I came over to WA last year for WAGB 23 and had such a great time so I decided to come back over again for this years events in Augusta. So after all of the planning with dates worked out my work decided that I could only have one week off so flying over was my only option. So I flew into to Perth and my first stop will be Busselton for 2 nights. It has been 47 years since I was in this part of WA and Im really looking forward to the re visit.Im making my way down the coast and picking out caches that look interesting to me.After spending a bit of time in Bunbury it was back to the Geo Rent a Car to continue along the coast.Made my way around the roadworks, cones and traffic lights and eventually got to the gate.Made my way on foot and soon reached GZ.Had a great play with this one but just could not get it to work but I got there in the end.A fav goes out to you for this one. Thanks Moneybox TFTC.
After negotiating the roadworks, road cones, temporary lights and the gate we easily found but unfortunately this awesome invention could not recharge as it used to.obviously money box had put in a lot of work to create . Put lid back on container . If next person has a dry logbook they could replace .crazy cache container idea .tftc
The geocaching plan for Taurus Six and I today was to clear up some straggler and some new geocaches in the Busselton area . We decided to head down that way for a nice walk along the waterfront as well as have a lovely brunch as well. It actually felt a little cooler today for the first time in a very long time perfect weather for geocaching. It did get warmer though as morning turned into afternoon . The road works made collecting a few of the geocaches harder than it otherwise would have been and we did have a few dnfs too mainly due to muggles . All in all though it was good to have a few more yellow smilies in this area. This was our first cache find of the day . We had this one on our radar for a very long time . Road works had deterred us in recent times . Also we are never that keen to search on private property so we were happy to put it off. Anyway today was the day so we parked up at the gate and took the short stroll to the gz. We can see that it would have been an amazing and innovative cache in its day. In its current form it is broken and worst for ware , we took a photo to prove we were there . Thanks for the cache Money box .
A exciting idea for a cache, it's unfortunate that it wasn't working, although we signed the logbook anyway. Found with Teamlaroche. Tftc
This must have been great when it was fully working! Found with Redrobbin25. Tftc
We parked at the gate and made our way to GZ. Well that is some contraption Mr Parko got to work and after a while we worked out the workings of this thing. It isn't working how it is meant to, but still we did have some fun with it. Thanks Moneybox for bringing us here
The original cache looks like a lot of fun would be great to see it resurrected . Quick grab today on our travels
On our way back to Perth and decided to drop in after previously coming past but seeing it was closed, before knowing we could go in. So went again today. Found log easily. Will stop again in the future and put some more time into it. TFTC
One of the most exciting caches we have ever found!
Ive never found a trackable passport before but it appears the actual trackable has been taken and the passport left behind

Despite the weather we parked outside the gate and walked to gz. Nobody seemed concerned we were there. Got to pumping and when we pulled the trigger. . Whee that was a surprise. Thought we'd broken something haha. Fp from us
Apologies, this was supposed to be dropped when I signed the log, still learning
This was a really cool find. We absolutely loved it! Very well done, thank you for taking the time. Have placed a Travel Bug in it.
FlutterbySquishy has very kindly carried out maintenance on this cache. Thank you FlutterbySquishy.
Old log book disposed of as unable to write in.
Old container replaced ... What I've done is left the container that has the seal in it and put a new round container on top
The old container has a split lid, let in water.
Left all swaps in the container.

This would normally deserve a fp however the old log was mouldy and unable to write in.
I perform quick maintenance with what I had
The mechanics of this cache still work, so with my replacement of log/ container etc you will have a good cache again.

Came down to see the cows, hoofed around a bit got the caches in town and then made the way back, getting some labs in Bunbury and then home. Great day, great views.
I heard legend of this cache, however I am sad that it is not functioning anymore.
Nonetheless I signed a log book.
This is my 3433 find.
Thank you Moneybox for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!

Couldn’t access cache. Gate closed and locked.
Maybe cache needs to be archived now?

I feel a bit cheeky logging this... visited the site and pumped for a long time pushed the lever and... nothing there was a sad log book sitting on the ground which i tried to sign but it was too soggy. Keen to come back and get this one properly!
Don't think it is functioning correctly, it is easy to access the logbook.
Thanks Moneybox.
Thanks Moneybox.
Couldn't get it to work, but looks like it has to be pumped up for a long time. Will be back another time to try again!
Tftc, love it, we all had a good old pump and enjoyed watching the cache hover shortly
Found it. Would of been cool to see it working properly but still was good to find. Tftc.
Found with SAWRT who has done it previously although now the mechanism has fallen apart. A cool cache tho. Tftc
Heading south with Kapelula ICNothing and geotrakka (KAMEINGT) on our girls weekend.
I really enjoyed this one with no one around., built up some muscles. Not sure if we managed desired outcome but still found the replacement log. Saw some rabbits cruising around. Fav point from me

Away on a girls weekend to Bussleton with ICnothing, Kapelula and meme28. Hoping to hit some milestones during our adventures. Signing as a team this weekend KAMEINGT. Thank you to all the COs for placing their caches along the way for is to enjoy.
Very clever! TFTH!
Found whilst out on an extended weekend road trip to Busselton, Dunsborough and surrounds with I C Nothing, Meme28 and geotrakka. Signed log as KAMEINGT.

Finally our girls weekend has arrived Kapelula, Meme28, Geotrekka and I C Nothing are heading south with four full days of caching to celebrate some birthdays and geo milestones. We have been puzzling like crazy in preparation so our aim is to find those caches and everything else that takes our fancy. Maybe even a challenge or two. Signed log as Kameingt.
VERY COOL!!! Definitely a favourite. The log book is wet and mouldy though as the container lid is broken. Still amazing and working great.
I am currently visiting WA from Adelaide for a few weeks, travelling mostly around the southwest, exploring, visiting friends and family and finding a few caches along the way.
I spent the night camped outside Capel, with the WAGB Arrow series of puzzles my main aim for the day.
I stopped in at this cache on the way. I was a bit tentative about entering the property, but the cache was found quickly. I then set about the process of accessing the logbook, which worked perfectly and gave me a bit of a surprise.
Thanks Moneybox for a very creative and entertaining cache. A favourite point for the work that has gone into it.

Had a bit of fun with this and once we heard the noise we knew where to turn our attention. A fave point.
TFTC Moneybox this is find # 7647 for us.

This sounds like it would have been a great cache. Being within closed gates goes against my morals though. What a shame
I found the mechanism, but couldnt figure out what the presrure is meant to do. There were several broken pipes. I could not find the log. A shame it doesnt work anymore. TFTC
First geocache to kick off our trip down the coast
Love the creativity here it's something we don't see as much in the city !
Favorite point from us

After having a great time at the WAGB weekend it was time to head north with maccamob as they headed home and I headed towards Geraldton.
There were so many caches to choose to look for as we made our way to Perth that we decided on mysteries we had solved and caches with a lot of favourite points.
We were disappointed to find that the cheese factory was no longer open to visitors and then disappointed again that we didn't get to see this fun cache in action the way we believe that it should have been but we were able to add our names to the log.
I am still leaving behind a favourite point for what has been a fantastic concept, thanks for bringing me here.

Found by Mary & David, in company with Mrs Crackers, at 1135. Hmm. When we found this one, the log container was inside the large camo container, and not nearby where it seemed to belong. We didn't try it, but assume that the technology has ceased working correctly. Have seen something similar at Denmark. Recommend a check by the CO. Our thanks to Moneybox.
TFTC found this one after long break from Geocaching on the way back from looking for Boronia down on Blackwood was a great fine thank you
Firstly, apologies for the lateness in logging.
Despite my tardiness, you can be assured I enjoyed each and every cache found and not found.
Apologies if this is a generic log, my memory is good, but not that good.
Thanks again Moneybox, adding to the faves of course

Well Done!!! Loved this one! Found with VikingNav today as we traveled from Bunbury to Albany. Thanks for the fun cache!
On our way from Bunbury to Albany, finding a few caches along the way. Found parking near the gate and walked to the cache. Spent a moment getting things recharged and into the green, then let her go. Fun gadget cache. TFTC
The owner of this property is aware of the cache.... permission is given to enter the gate and retrieve the cache.
Shop closed up.
As it is on Private Property, this needs to be moved as it cannot be reached.

I believe this store is closed indefinitely.
Hopefully they reopen so we still get this cache (and cheese)

Came here for my 500th groundspeak cache but sadly the gates were still locked at 10.15am! :'(
Geocaching has taken me on many adventures over the years all over Australia and overseas. It has also introduced me to a brilliant and diverse group of people, many of whom are now close friends.
Today I was lucky enough to be out and about with some of those friends and we targeted this cache.
Sorry for the late log, but thanks for adding to the adventure!
Thanks Moneybox for placing this cache.

A great find while on our way down to dunsborough. Took us a while to figure out what was going on but in the end it was met with delight and we then had to video the whole thing!

We are holidaying in Busselton and trying to add to our tally while we are being tourists. Love that there is a cache here so we have 2 reasons to drag the kids here against their wishes. The cache co-ords were spot on and the camouflaged unit was identified easily. The instructions were followed and then "what the?" ..... "where the?" ..... "how the?" We have to admit to repeating the activity a few times and photos and video were taken. It is a fabulous idea and brilliantly executed. Wish we could award more than one fave point to this one. We are now on the hunt for another one to top this for our next cache (which will be a milestone) but fear we have peaked at 999. Thank you Moneybox! You have set the bar very high!
Awesome Love your work. We needed a special cache for the day and this one certainly meets that. The only problem was ants had made their home in the starting mechanism.
Early morning expedition to this one on my way back to Perth.
Cache safely in hand I retreated to the car to sign the log, when I discover that I'm covered in ants all down my left side. Out of the car I jumped to do what I like to the call the "Holy Hell Get Them Off Me" dance.
This obviously attracted the attention of the local workers and one came over to ask what was going on.
After a brief explanation and assuring him that the owner had given permission it was time to get all the formalities done and replace the hide.
I really enjoy these mechanism caches, I left a small green counter with my name on it in the cache and a favourite point from me here. TFTC.

Now sitting down to coffee and cheesecake to replenish the energy. What a great experience! Had us flummoxed at first but we persisted and were rewarded. Signed log, left our pathtag but did not find a TB. TFTC Moneybox, and another fave on its way!
Got worn out taking turns and getting frustrated with the red herring that we needed sustenance. So we just had to stop and taste some cheeses ........ Oh well they had cheesecake too so a cappuccino to wash the cheesecake down and time to log this one properly
Thanks for this one moneybox. A fav from me to add to the list.

What a fantastic cache! I know it's been said before, but we wish we could give it more than 1 favourite! One of the best we've seen. TFTC.
And there she blows. But where? We herd Something go pop and bounce somewhere. After a brief search, Aha. Now to have a coffee and cheesecake and procure a wheel of cheese.

Trip down to Bunbury and Busselton with geobrother for the weekend. Lots of fun, great caches and perfect weather for camping and fishing. Found this one quickly with good coordinates. tftc sl tnln
Last gc before moving on, enjoyed all of your very inventive caches. Grabbed some chesse before we left. TFTC cheers
On my way out of Busselton, I decided to try attempt this cache. The gates were open so I drove in and parked in the car park. I made my way to the Ground Zero and found the 'rock' right away thanks to the photos on the cache page.
Now to extract the cache and log book...
I read and re-read the description, and started cranking. I eventually got it to green after about a minute of vigorous cranking. I pulled the trigger and WOW, the cache was launched. I loved it so much I signed the log book and then did it again for fun. While I was doing it again, Trevor came out and we had a good chat. I replaced the cache and went along my way, After buying a few delicious items. I wouldn't have known about this place it there was no cache here.
Well done Moneybox, This is my favourite cache as of this log. If I could, I would give a fav for the location, one for the well-written description, and two for this amazing gadget cache. Thanks for the cache and for bringing me to this location.
Moneybox, I found your cache 'Recharge to Fire' today. It was the first find of two finds today and brings my total count to 381. The cache was found in a great condition and so I signed the logbook and replaced the cache as I found it.
Thanks again.
