The could be for one of several reasons:

No response from owner. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Since this is about to be archived I guess it's worth the risk of a spoiler. We were the last to find the cache - if I remember correctly its a big tub under the corner or of one of the walkways - coords were spot on.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
With the amount of DNF's recently it looks like the cache has gone.
Pity as it's a great spot.
Not sure if the owner is still cacheing so maybe time to archive in case anyone else wishes to place here.

Well it was living up to its name today.
No one insite, on shore and ferocious.
Glad it was'nt winter as I could have hypothermia!!
Nice spot that looks like it needs archiving as the owner looks like they have given up caching.

A cold blustery day, only a few people about. Searched un interupted for 20 mins, but alas didn't come up with the goods.
Must not have our Caching mojo working today second dnf in a row. Searched between Muggle visits to no avail.

Came to see the awesome views, even watched a paraglider cruising and waving to us. Only a little bit windy but overcast today.
Took the views, left TB "Sandi Shoe"

Was a really nice view. And we could watch a Paraglyder, flying around and having fun.

It was a quick find as i have previously found one in a similar location.
i had to stay for a bit as a muggle was sitting on a bench watching me. once he left i found the cache but as i was about to put it back another one came along.
muggles come infrequently so keep an eye out. i was just unlucky
left a travel bug
took the path tag

You're not kidding! It was blowing a gale here today, and I had issues keeping the logbook in this state. Nice spot. Thanks for the hide.
Got to admire the view while we waited for some muggles to finish their smokes. Once they left an easy find was made. Tftc. Tnleft pathtag.
Found the cache at GZ. Couldn't grab to write in log, way too many Muggles around. Beach look great though.

Our first mainland cache after returning from Tasmania. Sure was windy - the replacement container had nearly blown away so we tried to place it more securely. Took the Thorn Geocoin. Thanks Adventure for Life for a find in this windy place.
We beginning here our trip through australie.

Very easy find, cache container was visible immediately without any hunting. After log signing we placed it back in it's hiding spot a bit further "in" so as not to be muggled. TNLN TFTC
It has a log now thanks someone and is in a clear bottle type container with an orange lid.
Visiting Torquay for the weekend from Bendigo. Easy find. little bit windy :p looks like the cache has been replaced with an orange lid and a new log book is inside. TFTC
The surfers were way down on the beach oblivious to what I was doing... Searched for quite a while but no luck.. On reading the logs after the co-ords may have been a bit off.. Never mind next time I am through here...
Thanks for the cache

Another great vista of the Surf Coast. Unfortunately the sea was very flat today - looked like a millpond.
No log book, so signed sticker as lennyboy did. Satellites had the GZ 6m to the west today.
TNLN . . SL . . Thanks for the hunt Adventure for Life.

Log book is missing from the cache. We didn't have a spare one in our cache emergency repair kit. Perhaps next seeker might be able to remedy

Found the cache today at 11.00am with beanie The cache needs a little
attention as the log book was missing from the cache container, but
I was able to log the find on a piece of paper that was in the cache.
Thanks Adventure for Life for the cache.

Ah ha ! 3rd time lucky. Our second today and #192 overall. On the way home from our FTF at Mogg's Log, we decided to stop in here and have another go. It was more than a little windy and more than a little cold and it was just a little rainy. Noticed that it looked like there had been some pretty big rock/mud falls out at Jarosites quite recently.
We had to outlast a couple of lots of muggles, some checking the surf (which was good today !), some just gazing out to sea.
After reading the hints in the previous logs, we widened the search area and soon had the pesky devil in hand !
TFTC Adventure for life !
PS:, would have to agree with Mr Emu that this container is likely to have a pretty short lifespan and something more robust would see this be a lasting cache in a great spot !
Visited a couple of TB's

I saw a cache had been placed at a favorite spot and decided to take a look. Spotted the cache after a short hunt due to the BRIGHT BLUE lid being very visible in the afternoon sun. Otherwise quite well-hidden.
I used the iPhone, not the Garmin, so cannot comment on the accuracy of the coordinates. *EDIT: A later check on Google Maps suggests the coords should be S.338 & E.651, about 5m ESE of the published location. Although not a real problem here, a cliff-top site is not somewhere to be inaccurate with coordinates
(A hint for the hider: your container will likely break down in the outdoors within a few months, even where it is hidden - and in winter! Perhaps consider using a Sistema, and even painting it black - at least on the lid).
Thanks for the cache - a great view from here indeed.

Found today on our second visit, but only after some advise from the FTF (the aging Bushfire), it seems he had the same problems as we did. Today at 17.00hrs there was no one there so searching was easier. TFTC TNLN.
SPOILER !!!! The cache is about 8 mtrs NE of where the GPS will have you, on the other side of the structure.

Sadly we couldn't find this cache. 6 of us searched and searched. Will watch for a hint of where to find.
A second to find for Suscoe this morning.
It is still rainy and cool,
a bit of a search here, a number of slips were seen in the clay from last night's visitors.
Searched for a while and there it was.
Great waves this morning but no flying muggles.
Thanks to Adventure for Life for placing this cache.
Signed the log and off to the next cache.
Well done to Bushfire for the first to find

This hide was certainly living up to its name when we arrived about 8:00pm. We were a little ill-equipped, being on the way home from a family dinner after work/kids swimming, with only the phone for a GPS, me wearing work clothes and juc_jr#2 in trakkies and a t-shirt. With feeble torch, we looked around for a while, but the place the HTC phone wanted us was too slippery for us to have a serious go in these conditions.
We'll definitely be back !

FTF My second today and 97th and found an area to park a lot closer than the first cache.
Found this guy at about 1600 but not in the first place that I looked and now you can see muddy footprints everywhere.
Sorry for the late log but shortly after arriving home I had to go out for dinner.
A great spot for a cache as the views are terrific, so thanks again to the Adventure for Life Team for this cache.
