Couldn't find today but will search again tomorrow. Recent floods may have changed things
We found the hide but were unable to locate the cache. Tbe rock had moved so guessing maybe recent flood waters have taken the cache with it.
Cache I believe is missing. I thought I found the perfect hidey hole for it. Oh well. Off to search for another.
Touring Tassie for 2 weeks with misschief18 - after an overnight stay in the local caravan park we had to mark some smilies for the area

First time I have seen one like this.without the river caches nearby I would have missed this beautiful river walk
Quick find on a hot smoky day TFTC
We're half way through our six month stay (til the end of March '16) from the Kurrajong area, (Blue Mountains) NW of Sydney, to tour in the caravan and also visit our kids and grandkids in the Huon Valley On four previous visits before this visit, we were muggles, so we have a whole island of caching fun ahead of us!

Found it on hands and knees. TFTC from Angus88 the great GeoWestie and his Carer Lis Brown both grey nomads living on the road and currently spending their fourth summer in Tasmania.
This was my daughter and my first geo cache. We love it and can't wait to do it again.
Staying nearby whilst in tassie, went for a caching ride after tea.
Rode straight past it downhill, then backtracked, once in the right spot a Quick easy find, TFTC

Easy find, out with Gyrosweeper. This is why we do this game to find new trails and beautiful places to be. Even the geomutt had fun. Left mini football, took nothing signed log.
Found on an outing with #Reperio and his geopup. (Both are good company.) #Reperio lobbed onto this one first, and played the game fair by wandering off without giving it away. A neat hide for a cache of this size and nature, well done Adlillah. Left my calling card and SL TFTC
Heading back to Launceston after lunch at the Berry Cafe. This was my seventeenth stop of the day. TNLN, there are no TBs in the cache. TFTC Adlillah
I found it but being the nice person that I am I let geodad claim it thanks for the cache
Peace out geokid xxx

Fortunately no sign of flooding today and you're right, hard to imagine that lovely green river coming all the way up here. We were quite taken with the neighbour's landscaping with his elephant, rhino and hippo statues and horse topiary. I wonder what the end product will look like? Cache was safe and dry but I didn't check for the TB. TFTC, Adlillah. =^.^=
Oh my goodness that would have been one wide river. Cache located okay. The nearby neighbour's garden is a sight to behold. I won't spoil it for you. Thanks Adlillah.
Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
What a different day today is compared to yesterday. Nice and warm with only a gentle breeze. Supposed to be cleaning getting ready to move house but oh well there's always tonight. [8)]
Headed out to cover as much as we could in this area that we had yet to cache in.
hard to imagine how much water was running through here in 2011
TFTC Adlillah

Quickly found the cache while on an evening walk along the river. It's a shame the Tebet bug that was taken from here quite a while ago hasn't been logged at all.

We were caching in the lovely Meander Valley today and were delighted to be taken to such picturesque areas.
A lovely river side walk to the cache. Wow how about that private garden near GZ - you could be forgiven if you thought (for a second) that you were in Africa! Thank you for the cache which was a quick and easy find.

Even with all the Muggles out for a lovely summers day at the river I was able to find the cache.

Enjoyed wander around this town - nice country... Thanks showed me around the Tasmania. Thanks Adlillah.
Got this one just as it started pouring rain. Appropriate really. Got rather wet but not as much as I would've in January 2011 I expect. Thanks for the cache.
Ran to this cache from 'Peaceful Living'. Hard to believe the flood levels came up this far! TFTC find #164
Tftc really enjoyed finding this with Groat45 also found out this wasn't the highest flood level in recent memory. Makes you wonder. Tftc
Wow, are you sure this cache is above future flood levels? This shows how high a river can get. Unusual garden over the fence. TFTC.
Wow it's hard to believe the river got that high. Nice spot. Left a geocoin. Tftc
We dropped the smurf off at his front door. Cache needs a little bit of love.
found cache all in good condition but realised we would NOT be walking to the next one via the track. did still manage to spend a little bit of time here as we were in awe of the yard next door and all its animals. We will be returning in the future to see the next stage. Amazing
Wow, can't believe the water came up so high! Enjoyed the animals next door. This cache is very smelly! Had to wash my hands several times to get the stink off. All part of the fun though. TFTC.
Cool hide! Took the kids for a bike ride and did some sneaky looking along the way. TFTH.
Great time out with the family. DR JAMES, SMELLY BELLY 8 and JABs Had a lot of fun and it was a very lovely day. Gained lots of fantastic memories and visited some cool places. This was part of my geocaching scouting challenge.

This was our 5th cache find in the caching run & we found it at 11:14
So this now makes our total find count 6111.
[blue]
Time is running out. We leave the Launceston area in a few days, and there's still heaps of caches to find.
Looking at the debris along the fence line we can understand how high the river can come.
[/blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Excellent (Under 2 metres)
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing. (We grabbed the trackable from the cache though.)
Left: Nothing.
Thanks Adlillah for the hunt today.
