The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Whilst it might not need to be archived, could it please be placed off line until an owner check.
Visiting from Tassie & in the area so tried this one just on dusk. Searched high & low but no luck. Recent repairs in the area may have removed the cache.
Mr Ozjeeper wished he had read recent logs before attempting this one. Adding another DNF to the growing list.
we did not find it because it was in a bit of a awkward spot. barking dog did not help us
Upon arriving at GZ, I had this cache in hand in seconds...in part, because it bear similarities to my own 'STIF Nolan' hide!
Can I recommend future finders stroll up to the reserve just off Phillips Ave to sign the log...for the sake of 50m, it's better than drawing attention to yourself in the laneway (plus its a nice elevated position). Replaced it quickly, and then put half a leaf over its end, as the sun was catching its shiny surface this afternoon, and it was giving off a 'glint' that could be noticed by muggles.
TFTC, mr whippy!

Well, saw this cache was replaced, so thought I would have a look. But alas a DNF for me. I only found two bags of dog poo left behind. Please check this cache. [?]
Had a second look for this one (both after the last find) with no luck, from the previous logs and clue I'm sure I'm in the right area, I will put it on the watch list.
I spotted a likely location and thanks to my geo-wife’s slender fingers she was able to retrieve it. The dog had a couple of half hearted attempts of barking then gave up, thanks.
When I finally spied this one, it was tucked a little too far into it's hidey hole for an easy reach, but I got it in the end. Not a soul in site at 6.30am. Thanks mr whippy.
Quick cache just near one of the saddest looking reserves I've ever encountered. Pretty much an intsa find.
I thought for some reason I was going to a motor registry so surprised at arrival at GZ. In any case, a quick little find. TFTC!
An early morning find on the way to a work meeting. No one around at this hour.
Cheers

A cache only 0.94km from home. Have ignored doing it for a while as I know the area well and didn't want any prying eyes watching. Went for a run today so it was easily picked up then and made less obvious. I'm afraid this cache has been lodged in someones private property. They may not appreciate the use of this little cavity. And beware the very close windows nearby where prying eyes may be watching.
Having read a few previous logs I came prepared with what I thought would be needed to retrieve it. Didn't need to worry, spotted the top of the container and then saw a nice stick nearby which was perfect to grab it. I wonder what this hidey hole was actually designed for?
A nice quick find, but it took a bit of effort to retrieve. It was really pushed in deep. Managed to coax it out eventually.

We manage to locate the cache pretty quickly but nor before the little yap yap dogs started up. As it was 3am we got out of there ASAP after finding the cache. On Chippyroo's Sydney 24 hour Cache Hunt. TFTC
No yappy dogs during the afternoon and a nice quick find. Thanks mr whippy and emyjane.
Cache Hunt 487; GAFF3; Weather, Sunny; Helpers, None; Cache condition, Great; Find of the day, 1st; STATUS; Found; GPS at GZ - 5m
On the way to mum's did a quick detour for this quickie. Walked up the path to gz and then started looking. Had a yap yap dog start barking, so after a minute, I checked the hint. Nice. It made me turn around and then go straight for the cache. Done. SL and replaced. TFTC.

I was up in Sydney for work today and it just happened to be around the corner so I was able to make a slight detour to grab this cache.
Thankfully I had the place to myself which made for an easy find and return.
Thanks

A simple enough locate at the cache, but a little more challenge was involved in retrieving it (had to wander for a suitable "tool" along the path.
Once that was done, a nice easy log signing, and away to find a GCA movable gnome or two.
thanks.
