Walked in circles and through many spiderwebs before calling it a day. Will try again another time when the mozzies aren't as bad (hopefully).
Our first geocache ever and after a longish look in the heat and reading a few posts WE FOUND IT! Can’t believe how long it’s been there - thanks uknurse
Not too hard, enjoying a nice day of caching, weather is perfect today!
Thanks for placing this.
Thanks for placing this.
We came back to try to find it. No luck. The only surprise we found was some dog poo.
This one had been on our hit list for a while. We thought immediately a micro on the seat. No luck. A read of the previous logs helped and we widened the search. Quickly in our hands, and yellow smiley!!!!
Not too hard. Typical hide. Near Tuh-whit Tuh-whoo cache but not worth cutting through bush...walk around / drive via roads.
Nice hide. It's one of those urine sample cups. Empty of course. Except for the froggie and log
GPS confused us- but we got there. Only a few sections available on the log. Happy hunting.
A bit of a detour after a paddle in the ocean.
This series seems to be a bit harder than the D rating on almost every cache
Thank you for hiding this one

Grabbed this on the way home from a visit to the doctors with geo girl. She is all good, and so is this cache! Glad it was a quick & lucky find because the dogs isn’t like us scratching around!
Tough one. Took us a while but we dug around like bandicoots and finally found it!
Not much free time today but we thought we could squeeze in at least a few caches.
After searching for a few minutes Mrs VC called in the cavalry … ME!
A nice quick find followed despite the cache being well concealed.
Sometimes the cache just calls to you! LOL ...
Made our mark & replaced as found.

I considered cutting across country from Tuh-whit, Tuh-whoo. It was only 300-odd metres. But I wasn't sure what the vegetation would be like or if that thin blue line of a creek on the map was crossable or not. So, in the end, I decided to drive around which was probably a journey of a couple of kilometres. The road is fairly narrow here but I figured I would be right to park on the side of the road and I wandered in.
I looked in a couple of spots that seemed like likely hides but found nothing. I was about to step away and try elsewhere but decided to circle around and spotted the now familiar container poking out. After signing the log and returning it to it's little groove, I added a touch more camo before leaving.
Thanks for the cache.

This one was well camouflaged.
I was pretty well hidden from passers by and felt comfortable having a good search around. It was in the general area I thought so just kept lifting and replacing until I found it.
Happy to sign my name to the log before replacing where found.

Saw some friendly muggles walking their dog on the way to gz. Glad they kept on walking
Easy find.

Was out in the area today and thought of finding this one . We parked near GZ and walked over. We found the cache after 5 minutes of arriving at GZ . The log is a bit wet, but managed to sign it . Thanks for the cache theuknurse .
I am working on the construction site and I knew this was close by. So I went and found it. Thank you.
Was out in the open so was a very quick find placed it where most cachers should find it TFTC
This one was challenging especially when we encountered a snake. Eventually found the geocache that was being sat on my a toad. Very satisfying find though! Good luck!
Thoroughly enjoyed trekking through the bush lands to find this one. Be prepared to encounter Australia's finest wildlife of; snakes, toads and mosquitos!
29/1/16 after dropping the kids at school and running a few errands, I realised I was in an area where a few green dots stuck out. Thankfully I had a little time to spare. As I drove up toward GZ I saw a lovely little resting place that I thought might house the cache, but the compass said no. So in I went and with clues from previous logs I headed to another easily identified spot. As I began the search I saw the cache looking at me, quite exposed. After signing the log and returning the cache I made sure to cover it a little more. TFTC
After the last logs, curiosity got the better of me and I had a trip over and parked nearby.
Wandered in and soon had the cache in hand.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks theuknurse All good with this cache

Had almost given up but persistence finally paid off. It was in an obvious spot in an obvious container for this series but completely buried under heaps and heaps of mulch. This is an awesome find as not been found since Oct 2014 - 15 months! Look for the big tree. Placed back to where we found it just packed dirt underneath to hopefully prevent it from sinking again!
Well, this was a very hard find. Buried under lots of mulch, but success! So happy to have found this one - 15 months since the last recorded find.
Looked and looked. Could not locate this one. Looks like it's been awhile since last found.
Cache two for the day. We are clearing up some closer to home today and this one needed a Smilie. We had no trouble finding a place to park nearby, having the road to ourselves. We did not take long to find this one and add our name to the log. TFTC
Note: Unable to access from cache "Tuh-Whit Tuh-Whoo" in the Pony Club area despite my determined effort.
Eventually got to GZ via retirement village then around the locked gates... Phew!
As usual coordinates spot on and the familiar cache container located... TFTC

cache find # 1527. This find took so much longer than it should have. With the GPS telling us one thing, and us having an idea that the cache was somewhere we would place it. We finally found the cache. TFTC.
Found after second attempt by geodad. Gps jumpy, bit of foriging involved with the leaf litter. TFTC
A great day out on the push bikes with Couchmen in the Cleveland area. About 20 finds for the day, and a few kms rode, getting some good exercise and some finds for the day. We decided to do the local geocaching community a favor, replacing 3 missing caches for the day. Met up with another cacher on the day as well, great to meet you Mr Manly.

A pretty standard hide for this series. No problem with it. TFTC.

Out with Blacklegend today on what is fast becoming our regular Thursday caching day.
I had found some in this area, he had found others, there were yet others neither had found and there was only a few that we had both found.
Knowing that this was going to happen often with crossover of caches we still covered the whole area we had chosen.
We had had varying results with the ones we had gone for previously so we hoped to find as many as possible of them.
We both searched for a little while until I picked the right spot and we had another smilie on the map.
Thanks UK Nurse TFTC SL

My goodness, the place looks so different in daylight! Not that there would be much of an opportunity to enjoy a scenery at night... [|)]
From Ms Maddy I had got a confirmation of the GZ location, and after poking around a little while, a container of a familiar type suddenly appeared. Good to get this off the list.
TFTC, theuknurse!

Today I wasn't going out caching. Today I was going to do other things. Things of importance.
So, here I am!
I arrived near GZ and walked the last stretch. This looks like a retirement community or similar? Parked Sooty outside the Bay Club.
Poked around an obvious spot and then looked at a more obvious spot near the coords. Went back and looked at the first obvious spot again. No luck there. Went back to where Mr Garmin preferred me to be, and had a good rummage around with a stick.
Oh! There it is! 'Twas just a bit hidden

Having found a number of theuknurse hides, I hoped this one would follow the pattern and prove to be an easy one. Especially when I already had one 25 min DNF and one non-accessible behind tonight.
The navigator duly took me around the retirement community, approaching the cache from the backside. A security patrol car overtook me on the narrow road when I was thinking where to park, the guy was on it's way to close the gate on the road - a clear sign not to go too far...
On the road there were prime examples of urban sprawl - gradually everything will be covered by flat buildings, with natural environment being pushed out further and further. Makes me long for the vertical expansion instead of this horizontal...
On the brighter side, a patch of the walk path on the way in had the most luminous street lights I've seen on walk paths pretty much anywhere. That stretch was lit up well and truly.
If was closer to 9:30 pm when the search party of one cacher landed, exited the vehicle, dished out the smartiephone's compass, and dove into the bush. The coords were jumpy but there's pretty much one superior spot, all the others would be too easy or require elaborate and advanced level camo building, something that only few hiders care to do to the extent required.
Paced around the woodland and the likely GZ, poking around nooks and crannies, without a find.
Decided to let boredom to take over after 15 mins: night caching started to suck today with the tally I had, so decided to find something better to do, like going home and get some sleep.
I'm sure that the cache is there, and there will be a *day* when it's time to flesh it out.
TFTH anyway, theuknurse. A new visit will follow...

Was out this morning trying to clean up some of the missing smiles in the area.
Last time I was here for about 40 minutes searching searching, well another 20 minutes this morning eventually had me with cache in hand. This area plays with the GPS signal so much and the obvious place is the spot. Almost sure I looked here the last time I was here, but well found today.

This could have been a hard fine, but the uknurse has a few traits which made it easy to find. The cache is in good condition, just need to look a bit harder as there is a lot of dead fall around.
A sad start to the afternoon with a DNF spent a while looking in the likely spots. Tried other coords from another log but still in the one spot I looked closest. Hope to get back another time and find this one but it has been a while since the last find.
Out caching today with our favourite young geocacher Chunky Monkey. It was so much fun getting this cache in this lovely area.
Thanks to theuknurse.

Spent the day on the South Side and this was our 31st find for the day. Nice easy find which was good after 3 DNFs on the previous caches. Very quiet and cache was in good condition.

An easy find. In fact it was lying in the open. This is the last in this series Cleveland girl and I can find. If the owner could check on detour a and third path f and o we would be very grateful as we wish to complete the whole series. We will be hiding more Caches ourselves in the area shortly. Tftc
First one on our list of the powertrail with Captain Terror... not a successful stop at all... we poked around in there for ages with nothing to show for it... eventually had to give up and move on
Arrived on the spot with Whint today and there were some council workers doing their thing nearby. We made an extensive hunt but turned up no cache. With no previous DNF's I daresay this one has been muggled, perhaps by workers at some point. Will watch to see if anyone else is more successful.
Continuing the walk we neared a likely GZ and circumnavigated the area and suddenly we spied something suspicious and yes, that's it! The log was signed and quickly replaced. TFTC
The final in the path series for the day. Great numbers and locations to visit. This one was also a quick grab. Thanks for all the caches theuknurse. [1224]
Found by Sunshine Toledo at 3:00pm. Had 2 goes at this as there was a worker nearby cutting trees earlier; came back 2 hours later and had the place to myself. Cache is in good condition. TFTC
Pedalling deeper into retirement territory my nerves were being tested [:o]
I had to fight my inbuilt insticts to flee from the terrors that lay behind the fence across the street.
Was the fence keeping people out.... or in [:o]
I pedalled faster.
A fence across the path soon had me trapped !!
It also stopped me riding too far past GZ
I relaxed a bit... wait!!
No don't relax.
In surroundings like this it won't be long before you're in there,
playing BINGO or worse [:o]
I quickly found the cache and sped off for the exit as fast as me pedals would carry me

TFTC - Very easy find as it was in plain site uncovered. We covered it up better - SL L-rabbit
Found this cache after a false start (don't want to talk about that) [B)]. This was my very first "path" cache and why you may ask, did I start at the end? Good question, but that's something else I'd rather not discuss. So ... found the cache in good condition and went off to find the rest, with an idea of what they would look like. Yes, I know better now on that subject also.
Drove up the road to turn around and thought better put these coords in see how far away it is.It was only about 35m away, thought better have a really quick look and there it was, another one done.TFTC.
Found with Dannza and Chester the Geo border Collie. We parked at this site and walked to the next few. TFC
