It was very easy and good for beginners, great and amazing for dogs I highly recommend
I guess I could have walked over from Sun Valley 2 but I drove - how lazy is that!I took the remains of my lunch with me and sat on some logs to enjoy it, watching dogs playing in the distance and a teenager on a horse doing what I think might be Dressage moves. She was quite close to me and it was interesting to watch. After lunch I found the cache which wasn't very well hidden. Fixed that and after doing the legal stuff I walked back to my geomobile, stopping to pat and feed a very friendly horse across the road.TFTC # 6148
Great cache, right on the GPS unlike Sun Valley 2Cache was fully exposed, so tried to hidebit better prevent muggles removingThanks heaps for a lovely afternoon stroll
A very wet day however I tried a more difficult cache elsewhere to no avail. Couldnt keep searching due to a teenager pickup. On way home, we both stopped here to find two logs, one large unwrapped so its now in a new ziplock bag. SLTNLN with TBs Canadian Flag, Swiss Duck, Pittiplatsc, Corona Express Cruise Ship and Bierkrug in tow.
After Sun Valley 2, we continued to this one. The GPS at first misbehaved, and had us down the valley, before we realised that we had to take a different path.At GZ we soon found the cache, however, noted that there were two log books in it.
easy to find, close to parking, using this as part of a bigger scavenger hunt with friends!
Cache dried out, log and pencil replaced.Put back in original spot. Cache on!
Oldmorty's persistence pays off.
Log very damp. We have placed a temporary log in cache for cachers to sign until CO is able to review.
Thanks to WaywardWoman for placing this cache.

I can’t guarantee this is still there. I am unable to check it atm, but will get there asap.
The areas that we checked with the set coordinates, no cache was in sight. Might of gotten mugged but I don't know
Found with a massive slug on the lid. Everything is wet today. The cache is dryish inside but the logbook may never recover from its recent saturation - so photo included as proof of find. Thanks for another cool hide.
Very easy find was laying in the open, paper was very wet and didn't have anything to dry it put with
Fun find but is water logged. Unfortunately we did not have anything to clean it up with!
Fun little find for the little ones. Did a few swaps too. Big thanks to the lady who let my children Pat her horse whilst or in the paddock. Day made!
I've often wondered, as I drive by, what's in Sun Valley. Now I know and I particularly liked the community reserve ... nice spot! I think I was being observed, though, by a concerned parent/citizen while going for #2 ... a car pulled up near mine and the driver never got out. Admittedly, there were a few girls riding their ponies but I was never within 100m of them and no better than to linger.
Thanks for bringing me to Sun Valley WaywardWoman and for the caches.

Quick find with Deep_99 to keep the streak going. SL #4737 on streak day #3069 TFTC
We have been enjoying exploring the lower Blue Mountains on this beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon. This is yet another new spot for us we would otherwise not have known about or discovered if not for this cache. Thank you for bringing us here, it is a beautiful spot! Tftc!
Easy little park and grab. The cache is in good condition, signed and replaced. TFTC
Had a purchase to make at the nearby Bunnings store so thought why not try for a few caches in Sun Valley. After a short search soon had CIH.
Out looking for Footprints, Shadows and Fingerprints today. Not being familiar with the area my biggest problem in getting close to some of these guys.
I was rescued by a good friend in thomo31 who lives in the area and as this was on my list to do caches she helped in negotiating to the area.
What a asset this is to the local community and their four legged friends as while I was here there were many enjoying this great reserve.
With a little luck this may give me another souvenir to add to my ever growing list and this is today thanks to Sue for her help in taking me to areas I would have struggled to find.

Another victim of the local muggles! I found the container lying on the ground in the open with no log in it, so I put in a temporary log sheet and put the container back in the obvious hiding place with plenty of natural camo. That can count as my good deed for the day.
Thankfully this cache was far enough away from the road workers to not draw their attention. It was a nice easy and quick find and all was done to keep the paperwork in order. Cache was returned to its hiding place, with the camo and we were on the move again. There were no muggles in the Reserve when we came, so it was good. Our thanks go to WaywardWoman for placing this cache in an area we have never visited before.
#5028 (2 of 6 today)
After three finds today for my calendar, but going out tonight to watch The Waratahs (and possibly fit in a quarter or so of the Swans) - not a good night all round - so after finishing some chores, headed into The Bluies late morning for some quick finds. Thought some Park&Grabs and maybe one short bush walk would do the trick.
Went for six in the end and found the lot.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Walked to this one from the last. By the time I got here the muggle who had been in the park had walked to his car and driven off. Perfect!
Got to GZ and checked a few spots before sighting the obvious.
Second nice easy find.
Completed signing duties and replaced.
Off to the delayed welcome.

What an amazingly large off leash area for the puppies. Arrow was indicating another 10m past a likely hide but stopped in time to trust instinct instead.
My first ever find! Favourite place to take my dog and enjoy the sunshine easy enough to find!
Out with thomo31 finding some caches. With a quick phone call to my sister for help on this one was found. TFTC.
5997. Found by baby&Mrs gopher at 0925 in company with thomo31 on the day we will get to 6000 finds. A pleasant walk in the cool humid air of the mountains. The hide was visible from a reasonable distance away thomo31's phone was pointing that way and we knew that couldn't be right. SL Tnx WaywardWoman.
Up in the lower / mid Blue Mountains today looking at some houses and so decided to grab a couple of caches between open times. this valley is much cooler than the highway just up there at 5pm. cache in good condition. tftc WaywardWoman
