Muggled.
It might be a good spot for a bigger cache when that Maccas opens.
Then again, it might not. I'm sure the local kids will haunt this spot with renewed enthusiasm when ?Maccas opens.

We loved this one.
We try to remember to follow the track everywhere we go and this helped us reach the site with out to much long grass.
I remembered the hint about RED which helped me find it.
I picked it up and put it back.No thats not it.
My son picked it up and put it down.No thats not it.
Then I picked it up again and soon found the log.

FANTASTIC CACHE
This is going dow as a favourite.

I've been wanting to do this for a while and only got the chance today. Tried out my new Magellan 610 while taking some TBs for a tour.

As always a surprising hide by DT! I like the Spoonerism.

Looks like a fun place on the weekends Wink Spotted the Lucky fella and had the log out of him after a brief fight Wink

Some rat has been having a go, chewed him out a bit!

A most pleasant day to go out and do some caching. This was one we targetted and were able to find. We enjoyed our tour of the Hunter Valley region. We put a new log scroll in this sucker!
Thanks to darth trader.

Reperio at 0900.

Stopped by here on the way to Tamworth to help celebrate my daughter's first birthday with friends...who incidentally were celebrating their sons birthday as well...and needed to find a cache for the day...so this was it. With the warmer months upon us, I was slightly wary of snakes, but luckily I didn't see one. I was always expecting something novel, but didn't pick this! Looks like this little fellow has found a nice shady spot to sleep.

13-Feb-12
The grass was really long, due to all of the recent rain, I suppose. Geowife was fretting about the possibility of encountering snakes, and had me stomping around to make lots of noise. I had a really good look around the inside, but couldn't find the cache.

On a weekend break from Tassie to see Elton John concert. Staying at North Rothbury, and we had to pop out to the shop, so went a bit further along the road just so I could grab this cache. Our friend said what the building originally was - but dammit, I can't remember now! Found the cache but I made Marcus bring it out for me, I was acting like a baby and worried that if I touched it it might go for me! Great cache, loved it, a highlight! Thanks darth trader.

23-Nov-11
Travelling up north on a very wet day we were able to grab a few caches along the way.

We were able to park close to this one and then had a good laugh when we had our hands on the cache. The log is a bit screwed up.
Thanks

Walking into the gz I felt like a fish out of water as I didn't have my tommy gun in a vilion case. There were no locals around tonight and soon had a smile on my face as I had found an unexpected cache.

Thanks for brining me back to this place as I would stop aronnd here when I traveled to to mine for work after visiting the bakery.

13-Nov-11
no other creepy crawlies around, a bit under size, is that why it is hiding? Thanks darth trader.

Cache #858; GAFF1; Weather, Sunny; Helpers, None; Condition, GR8; Finds2Day, 4th; STATUS, Found; GPSr @ GZ, 2m

I drove into this next little town and then took a right turn onto a dirt road that looked like a scene from any wild west movie. I parked and approached this desimated building, trying to avoid snakes in the hight grass.

Got to the building, checked my GPSr and almost got a shock as I made the find! Ha, nice one Wink I SL and then replaced again. Good one DT, TFTC.

After a quick lap around the ruins and a quicker lap around the inside of the ruins i was able to come up with a fairly quick find..It's a shame someone has been dumping a bit of rubbish on the inside.
Yet another unusual cache...SL TFTC.

We were invited up here to the hunter valley by the local commercial balloonists.
It was their 30 anniversary of flying in the valley so 30 balloons were invited.
A fantastic weekend was had and some caching thrown in was an excellent way to fill the day.
Finally we managed to find a cache today and one that made me laugh too.

Cheers for the Cache.

Our 5263rd overall find.

Found this one just on dark after a very long day. It is a kind of eerie spot. Lucky the mobster wasn't too difficult to locate. I'm wondering if this was some kind of smelter of similar?

Thanks to darth trader for the cache.

Called in today as I had to go to Branxton for work this morning. I wondered about the cache name and after finding it realised it's a cache for the dyslexic. I think he's lost, he's a long way from home, is that Rock Mobster? Another interesting Darth Trader hide.

Thanks Darth Trader

we were going to have a crack at this one when it came on line but didnt think we had a chance at the FTF but we were out and about today so we grabbed it interesting container some of the parts used i see almost every day and never thought to use it this way SL TFTC.

15-May-11
We always love it when a new Darth Trader cache comes online, so we were keen to give this one a go. We thought we might be in with a chance to get an FTF but no such luck - gd__ again! These are some crazy looking ruins - wish there was some history on what this place was. Using the clue and accurate co-ordinates we found the cache quite quickly and were again amazed by Darth Traders ingenuity when it comes to cache containers! TNLNSL TFTC

I was on my way home from a trip to Gulgong and this was still showing as an Ftf but thinking I was in with a small chance pulled up at GZ with some hope. After a little search I came up with the goods, only to find I was third on the list ah well. Great hide. Thanks darth

14-May-11
I saw some new caches pop up earlier in the day but couldn't get out to them, then when I was heading out at 10pm they still hadn't been logged so I thought I may as well have a go. Found the way upto GZ and a short search soon revealled this typically great DT cache and that the *FTF* was mine.

Thanks Darth.
