I agree with previous geocacher. New steel railings may have caused the disappearance of this cache. Still enjoyed the drive.
Didn't find this one today but all new guardrails have been put up. Just wondering if it's still here or been damaged in construction process.
Checked out every nook and cranny that we could find to no avail. Maybe the new guard rail might have something to do with our DNF today - maybe we were just looking in the wrong place.

We found this cache today at 4:05pm as number 20 of 28 on our Burra and Gatha Melbourne Cup Day Tour. "S" hadn't seen one like this before but luckily, I have seen quite a few. A nice brook. Thanks from D & S B-A.
One of our favourites! So clever. Thanks to the activity log we found it otherwise would have had no hope!
With ceebee2013. We spent a few minutes looking before I turned the right way and there it was. I was surprised at the size of the log container. TFTC.

This one nearly had me tricked. Searched and searched and was about to give up. Was a fluke that I found this one... even when it was right before my eyes! This has to be one of my favourite caches.
Glad this one was a nice easy find. The last in a run of 7 finds and 1 come back another day. A good afternoons work, but off home now before I end up late for dinner!! TFTC
Found with frmen1. Nice and quick which gave us time to take in the sights and sounds. TFTC
Camped at Korumburra, and today we went for a drive in the country side, to pick up a few caches.
Thanks to all the owners, for the effort that you put into the construction and the hides.
The well camouflaged cache, was found after a short search. Enjoyed being in this pretty area.
Many thanks for placing this cache, know-mads, for us and others to find.

Very good hide and blends in well with the surroundings. Took a while to actually find it but started fiddling around with the barrier. Found with jengswan. TFTC
Found by Shannon. Finally after god knows how many attempts. Awesome camo. Very impressed. Sl tftc
One last cache for the morning before going in to buy some big macs for mchappy day. Nice hide, and also curious about the other stuff beside and below the bridge. TFTC.
Heading to a customers place, I came past this cache to grab it as last time there were muggles working on the bridge. Parked nearby and followed GPSr and made the quick discovery. This cache fits into its surrounds nicely!!
Thanks for the cache know-mads!!

After tea we headed out on a FTF run inspired by a post on facebook.
We got it and also 6 other caches around the area.
What a great way to end the day.
Sometimes caching at night givs you a differennt perspective.
Using our torch we spotted something that was out of place slightly as we were walking to it and the time from geting out of the car to returning was about 1 minute.
The brook was babbling though which was really nice.

Drove back down the dusty road and parked close to GZ, walked across and then the GPS sent me back again! Did not really notice much of a babbling brook, more some green slimy water gently trickling over the concrete - however it has not rained for some time and so I guess that was to be expected. After looking around and considering the consequences of having to look both up and down, I was able to spot the cache because - while very well made - it was just slightly out of place. TFTC.
Found with Izzy Seb and geo daughter. Have seen a few like this, but this one was one of the better ones.
Thanks know-mads

FlyingPigSquadron has landed! had us searching for a little while but logic prevailed. TFThunt and yet another good hide know-mads
This one continues to evade us since commencing GC again. Lovely little spot and some nice photos, but alas no cache. The hunt continues.
A neat hide found on our second try. Very subtle camo and good placement.

Phew, this one had us stumped....the girls gave up but I thought one more check of EVERYTHING - I was rewarded with a find. TFTH
Arrived at gz to find the corner post on bridge cut off and a new post replacing it, I hope the cache wasn't on old post, as it now lying on the creek embankment in amongst all the stinging nettle lucky for me cache wasn't there, cache is still all well and good. Thanks Know-mads for the cache ps. Took photo of old bridge post.
not a babbling brook today looks like a flood has been here love the hide TFTC
Found while out on a mid-week caching expedition down South East Gippsland. I looked around for a few minutes before the cache became obvious. Nicely hidden. Thanks to know-mads for the cache.
Didn't manage to find this one. It appears as though the flood waters have been quite high though. Is there a possibility that this cache could have been washed away?
Yay as this 1 stumbed me abit well it must been my lucky morning found within 2min of parking the truck tftc sl
We had to return this weekend to have another search for this elusive cache. We had some ideas and brought geo-teen along (under sufferance) for another perspective. As we approached GZ the compass was counting down to almost within searching distance. Geo_Lightly placed his hands on the cache before we drew breath. Can't believe how quickly he spotted it, and that we missed it last time. Very excited to say that We Found It Great hide know-mads. SL. Thanks for the cache.
Unfortunately we weren't able to find this one. Our first DNF of the day. Hope it hasn't washed away
Lovely spot, brook was definately babbling ... but be stuffed if I could find the little sucker. Will try again another time.
Had a good look here, nice spot, but came up empty handed. We ventured into areas with much higher terrain rating but never found anything
cheers anyway

Another good caching hide which was found without any problems. This is a good caching hide - it is be reasonably easy for cachers, but hidden from muggles. Well done know-mads.
The brook was babbling too!

The Walenators pulled up in front and the Chief was surprised as his GPSr hadn't warned him we were about to stop. The boys took the roundabout way to find this cache. TFTC

Joint find at 5.30pm on December 27 with Jimmymaff while on a drive around South Gippsland hunting for caches to help Jimmymaff find his 800th cache. (This wasn't it though but his 800th is now very close.)
Sneaky hide Know-Mads - another very clever cache. The Brook was babbling and the area was quite peaceful as we searched. It didn't take us too long to have the cache in hand and the log signed. Thanks Know-Mads for setting up this cache and giving us an excuse to visit the area.

This was turning out to be at bit of Know-mads day as we cruised around gippsland. Fredd01 and I managed a quick find here and were impressed with your efforts. The brook was babbling today Thanks guys for a top cache.
Standing there contemplating which way to go then Geohusband came and solved the problem. TFTC
After reading logs We spent half an hour looking "up" at everything under bridge to no avail all we found were angry wasps
On the way to Leongatha to visit rels while hubby is working nearby. Almost walked in the wrong direction at cach but looked up and bingo.
Well it was already late morning, when the call came from Slink1 and we were off on another caching run from Marysville to Warbuton. We had a lot of fun on another road trip caching as we went. Quick find TFTC SL
Nice sunny Sunday and yet again it was late morning before I called Dunko and Bright Beavers for a arvo of caching fun down Gonefishen07's way had a good time on the road trip doing this run quick find at GZ TFTC know-mads SL
Just about to give up on dark then found by our newest geo- recruit.....so tricky. Left Mao! TFTC
We pulled up here but it wasn't such a tranquil place today, all we could hear was the roar of the icy wind ripping through the tops of the trees. There was no sounds of bird life but we can only guess that they were too busy hanging on to be bothered with idle chirping. The creek also had a large amount of water running down it and evidence that a lot more has been down there in the not too distant past. With only limited places to hide a cache it still took us a few minutes to locate this nice little hide.
Thanks again for the location and the cache

Well done to Dayna(geo-teen) for spotting the 'not quite right' and surprising Sonia(mummzy) with the hide.. I wrekon might be a few dnf's coming up with this one, very tricky and clever !!
Found with Thing no1. This is such a lovely spot for a cache, we almost followed the geotrail but decided it looked a little dangers, then Thing no1 found it. TFTC SL
Found by Mary & David at 1055. Not so quiet here, with a number of passing cars. Searched high and low before spotting something not quite right. We've seen hides like this before, but it still gave us a smile. Our thanks yet again to know-mads.
2nd to find with Gonefishen07. As I followed the geotrail thinking to myself "I don't think Know-mads would have put a cache here" but have to look anyway[?]. Gonefishen07 said this is GZ as I looked up at Gonefishen07 I noticed something that I thought could be a cache but did not say anything next thing Gonefishen07 said here it is, should have said something. Another great camouflaged cache and hide Thanks Know-mads
2nd to find with Hearse068. Lucky for Hearse068 Gonefishen07 had the caching eye's working well today and made a quick find. SL TFTC
We tried, we failed. Babbling Brook was more like a rushing river, very wet and muddy, will try again when it's a bit drier.
