Logs

26-Jul-12
Construction is continuing in the area, with no sign of it stopping for a while. Time for this cache to be put fully to rest

21-May-12
Cannot get to the GZ at this time. Will check cache status once work completed

21-Apr-12
Attempted this one but was unable to get within 10m due to construction fencing around it. Sad Perhaps this one needs to be temporary disabled. GZ by my unit (+/-5m)was right in middle of the work.Surprised

18-Mar-12
Drove in to find ground zero surrounded by fencing. They're doing some kind of construction right there! Sad

30-Jan-12
Loads of empty parking around GZ but one camper van made us feel a bit obvious. He went. We searched- and searched- took quite a while before we investigated the bushy areas that have probably grown a lot since the cache was placed. We are a bit scared - being from the UK.! Thanks for the fun.

26-Jan-12
Found the cache between two trains on the way back to Perth to see the big fireworks of the Australian Day.

Without success I had first tried to find the other caches around, but there seems to be no entrance and the fences are too high.
TFTC!

21-Jan-12
On a run to pick up a few caches in the Baldivis and Lark Hill area.
Found the cache about 8m from my GZ but in an obvious location, and as per previous log, magnets are missing but this does not compromise the hide. Not too many muggles around so was an easy find and replace.
Thanks for the cache rudi63 [^]

12-Jan-12
See log entry

11-Jan-12
Couldn't find parking anywhere, carpark full, so pulled up nearby and left car running while boys looked for cache. Wasn't in obvious places, so widened the search. Geoson found cache a little ways off, laying on the ground out in the open, with magnets removed/missing. Signed log before rehiding cache in position where it may have been originally, or close to anyway. TFTC

19-Oct-11
found quickly in the first place i looked took a while putting it back as there where people watching

25-Sep-11
Second time back here to search for this one - late on a Sunday is a far more civilised time for a search here, plenty of parking and very few muggles. Was able to park within meters of the cache and put my hand straight on in in the first place checked. Dunno why I couldn't see it on the last visit. Thanks for the hunt rudi63.

06-Sep-11
The coordinates put is in the driveway of the carpark. Given there were few likely hiding spots nearby, we systematically searched the likely area and quickly found the cache, about 7m away from where our GPS indicated GPS should be. TFTC rudi63

28-Aug-11
We were fortunate to find a car park right at gz to shield our quick search, find, log and return.

17-Aug-11
3961 + 206 = 4167. A couple of finds after work during another visit to the west.

Heading home past here and I couldn't resist finding one more cache. Parked basically at GZ - the carpark was nearly empty - and found the cache in the second spot I looked in - happy with that quick finish to the afternoon's caching run. Thanks again rudi63 !!

TNLN - TFTC !!

Cheers....

05-Aug-11
I've been to this one a few times now and still can't find the elusive little bugger! Maybe I need to come at might so I can have a really good search without all the people

05-Aug-11
welcome quick find for the first in a caching run down to Port Kennedy...cheers rudi63

23-Jul-11
I managed to drive in and park within 5m of the cache, and made a relatively quick find after searching in a few similar spots first. Signed the log and hastily replaced the cache as the security car pulled in to the car park.

Thanks for the cache rudi63!

17-Jul-11
pulled up within 5m metres of the cache and made a hasty find

11-Jul-11
Found with wot on a wet night while trying not to attract attention from the security guards.
TFTH.

11-Jul-11
Found with Moonlightz on a cold and windy night
I'm sure the guards were watching us..

08-Jul-11
On my way to the south to pick up some lone caches on my map I called past this one again. I had spoken to rudi63 earlier in the week and he said it was in place, I was just blind. Today I pulled over as there were no car parks and went for a quick look. Sure enough, there was the cache right where I thought I had looked before. Quickly signing the log, I was back in the car and gone with hopefully nobody the wiser

Thanks for the cache rudi63

Cheers. Cool

Great way to start a caching day. On my bicycle to catch the train into town. My fingers really fumbled with the log in the 4 degrees temp. TFTC

03-Jul-11
Noting the last log from Wileyclan, I checked this cache while I was waiting for the train. It remains in its resting place......enjoy the search

27-Jun-11
Today I had to take my son to an appointment in Fremantle. After returning him to school, and completing all the chores my dear wife had left for me, what more was there to do with my day than go caching?

I arrived at the area for this one and snagged a car park within metres of where the GPSr was telling me ground zero was. I followed the magic arrow to the middle of the road and stood there looking for something to hide a cache on. Using some logic I moved to the obvious structure and tried a search without arousing the suspicions of the muggles waiting for buses. I had no joy and was strating to attract some attention so I left to complete some more succesful hunts

Thanks anyway rudi63

Cheers Cool

The last cache for today on the way home from caching south of Rockingham. A nice quick find without any muggle interference. Thanks for the hunt.

06-Jun-11
Found on a decidedly cool day,TNLN TFTH

03-Jun-11
The difficulty here is getting a car park! Ended up double parked in the area I had as GZ - which was in the middle of the parking space anyway, and tried to get as much searching in of where I thought it might be hidden - before being sprung by Security... who turned up too quickly and started asking questions. So that was that...

29-May-11
Ground zero had us in the carpark but a bit of applied logic and we had this in hand within minutes. Signed the log. TFTH

24-May-11
Dashed out for a cheeky hunt at night on the way to the movies. Found it after a quick search. TFTC!

19-May-11
One of many finds on a big day out Caching with Felix II.
Was not catching a train anywhere, but made the diversion into the
this Carpark to grab the cache.

TFTC.

19-May-11
Arrived at this one by car not train. Our 5th cache of 33 on a Southern Caching run today with The Machman. Sure is a buys carpark. TFTC rudi63

15-May-11
Thought Sunday afternoon at the train station would be quiet - forgot that the western derby was on today. So loads of footie supporters parking and heading to the trains. Quick grab once the GPSr settled down. TFTC, SL

15-May-11
Found after church in the dark less cars from the derby. Stealth required as a few lingering from trains. Sl

09-May-11
Nice job hiding it

08-May-11
fairly easy find on way home from a Mothers day visit, GZ seemed in the roadway but easy to track from there. TFTH

08-May-11
Nice easy find. Tfth

07-May-11
Decided to come find this one on our way out. Were suprised that were 2tf. I think the challange of this cache is to find it without being spotted by the security guards. Our gps didnt want to play nice & was putting us in the car park but even so it was an easy find in the obvious spot
