Found a cable tie in a tree. May need maintenance? Or perhaps we arent crafty enough
Today, on my way home after a friend's lunch, I visited the family graveyard, short-walked to GZ, found an easy spot, and signed the log with no trouble.
Took a nice little hike from Corlacus up to find this cash, had me searching for a while but found it eventually.
Killing some time while my son is at Venturers nearby, I noticed that since my last DNF here the cache has been replaced. Using the torch on my phone, it took a bit of looking but thankfully not too long. All good at GZTFTC
Quick find and sign here after a visit to the dog park. Interestingly the log was completely fresh and no other signatures despite 2 logs since it was replaced. This is an interesting part of the cemetery TFTC
Had a really good look, but no joy Looking at the recent photos, is the hint still correct?
Unfortunately we didn’t find this one, we looked at some other peoples reviews and photos and concluded that it is missing/been taken.
Stranger .. took me an hour searched, still unlucky but previous finder show photo , ahh that.. back to re-searched still nothing .. should be easy not , definitely gone??

It took awhile walking up the tall hill, we were observant of snakes. There were none. All worth it
We come to this cemetery a couple times a year although I’ve never walked along to where this cache was placed. And to be honest I’d never noticed it on the map when I’ve been here previously. I was quite surprised to learn that there is a pet cemetery on the hill!
A really quiet spot and enjoyable cache.
Thanks

Thanks
Found. Very interesting indeed. The section a little further down from GZ were there are sandstone rocks with names only spear out in no order is amazing. I have never seen that before. Very interesting. Thanks for the lovely walk & ponder I just had.

A long time ago I parked at the gate and started to walk up here. Realising I would run out of time for a previous engagement I had to give up before I got here. Today I drove up. Such a lovely unexpected area. I really like this one. Thanks Budgietas

Cache is safe and dry, though the logbook and extra page are full.
We didn't have any paper with us unfortunately.
TFTC, interesting spot.

Today we decided to find some more caches in the area while staying at the caravan park and this was one of them.
No muggles about to speak of!!!!, a quick find, cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Drove almost to this one, loving that. I thought i'd have to park outside the Cemetery at first.
It was located in the 2nd tree i inspected
The hanger is in good condition and the contents are dry.
The view across to the town from here is ace!

Good View of Kingston. In good condition!
A bit creepy driving through the graveyard
A bit creepy driving through the graveyard
I saw the sign pet “cemetery” and that made me wonder if I was stepping on soil that had previously been shovelled up so smz
Bad place to put a geocache because there is long grass where snakes could be hiding
Do not go to this geocache

A quiet, contemplative walk up the hill took me to this easy to find cache. Normally I'm not a fan of caches in cemeteries as I find them a bit disrespectful but this one was in a quiet, isolated area with no obvious graves nearby so I'm giving it a pass. Found a poor old travel bug on the ground under the cache so I took him with me so I can find him a better hiding spot. SL. TFTC.
Thanks for the cache Budgietas.
In the general area today with RLD4963 whilst the GeoGSP was in doggy daycare, and decided to stop and search for this cache. This was a nice easy find at GZ - hooray! And this was (and still is) a great AC/DC album!

Walked from Kingston just for this cache. Beautiful spot! Forgot to bring a pen with me so will send owner a photo of the log.
I was wondering were this cache was going to lead me, it seemed like a merry chase. As I got closer I was still wondering but co-ordinates spot on and a very easy find jut hanging there. I added a new log page as the other was full. TFTC.
Found this fun cache on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon, thanks for an interesting hiding spot
Hi Budgietas a very unusual location overlooking the construction of a new subdivision. Walking to GZ I thought to myself I bet it is there....sure enough it was.....how am I going to find it - oh hello there it is. Full log but squeezed my moniker on the log. Thanks for the hide and all good at GZ. Bon Scott loved to live life to the full and always turned his back on death (that is my take anyway Budgietas).
Over the last couple of months, in between caching adventures further afield, we've slowly been working on tracking down most of the caches near to home in the Kingston and Blackmans Bay area. Today we set out to spend a couple of hours finding most of the remaining ones.
In all, we found five traditional caches and two puzzle caches, with no DNFs. This was our first cache of the day.
We'd previously had a brief look for this one, but it turns out an iffy GPSr had us looking in the wrong location on that occasion. This time, the GPSr sent us straight to the right spot and, with a little inspection of the nearby environment, the cache was soon in hand.
It's a nice peaceful spot in what is otherwise a pretty grim locale.
TFTC.
