I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.

Hi card7ff*boy

This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).

I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.

Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.

Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

Regards
TheCoddiwompler

We are maintaining this for the CO and went there to check it on 10 Feb and it isn't there again. In view of all the alterations the council have done we think that maybe the time has come to archive it. So we emailed the CO but haven't heard a reply yet. So treat it as temporarily archived until we hear from the CO.

I had a DNF here in January trying to locate this cache during the Festival Of Lights. Today it was a quick find (more good luck than good skills) on a bright, sunshiney Taranaki day. The log was full, but also torn and very crumpled. I have replaced it with a nice shiney new waterproof log. TFTC

Smile Found - Mrs McMike2012 & I are on a bit of a Christmas Roadtrip from Auckland to Ingill & back ... we'll be doing a few geocaches on our travels ... this being the 182nd cache of hopefully many ... we had been spent Christmas in Invercargill & were now heading back to Auckland, taking the scenic route ... we were now heading North, had been up the West Coast of the South Island ... had been 'round the mountain' & were now heading back to Auckland ... had stayed the night in New Plymouth ... went for a bit of a walk round Pukekura Park to grab some caches before headding away ... quick & easy find ... another 'smiley face' to the tally ... TFTC ... TN:LN:SL ... #1,916 for us.

Well I was spotted by a muggle (aka Adam) while searching in the bushes. After a quick chat about what I was doing I had an extra pair of enthusiastic eyes looking for the cache. Guess who found it!!! Yep there's now a newbie hooked into the Geocaching world. Thx Adam for the adventure. Looking forward to seeing your new geocaching name pop up.
Cache well hidden and all dry, and now tucked away again. TFTC.

On a weekend trip to New Plymouth to have a look around and see the lights in Pukekura Park so it was a good opportunity to grab a few caches too. The park was starting to get busier with people arriving to see the lights, however GZ was nice and quiet this evening and so after a quick search the cache was located. All in good order, thanks for the cache card7ff*boy.
