rated. We will however watch this cache, with interest, to see which "lucky" cacher takes a dip in the muddy waters below, courtesy of this cache [:o)]
TNLN, CSI=3, thanks Bounty Trackers.

So tempted, could see it, almost to it.... wobbling too for us. So close, but not prepared to risk it. Why, why, why do you torment us so? Will think about an alternate approach. Thanks Bounty Trackers
Even though the GPS was pointing to this side, it was obvious that the cache was on the other. I have no problem with heights, but I do have a problem with timber that is so rotted that you can see through it. I ummed and ahhed about the risks and thought that it wasn't worth it. Not for the first time on a cache either.
Our second attempt, Geohusband to the rescue again Perhaps I nees a shirt J does all my stunts. TFTC YB.
Made my dad go and get this as he had to chech to see if log got wet or not all ok Thanks Bounty Trackers for the cache and the retrieval sl
The Bounty Trackers had to check on this one so as he got cache to see if it got wet we all signed the log Thanks Bounty Trackers for the cache
Tagged along with the Bounty Trackers and as he was checking cache today we all signed the log
Check this one today because of the down poor last night,it is still there,JUST. check photo to see how high the water got
Not exactly a did not find but rather geo husband wouldn't attempt it. (No floaties in the car.
Water far too high and running fast to risk this cache beam moving with water flow.
Well done to Bec for going out on the edge . Great Cache. Got to go as a favorite. TFTC
TFTC went with Sirillion, had a good laugh about who would retrieve the cache - I did great first find
Interesting Balance Beam.. that is not what I thought.
My balance wasnt good...
Will come back with better idea.
Thanks

Found this one while out for a short ride on the motorbike. An easy cache to find but not easy to reach when dressed in full motorbike gear and the torrent of water from recent rains had me thinking either me or the cache was going to end up very wet but fortunately all went well.SL
Thanks BOUNTY TRACKERS for this cache.
Thanks BOUNTY TRACKERS for this cache.
found this one today got half way to it and chickened out as things didn't feel right O so close but couldn't reach. Maybe next time when weather is warmer I will try again. Just in case I don't make it.
We came, we saw (the cache), but we didn't conquer. There must have been a lot of rain here recently, as the bank was quite slippery, there was a lot of water flowing by, and we decided not to risk trying to reach it.

*FTF* Headed out today with my boys Tyler and Cooper for some caching in the area between Tooradin and Longwarry. This one was in the area so it was only natural to drop by and try and find it. Pulled up near GZ and started the search. Cooper looked on from the car while Tyler sat at the top while I hunted around. The clue had me puzzled as I couldn't see too many places where it could be and then . . aha there it is. Retrieved the cache and found an empty logbook. Quickly checked the cache online and saw it had been published a few days before but no finders. You gotta love a suprise FTF. Love the hide and had no problems getting it. Thanks The Bounty Trackers.
