Quick find on a hot smoky day TFTC Smile

We're half way through our six month stay (til the end of March '16) from the Kurrajong area, (Blue Mountains) NW of Sydney, to tour in the caravan and also visit our kids and grandkids in the Huon Valley Smile On four previous visits before this visit, we were muggles, so we have a whole island of caching fun ahead of us! Found on an outing with #Reperio and his geopup. (Both are good company.) #Reperio lobbed onto this one first, and played the game fair by wandering off without giving it away. A neat hide for a cache of this size and nature, well done Adlillah. Left my calling card and SL TFTC

Quick find, impressive landscaping in nearby garden.

31-Oct-15
Fortunately no sign of flooding today and you're right, hard to imagine that lovely green river coming all the way up here. We were quite taken with the neighbour's landscaping with his elephant, rhino and hippo statues and horse topiary. I wonder what the end product will look like? Cache was safe and dry but I didn't check for the TB. TFTC, Adlillah. =^.^=

31-Oct-15
Oh my goodness that would have been one wide river. Cache located okay. The nearby neighbour's garden is a sight to behold. I won't spoil it for you. Thanks Adlillah.

Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.

What a different day today is compared to yesterday. Nice and warm with only a gentle breeze. Supposed to be cleaning getting ready to move house but oh well there's always tonight. [8)]

Headed out to cover as much as we could in this area that we had yet to cache in. Razz

hard to imagine how much water was running through here in 2011

TFTC Adlillah

This was our 5th cache find in the caching run & we found it at 11:14
So this now makes our total find count 6111.

[blue]
Time is running out. We leave the Launceston area in a few days, and there's still heaps of caches to find.
Looking at the debris along the fence line we can understand how high the river can come.
[/blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Excellent (Under 2 metres)
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing. (We grabbed the trackable from the cache though.)
Left: Nothing.
Thanks Adlillah for the hunt today.
