This one is proving tricky. Went back twice with the geograndkids after a clue from Squash2 but still no luck. Another day.
We tried to find it two times but no luck we also had a clue still no luck but we will be back
pug002 looked and looked but just couldn't crack this one. Too much interest around people mowing lawns and it was too obvious to stay any longer. 27th Sept.
TFTC! This cache was found on my two and a bit day GeoTrip to Geraldton and surrounds to attend the International Geocaching Day event in Greenough.
The weekend started with a nighttime drive from Perth to Geraldton getting in at 1140pm after finding a couple of caches along the way in the dark. I rose on my first day in town as grabbed supplies before some CBD caching and then some more hides in Greenough before the event. I had a nice little run after the event following the guys chasing a few of the FTFs before getting back to my planned routes to help cleanup a lot of the newly published caches since my last visit in 2013. Had a reasonable day, which went Pretty pear shaped come mid afternoon, with a large number of DNFs in the northern Geraldton suburbs. I returned to my accomodation to freshen up and watch a bit of footy before heading out again on a night time run around the CBD. Big Mistake. had one of those blind nights, where the easy finds were impossible and I resorted to PAF to help guide me on some of the simplest hides!!
I was back on the saddle the next day grabbing a bunch of caches in southern Geraldton before attending the CITO event. Grabbed a few bits of rubbish and got talking to the local COs, where were most amused by my DNFs LOL. They were gracious enough to provide a large number of hints which Ive stored in the memory bank for next year!
Thanks to all of the locals for your hospitality this weekend and I'm looking forward to attending next year! Thanks

Great hide thanks for placing the cache. On our travels around Australia doing a few caches along the way.
Day fifty three of the WA road trip with BettyBoo3747.
Another travelling day - Hamelin Pools to Geraldton.
Woke up to a grey day, but the rain didn't start until we were past Northampton - about when we started doing a few caches.
The rain had eased a bit late in the afternoon so we travelled the beach road for a few caches and a few DNFs!
Can't say I was thinking of going for a swim in the lake - can't miss the sign though.
A quick stop, we should have gone home at this spot.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 8179. Well here we are in Geraldton, arriving to a very wet and windy afternoon. Out we go for some caches and end up with an abysmal tally of 5 finds and 5 DNF's.
A find, whoo hoo, what a lovely change. Had this one done and dusted quick smart. Nice water feature here but all quiet on this wet afternoon.
Thanks TeamBastholm

A well hidden and tricky hide that had us head scratching for a bit. Excellent cache TeamBastholm. TFTC!
Yeah! Three from three so far this morning. We have learnt the hard way that doesn't happen very often in Geraldton. We have found some sneaky hides, some clever hides, some difficult hides and some downright painful hides. Love them all, but only once we have found them.
This one was fine as we have several like it near home so saw it hiding in clear sight quite quickly. Nice to find a non-nano!
TFTC and see you next time we're in Geraldton! There's still a few we haven't found yet

Good coordinates and the odd thing out. We checked a few things first but when we saw the cache we were sure it would gave to be what we were looking for.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Nice quick find in a lovely entrance park to a nice looking suburb. Have done some of these caches before, so sort of knew what to look for:-) TFTH
Managed to find the cache and keep geokid out of the pond at the same time TFTC
These cache placers are getting craftier every day. We often ignore the obvious!TFTC
This was our 3rd cache find in a caching run of 7 Finds & 4 DNFs today.
We found it at 13:57 so this now makes our total find count 7238.

Very easy find. After a couple of hard DNF we needed this one.finished off our walk quite nicely.TFTC!
Doing a morning of caching before heading to the event and made a time limit on how much time I would spend at each cache so ended up not finding some.
Found this cache without problems once at GZ.
Thanks TeamBastholm for the cache.

Nice little park. Made me wonder how often the fountain ended up foaming from a dose of prankster's detergent. Thanks for the hunt
Well i found the spot where it was. Cache is missing. I contacted a friend who has found this one and sent a pic of the spot i thought it would have been and they confirmed that was it. No cache just evidence of the spot!!
Love this one. We probably looked like thieves the other night while getting it! TFTC (sorry forgot to write on log book)
We had a bison tube in the cache but we had to use it to replace another cache which was muggled. I am in the process of getting another bison tube but will make up a new log and put it in a bag while I wait for the new tube.
Thanks for letting me know that the log is wet.

Found today - suggest putting pencil and paper into little snap lock bag. Nice work.
This one has been on our "to do list" for a long time. Had the opportunity this morning when our daughter rang to get some help loading gear into her car close by to where the cache was located. Off we went, loaded the car and stopped of at the small park and pool on the way back. Had the cache fairly quickly and happy to report the log was nice and dry. A nice spot. SL TFTC Team Bastholm
This cache needs a lttle bit of maintenance. Contents were soaking wet so we dried it out and replaced log sheet with a piece of paper. I think some glue or silicone will do.
Great spot! Nice little park with an elegant water-feature. Cache was spotted straight away (sorry). Somebody must have been a bit rough with the cache as the the contents were soaking wet. We dried the cache and left e new sheet of paper with our name which will do as log for now. TFTC Team Bastholm.
We found it! It took us a little whitebut eventually got there. Very good hiding spot. On to the next!

Almost gave up and found it as we walking off, 10:30 at night with a dull torch. Fantastic camo, kept us guessing for good half hour.
We are hoping to have this cache up and running by next weekend. Thanks for being patient
Cache needs urgent attention or rain will ruin log. Will also be an easy target for muggles.
Braved the possibility of neighbours looking out through their curtains and made a relatively quick find. A nice park!
Coast’n Along and Kool Running heading north from Esperance to Karratha, then heading back to Albany in 5 weeks. An easy find, more so as the cache top was missing and the log could be seen.
i stopped by to grab the geocoin to move it along, noticed the lid of the cache is missing a piece. i refolded the plastic bag to try and keep the moisture off the log book. thankyou! lost_but_happy!
Found and logged at 11:50,
11 caches for the day in Geraldton
Heading home via the west coast and Perth after visiting Darwin
Left Geocoin
Thanks TeamBastholm

[:(!] Mrs GrumpyBump and I did a weekend caching run to Geraldton, while in Geraldton we picked up a few caches before heading back to Perth, on arrival we parked the geocar about 50 meters from GZ and walked the rest of the way, got to GZ and after several minutes of wondering around we finally had the cache in hand. SL TFTC/TFTH
had a ball with this one, was stumped for ages, i looked and looked some more, then i thought id try my luck...bingo! great cache, excellent work! left a blue dragon and signed the log, thankyou, lost_but_happy!
I had a suspicion it was one of these but the muggles last time stopped my investigation. With the park to myself and a geo-hunch I quickly had the cache in hand. The logbook is still very soggy even at the end of summer. Didn't bring a pen to sign the book so I'll swing by again soon. Thanks for the cache!
TFTC found it with Carmac and Chazindhaka on Easter Day 2012.

After finding "Spy v Spy" I came down the road to find this cache =)
Was a nice quick find, love the camo! I've found alot of this type before ^__^
Also left a TB inside that was long overdue on a drop off! It only just squeezed inside the cache, so hopefully the next finder can retrieve it easily!
Thanks for the cache!!

Hi everyone!
I´m in Geraldton, Australia, on vacation until sunday and tried to find this little thing today with my Windows Phone 7 (wich is not accurate at all and I can´t use data trafic at the moment with ut - Uses the offline geocaching app for WP7) but I had no luck what so ever.
The park was very beatuful and very close to surrounding houses and yes I was looking very careful arund the pound and area.
If someone can give me a hint/hints ([email protected]) I would be very happy, thought it would be fun to have found one here "down under".
Regards Zeb

After three DNFs we thought we had better check on this cache and are happy to say that it is still there. Just look a bit harder.
Called off the hunt after some youngling muggles commandered the park. The cache eluded me but I'll be back.
