### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there Cache Owner,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue with the placement. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days - Please don't let a lack of communication kill this cache.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers are not mind readers, so without your note on the cache page telling them what the situation is, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and, when the listing is next checked, all will be fine for a little bit longer. But be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.
If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date), please ensure you visit this page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks so as to keep everyone up to speed with what is happening.
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD)
Thanks for you cooperation,

Cache maintenance is a cache owner responsibility and includes regular visits to the cache to ensure it is in proper working order, especially when a seeker reports a problem with the cache.
Based on a couple of the previous logs, perhaps it's time for the CO to make a visit to this cache please.

Not sure if disabled because of COVID-19 but container missing and hiding spot broken
It's raining but luckily a quick find. No need to go into the bushes, just keep a keen eye out.
Was able to spot the actual tupperware from the path, not quite put back properly by previous finder. Nicely engineered cache with a beautiful view (or would be on a less misty day). Replaced properly but log full.

Awesome hide in a beautiful spot wouldn't you know. One of the best sights & site in Melbourne.
Amazing hiding spot! The clue was very helpful. Great hide thank you so much! Hope you make more sneaky caches.
I found it whoever hasn’t done it you should do it really fun ( think about the clue)
Day 4 and the final one of a dedicated geo-weekend away with Kestal and Scratches...after a massive few days of caching we hit a few caches that were of interest for varying reasons before heading to the airport. We managed to snag a carpark not far from the cache...the parking gods were sure with us today...quite amazing the convenient parks we snagged today. Quite breezy and chilly on this overcast day so we hightailed it to the cache making our obligatory marks in the log before hightailing it back to the warmth of the car. TFTC lemmkc.
We managed to park nearby and enjoyed the views as we made the find but did not stay too long as the wind was a bit chilly today!

Eskies5, Scratches and I were on the last day of our Melbourne adventure and we chose the coldest day to visit this area. We jumped out of the car to search for the hide and thankfully it wasn't too long before with had the log to sign our names. TFTC lemmykc
This one was the second on our today's morning walk.
Thanks for showing the nice place.

Nice afternoon at the Bright & Sandy food and wine festival. Went for a quick stroll to easily find this cache. Beautiful spot, nice view and cleverly hidden geocache. Unfortunately I didn’t bring a pen to sign the logbook...
We arrived at Brighton and de swimmed a little bit. After this, it's time for Geocaching
I made a quick find and had a look on this beautiful view : The Brighton beach and these famous houses
TFTC
PS : No TB in the cache...

A spare half a day in Melbourne before work tomorrow. Brighton bathing boxes were the main attraction but while you're here, you'll of course do some of the local caches, too.
The GZ was easy to find but then the real work starts: where is that little pesky container? The options here are rather limited, especially given the T and D ratings. Then my interest was piqued by an object that had this feel to it, like a human would have laid their hand on it at some point.
Nice camo for the cache! Having done a few camoes for my caches back when I had them in Brisbane, I do appreciate the thought and work put into this. A FP for both that and the selection of location with such enviable views.
Left a TB. The original logbook is full but someone's kindly left extra paper in the container for logging the visits. TFTC, Lemmykc!

Riding along on this rainy afternoon... which I hope to make the Bay Trail less muggley....I had a lovely sit for a minute to take in the gorgeous view.
Great camo on the cache...it was a little open and exposed because I saw it the minute I pedalled in..so l put it together a little better...left a cool wooden fridge magnet for swag...took nothing.

My first Australian cache! Landed late, caught the bus to downtown, Uber to the hotel and joined my tour with seconds to spare!
Phillip island penguins here I come!

Found 13:40 27/11/19. Great views and very nice camo. Thank you lemmykc for the cache and bringing me to this location.
Very nice! We squealed with delight when we found it. Sunny day, skipped work to go caching and shopping.
Found with LetThemEatCache (which will be our shared caching name, once I retire this one). Really, she does all the work & I drive her to GZ but often I make the actual find. She had tried to find this one a few weeks ago, not sure what the problem was then as she walked straight up to it this time! Thanks lemmykc for this hide & background info on this quaint little patch.
Had a quick look a few weeks ago, but no banana. Too many muggles, lots of traffic, I was on my own looking soo suspicious, and had a time constraint as I'd just received a message from geohubby saying he was ready to be picked up from nearby Brighton Beach train station. I cannot geocache under pressure, it takes all the fun away. So I set a watch on it. Then these messages came through that others had found it. Bugger. Of course I over-thought it. As I approached GZ today (this time with geohubby), I instantly knew where to look. And bingo, there it was! Very cool hide lemmykc. Thanks for placing & maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.
