Like previous logs, located magnet and shiny plate, log has gone walkies.. thanks..!!
Found what should of been the cache what was left of it magnet and piece of steel 31 August 2015 12:11 BloodPossum
Disabled will check if it's gone this quick might have to archive obviously they know it's there
Same as a previous log - found the magnet, found metal plate attached to magnet, but no cache that I could see, though.
Saw when this one came back online and fortunately it was a lovely day the next day, so GeoDad and I went over to have a look. Took nothing left nothing. Thanks for the hide.
"Found" this cache late tonight. Appears to have been muggled. Found only half a magnet and what we think was the top plate of the cache. No log found. Can message cache owner if picture is required.
Very high level of activity here around 2pm but cache was quite prominent once I could approach. Nice!
Checked on maintenance run today and looks like it's gone, a little surprised that I got four years out of original container, will get this one back online soon
Second DNF for the day. Ruining our winning streak. shall have to return to this one when there are less muggles around.
@16:48. I was out caching with Hawley3 today and we couldn't find this one. We gave it a good search too, but we obviously weren't looking in the right spot!
Went exploring for this after stopping at the market for jam doughnuts. I hadn't been here before so great to learn about this landmark. TFTC
What a great bit of history which I never knew of! Thanks for bringing me here. Nice big cache for an urban location too. Just dropped the kids off at their dance concert.

Technically a refind of when I used to be part of a GC team, now out on my own.
No trackables found, whoever took the shark coin needs to log it properly. Hopefully soon.

Wow, cool place. Near GZ I found a pair of abandoned men's underwear and a bottle of plonk, but I didn't swap anything for them. Someone had a good night. Thanks for the hide, Daryllm123.
[red]Find #1360[/red]
I've always noticed this Castle & the joining parkland but have never stopped. So today was the day & a cache was then bonus. I read the info on the sign then a quick search came up with the goods. With no passing muggles at the time, cache was back in place quickly.

Just been to the Dandenong Markets and saw this cache nearby and thought I'd go for a walk up here with my parents and mark this as a find! Great location and very cool castle too! Took a travel coin and left a spoon! Found on Sunday 27th July 2014 at 2:50pm. Thanks for the great hide!
Awesome castle
nice area around and a busy park at school pickup time
BelleAkelea and i wandered over to your side of town to visit the local COmpleat Angler for some camping supplies and had to hunt around while we are out of our own patch.
Thanks Daryl

WOW !!! I am a cub scout leader and what a beautiful facade this scout hall has. Took some photos to show my cubs at 1st Doncaster East . Left TB and a 1st Doncaster East Scarf badge . TFTC
Had to bring my dad back to the Dandenong eye clinic for a 3rd go at his eye, so I thought I would try a cache while here! TNLNSL. TFTC
On saturday the lovely blood_possum and I decided to go our first gc adventure and thought what better way to start than with a castle so in the geocar we got and away we were. We arrived early in the morning when a group of muggles were packing up some musical gear from the night before so seaching for the cache was rather difficult but after reading all the clues and a bit of deducing we figured out the location of the cache and had to wait for our chance to make a quick grab and run back to the geocar to sign the book and leave our cards then returned the cache to its original location. Had such a great time. Team sherlock will be doing this for a long time I think
Yay!!!! Found it finally found it after 2 trys well hidden guys. Took nothing left something.
Went to get this the other night and had lost my pen at the previous cache. Came back past today for a quick find. TFTC

Find #993
I needed to find seven caches quickly to take my total to 999. This was the first one I targeted. It was a cache that I had been wanting to find for quite some time and even got as far as parking just a few metres from it one Sunday afternoon, but alas there were far too many muggles around for me to attempt to retrieve it.
I felt I knew where it was and this morning, under the cover of darkness I went straight to where I felt it would be located and sure enough, there was a good sized container well camo'ed.
I'm very happy to be able to finally cross this one off my list.

Find #1171. Found @ 18:00 with eldest geocachelette.
I've been concentrating on caches which fill in squares on my placed p366 or p81 grids. Today was going to be a rest day for me, but the good lady wife said I should head out with the eldest. I used to have a few placed date target caches in the area, but I've been picking up dates in various locations which whittled the list down to 2.
This was the second of the two. We parked right out front and I read the history of the old scout hall to my little cub. She loved the idea of cubs in a castle.
Once at GZ I spotted the likely location and got the geocachelette to have a look. When she said it wasn't there I replied with "are you sure?" as I could see it. With another look the container was found.
Shortly after the log was signed and container returned.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Daryllm123.

Found it with Mrs Iamapom and Woody the Geo-dog. We were on our way to visit Geo-Great-Granny and realised we had some time to spare. So went to Subway nearby, and grabbed a picnic. Was quite nice in the park, and the cache grab was easy. And thanks for it.
Find 3 of 6 on introducing TFA.AUS's family to GeoCaching, although at night probably isnt the BEST idea
GeoNephew found this one quite quickly and easily and Uncle TFA had a good idea where it might be, so suggested he look there, his first ever find by himself, nearly screamed the place down with "I FOUND IT, I FOUND IT!!!" echoing across the nearby skate park
Swapped smiley face badge for the VicPol badge at GeoNephews request

This find took me longer than needed as I was talking on the phone to my mum and I use my phone as the GPS...

Wandered around a little as GPS would not settle, then returned to an area and made the find. Thanks Daryllm123
After finding a nearby cache, Campbell was keen to find another cache. After parking the GeoRanger near GZ we got out and Campbell made the quick find as cache was on the ground. Signed the log and replaced where we thought it should be.

A bitterly cold, rainy, windy, winters day and Hubby Greysubmarine and I decide to travel down to the Peninsula to lay a cache in memory of my treasured grandmother and to complete day 3 of 31 and commence a personal challenge of 24 in 24 hours. Are we MAD???
This was our last cache for the night as my poor bones were freezing up from the bitter cold. We swung in to GZ, had a bit of a naughty chuckle at the car parked next to ours in the darkness. Initially we thought it could be a fellow cacher. Nope. Someone who went home without at car tonight due to wheel clamps on their car. Ooops!
We wandered over to GZ and made the quick find. Signed the log and returned to original place.
Cache 15 out of 24 completed. Will complete the challenge of 24 in 24 hours in the morning!
Thanks heaps for the find!

On a wet, cold, raining day in Melbourne Mrs G and my self set ourselves the goal of 24 caches in 24 hours. So after we set a cache in memory of her late Grandmother, we started caching our way back home. Also this was day three of the 31 days of caching in August challenge.
Cache 15 for the day
So I parked the GeoKorando close to the GZ. The 4x4 parked close by might be a fellow Cacher, then i see the wheel clamp from the Sheriffs, bugger! thats got to hurt? A short walk to the cache and look at the obvious place and cache was in hand, log signed and cache returned thanks for the cache cheers.

Couple of quick caches on my way home from work to maintain my Project 366 (6 days to go).
Very busy park next door but managed a quick grab in a slightly hidden location.

Had to wait until a couple od dog walking muggles past to retrieve. Noticed a nearby munzee which could not be reattached. Will fix this tomorrow.
Have pass by here a few time and each time the muggle factor beat me. Not today though. Quick find was made. TNLNSL TFTC. Kems
Walked across the park on a hot sunny day, past the council workers installing new playground equipment. Cache was a quick easy find once at GZ, however when I opened it and it didn't contain a pen, I realized that I left mine in the car - rather than walk all the way back, I took a couple of photos instead. TFTC and the interesting history of this landmark that I've driven past (and worked near) many times.
