Due to the extremely high muggle factor in this area, it is virtually impossible for a 200ml Sistema to be retrieved from the garden, logged, and replaced unobserved. To make a geocache work in this location, I have had to change the nature of this hide considerably. Add the bad mojo in the logs for this listing, and it seems fitting to archive it, and start fresh. The new listing for Mornington Rail #10 V2 is GC4N7VR
Tried to deploy a new cache at GZ Saturday but it didn't stick. Went to Bunning's and Jaycar today and am taking this cache up a notch. Constructed a new hide this afternoon, glue is drying now, and am confident the new hide will deploy Tuesday morning. Thanks for your patience. This is a extremely high muggle area and I dont want history to repeat, and am taking time to get this right.
Time to let it go. I have waited 8 months for maintenance on this cache, and there appears to be no action.... lots of talk of action, but no action. No finds since October 2012 (except for a bogus log) .... a Post Reviewer Note in April ... etc etc etc .... it's beyond a joke. Either replace the container or archive it.
The cache is in the process of being transferred to a new CO as the notes indicate quite clearly. It's part of a series and should remain. Please don't archive it.

I understand TrailRunning's concerns, and I will try to touch base again with Saulman1010 again this evening to sort out how he wants me to proceed, but please understand, he is quiet unwell, and unfortunately geocaching is not high on the list of priorities.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Rest assured, I will get everything back to 100% as soon as I can!

Visited GZ today to scope out area for replacement cache as I have never been here before. Will have to construct a camouflaged container as area is incredibly busy. Should have new container in place by the weekend.
Hi All, I have replacement containers, log books and clue cards ready to go. Just need to nail down a few details regarding replacement of the missing/archived caches with Saulman1010 and I will make a maintenance run and get this excellent series back online. Thanks for your patience folks, and thanks to Saulman1010 for this great series of caches.
Very generous offer has been received of a maintenance run on all the caches in this series by a local cacher and will be done as soon as humanly possible.
No actual finds since December and not replaced. Time to archive to remove from PQ searches.
I know this isn't a forum, but I feel I need to contribute!
I'd love for this cache to be replaced, rather than archived, as it's pretty critical to try and find the final in the series. My 2 cents.

This one has been missing and disabled for a long time. If CO is not going to replace then I suggest it gets archived. Thanks.
This cache is no longer here. I seriously doubt the recent found log. I have been here three times with a previous finder and each time we have come up with nothing. I request that the CO check that the cache is in place. Thanks.
Must've been looking in the wrong spot, since someone apparently found it this month. Had a good search through the garden bed with two sets of eyes, but no luck. Will try again next time I'm down this way. Had to be careful with muggle factor... twas a hot night, and the ice cream shop across the road was jam packed!
Loads of Muggles, Mrs One-eyed , our Son In Law Imapom, and our Daughter Mrs Imapom stopped by the local supermarket for some goodies.
Searched as best we could with loads of Muggles, but no luck.
This may need some maintenance.

In the middle of town the bananas were expecting to make an easy find. Not to be as this again showed to be disappointing. Perhaps next time.
Another great TDC / LLTRA caching night. About 30 or so finds for the night, including some big caches needed for the P81 combinations. The bikes were out for these caches. The night ended up heading down the Mornington Peninsula cleaning up a few more unfound caches. As always, a great night, lots of fun and great conversation as always. Beautiful weather coupled with nice cool temps made a perfect caching night...
DNF on this one. Had a really good look with three sets of eyes. Rebel had found it before, he looked in that spot, and said it was gone. Might be worth checking out. Cheers.

Hard to get a parking spot around here but that's the hardest part about it. Quick find and sign. Thanks.

Came by here to pick up one of our TBs (Travelling Bear) and move it on; it has been here way too long. Disappointed to find that it is lost!
Found it with Natasha, easy find but will have to return to sign as too many muggles
Had looked for this once before on a Sunday, not a good idea. Quick drive by in the middle of the night after a nearby Event.
Found it on cache mission with Fat_Jox84 TFTC SL

Some muggles about but hopefully their attention was taken by the bitter cold and light fog this morning.

Found on a quiet day while getting the car serviced.
Hard to imagine a train station here.
('\(OoO)/') Thanks for the caching fun!

Managed to pick this one up without being spotted. Put in a few items for the next kids who find it, thanks for the cache.
I heard some rumors that the muggle activity near the cache is high... Luckily when we arrived, there was no-one there . Quick grab for the cache, signing of the logbook and off we went.
The delightful hippihiiri from Finland came home with us after the Mega, mainly to visit Phillip Island, but she had a "bit" (believe that and you'll believe anything!) of shopping to do which, of course, Mrs wanted to "help" with. So we went to Mornington. While there she asked about caches. We said we would walk past another of our pet hates due to high muggle factor. Hippihiiri is not only delightful, she brings luck! Hardly a muggle in sight, and certainly none sitting on, or standing around, GZ with lunches and ciggies. She had her hand on the cache at 12.15 pm. Plus we now had all the coords, having completed the first nine a while ago, so after the "bit" of shopping we picked up the final in the series at 2.40 pm. Thank you, Saulman, for the whole series, very well researched and placed, we enjoyed it and the whole deserves a Favourite.
This was the first find during an afternoon of caching in Mornington with the geofamily. I would liked to have found more but a freezing wind and rain put an early stop to the day. SL TNLN. TFTC.
MUGGLES!!!!!!! So many muggles!
I tried to be as inconspicuous as possible and I dont think anyone noticed me as I put it back! :/
When I got home I realised that I had forgotten to get the part of the coordinates for the mystery at the end of the series DAMN!! I will have to go back sometime soon.

Logged this one this afternoon (spied by jcody who seemed to have her cache radar running at full power), only to discover that Tokoloshe123 had logged a find today as well.
A quick phone call and we met up in the main drag for a bit of team caching.

Find # 1423
It is a beautiful day, perfect to be out on the trail and geocaching, so I contacted my good mate and caching partner in crime sedgwickdave and we headed towards Frankston, Mount Eliza and Mornington areas.
This one was a tricky one being muggle central. While I was waiting for GPSr to settle, Dave had already searched for and made the find for this one. Grabbed the clue for the final.
Thanks to saulman1010 for the cache, our first in the series for today. TNLN.

We took a short break from today's celebrations nearby to have a look for this one. There were muggles everywhere on this glorious afternoon but a bit of stealth soon had us with the stash in hand at 17:00.
TNLNSL, noted clue. Thanks saulman1010.

Quick pick up while waiting to pick up Thai food - ZombiePuppy had fallen asleep after a long day at daycare but I found a park right next to GZ, locked car door, dashed and grabbed cache, dashed back to car - Pup still snoring - signed log, dashed back and re-hid cache and made it back to car without waking the baby! Does that make me a bad parent or an overkeen cacher? Hmm! Thai good was ready though! TFTC
Nice and easy find wiht Geokid on a wet sunday morning. Not too many muggles around so managed to retrieve and re-hide without too much trouble.
Sharpened the pencil while i was there. TFTC.

Found it on market day. First one in a few months. Feels good to start again. Found with Granna and geo dad
Wow, interesting. I'm surprised this cache hasn't been disturbed so close to muggles. Now we're ready to look for the final GZ but without one clue. Might be interesting.
Parked quite close to GZ and once there found the cache in a most obvious place. Clue noted.
This was my first find, my second soon to follow.
I didn't know what Geocaching was this morning, and now i've found two of them!

Find 11 of 12 on a night caching run. Have to admit I thought the GPS was leading us astray when we came into the area, but once I saw the sign I was more confident and the GPS lead me straight to the caches hiding spot! Last clue gathered and we were ready to find the mystery cache. Thanks for the series.
Find number 10 of 12 for the night on a caching run with cathym. Now we have the co ordinates for the last cache of the series.
The last of the series and now onto the final.. find #1542 as the night draws on.. Thanks Saulman1010 and team for the hide..
Found myself unexpectedly in Mornington with some time on my hands, so sat down on a bench and decided to break out my smart phone and see if there were any local caches. Discovered I was almost sitting on one - less than 10 metres away. Quick find, signed the log, as there were few people around but I expected that to change as things were about to open.
The trick here was to firstly find somewhere to park! It was a bit busy late in the afternoon. Muggles everywhere! Fortunately, most were on a mission and didn't notice us.
Interesting history about the train.
Thanks, Robmc.

This is a very interesting series highlighting the demise of this line. In just 30 years a lot has changed. This location is a very muggly place so care has to be taken.
