Found it at 1100.
It took me a few minutes to find, though it turned out I'd parked in the right place. Even then, I'd missed it the first time I'd looked "there".
I did have to wait out some arriving/departing muggles before I could put the cache container back, though.
Oh - I quickly "got" the cache's name, but this place has recently had a name-change.
