Found after a few sweeps & reading some logs. All I can c up here 2day is an approaching shower, so heading back 2 Wetlands. T4TC:-)
TFTC! My second. I looked for a while at first until I stepped back to look around the outskirts. Thats when I spotted it. Great hiding spot
Came for a walk to check out the pink algae bloom and explore an area of the wetlands I havent been before. Im a bit out of practice so it took me a while of searching before my partner took a step back to see the bigger picture and came up with the goods. TFTC!
Came to see the pink water and found a cache at the same time. TFTC. Will have to come back one day to complete the nearby multis.
groewrs I found your cache Anne Beasley's Lookout on 6/5/2023, 2:15 pm. This is my find 5230 and find # 7 today. Found it after a bit of a search and eventually got a clue from a previous post. No problems retrieving and replacing. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Had a drop off on the north side today.
And then a few of the new, and old, caches around Nudgee.
Last I was here someone had set up hus media room at the location. Today it was just me here
Find number 29431 for me.
Thank you groewrs for hiding this geocache.

Out this afternoon with Duppers, on our geo-bikes. We decided to tackle a few in Boondall wetlands area. Great view. TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
Found with the accompanying aroma of the nearby tip. Interesting spot for a lookout. I wonder how many people come here? Thanks for taking me somewhere I’ve never been. TFTC
Working on some Challenges and my son was keen to ride my escooter which tried out when I first got it and it bucked me off and I am trying to protect my new knee. We set off to get this one and another one. He got the other one then returned to me. My son had found this cache by the time I got there as he had wheels and I had legs. Log signed and cache replaced as found. Great views from Lookout. TFTC
Out collecting targets for challenges and this one got in the way so we collected it too.

Today, I joined jesswrigley and baby Warren with a bike ride in Boondall and Nudgee. We left our vehicle at Boondall Wetlands, and took the nice ride south-east towards Nudgee Road, stopping off at Anne Beasley's Lookout. We then completed the circuit by returning via the Gateway Motorway bike path, which totalled a distance of 13.3 km over a duration of 2:20 hr. We completed our day's adventure with a banh mi late lunch, and a stop at Geebung Treasure Trove.
We selected this lookout as a strategic rest point to grab a few snacks. I initially thought the cache was amongst the trees, but when I read the hint, I realised where the cache probably was. We conducted a methodical search, and eventually we had the cache in hand about 7-8 m away from the posted coordinates, with my GPS indicating the cache at S 27° 21.567' E 153° 05.887'. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks groewrs for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

I could convince my muggle brother and my hubby to walk to the lookout.... Even though the view from the tower is limited due to the grown trees.
A nicer view is possible on the way up!
We found the cache and signed the log.

After completing "and a partridge in a pear tree" multi earlier today, Peppa and I decided to grab a few targetted caches on this side of the highway.
We had followed the Wherigo to this lookout and took advantage of the seats to have a break and find this cache.
Lucky for us we were here as the heavens opened up.
Waited until it cleared before we could replace this cache back to its hide.
Lovely view but couldn't see far with the rain.

Was pushed for time yesterday completing the Wherigo, so came back this morning to pick up a few caches we walked past. A thorough search was employed and we came up with the goods. Tftc groewrs
Riden through here a million times but never bothered going the extra uphill to this lookout. I’ve very been missing out. Thanks for putting it here.
Hurrah almost missed it but we tried again after everyone's comments. Thanks all.
While doing a Wherigo, came here. Looked up, down and all around - then it was spied. Log signed. Tftc
Found it up there, painted well. Nice views of the wetlands from up here and a lovely day for a walk. Thanks for showing us this lookout
No snake skin But it’s well worth the walk love you grandma (yes Anne Beasley is my granma)
Out this way for a bit of caching today and dropped past to check on this one. The cache is still there.
I remember coming here many, many... many years ago and failing miserably... today though, with some determination I managed to make the find... not without checking everywhere else first though... tftc... what a nice way to be memorialised...
I have been meaning to come to Boondall Wetlands for sometime now and grab a few caches that are in the area and since I had the day off today was the day to do just that. I arrived at the carpark at about 7:30am, doused myself in mozzie spray since this location is notorious to have mass swarms of them.
The day was a mix of fun, torture and I guess horror as several things didn't go to plan, but I got there in the end and managed 8 caches on todays outing.
The weather was perfect, a little warm, but there was a constant breeze which made it somewhat more comfortable.
Seeing as my target cache for the day was halfway along the trail I might as well go all out and do the other half to. I arrived at the oddly placed lookout structure in the middle of nowhere and had a quick breather before looking for the cache. I really needed that break since I've done so much walking today and I'll need to walk back to the Environmental Centre. I really enjoyed the view, you could see towards Redcliffe, Moreton Island and the port. After my break it was time to look for the cache, I checked a couple of spots and eventually spotted the container hiding away. Now that that's done, it's time to head back.

Finally got back to replace this one on the second attempt.
Quite a breeze here today, which geodog Polly appreciated after the quick walk up the hill!

Thanks all for notifying me of this one. Finally got a chance today to drop by, and it is gone. I'll work on getting a new container in asap!

Latest found log predates all the DNF’s Maintenance would be advised to check if still in place
Not sure why I hadn’t logged this find earlier, on 2 May TGG & I were walking & caching in this area we passed skate boarders & dodged bike riders.
Four 'Did Not Finds' (DNF's) in a row and two months since this one has been found. Might be time to check to see if this one has been muggled? Thank you.
Spent over 30 mins trying to find it, but not luck. Searched both the top and bottom level
Found the snake skin but couldn't find the cache. Maybe we were looking for the wrong thing.
Beautiful spot in north Brisbane. Unfortunately the lid is missing and the log was wet so we couldn’t sign it. TFTC
Lovely day out at Nudgee today . The weather is so perfect, it feels awful being inside and not in the great outdoors. So I grabbed the pushbike, and headed out for some socially distant exercise. Only ~7 kms round trip, but still better than looking at a computer screen.
Nice views from the platform! I have never been out here before, but being a clear sunny day, I could see for miles A quick find, despite the snake skin. The cache lid no longer stays on, but the log is in a great condition. TB visit
Now back to the reality of working from home, and home schooling at the same time.

A nice hide and an easy find, don't let the snake skin put you off, lol.
Thanks for bringing me here some nice reading from the boards and a surprisingly nice view from the top of the tower.

On the attempt to find a multi and it failed this cache was close by, made our way up the hill to a nice view and a quiet place, cache was easily found and returned.
On a holiday to Queensland to meet up with my two younger brothers (JL Rockstar) for a holiday/caching trip, a 4 day adventure that started with some disasters but slowly got better throughout which ended on a high.
Travelling up to tin can bay and Gympie, our to Kilroy and south west out to Ipswich.
Overall a great trip away with a total of 79 finds excluding the almost 50 labs found.
Thanks for the cache and it’s placement.

14/1/20 Find #3305
I’m trying to make it a bit of a goal this year to fill my traditional caches calendar squares, and today happened to be a blank one where I needed a cache. A quick look at the map, and I decided to choose this cache, not too far from home, but not too close for those “urgent days” either.
It wasn’t long before I pulled the car up and began my way along the boardwalk, amazed at how much water is actually here after the rainfall the other night. It’s been a while since I’ve been here, but it certainly didn’t look anything like this last time I’m sure. It was terrific to see all the water birds enjoying it out here, and I could’ve almost headed back to the car for my phone zoom lens to take photos instead, but a couple of standard photos would have to do here as I had my mission and needed to keep to that before heading back home and organising the evening.
Arriving at GZ, with it a soul around, I immediately checked the most obvious spots and of course it wasn’t there. The smell was a wee bit funky here today, and I was seriously hoping I would find the cache quickly, but I started getting that sinking feeling as well as a little uneasy feeling here. “No 1MinnieMoo you’re being silly, use your brain and do this”!
Well my little pep talk must’ve worked because soon I realised exactly where the cache was. A quick signing and a happy wander back to the car enjoying the bird life once more as I passed.
Thanks for the cache groewrs.

Nice to take a walk to this lovely location. It was very peaceful here today, not a soul in sight. After a quick find, we walked up the stairs and were rewarded with a fantastic view looking ahead to the water. This area really is very beautiful and across in the distance we could see a few thunderclouds building. Above the tree line, para-surfers looked like they were flying in the breeze.
Thanks for heading us here.
