Looked for a while but came up empty handed. I rang a previous finder and had no luck. Any chance of a check?
Thanks anyway PD186.
Thanks anyway PD186.
Would have been easier if I came in from the correct side No idea but the GPS gods didn't shine favorably on me here
All is good however! After studying the area more carefully, was able to make discover the hide! TFTC

Did not know which side of the creek it was on so tried both and found it once seeing a very walked on track.
A short day at work means I can find a geocache or two! I had to jump a creek to get this one. A quick search in the obvious spot got me nothing. A second quick search in the obvious spot got me a neat little cache. TFTC!

Found it No. 6568 ... the only problem we had was crossing the road ... TNLN ... TFTC PD186
Okay we had to have a second look. Maybe it is just too obvious. We are also on our way to visit someone in J H. Thanks it was a nice distraction
Mrs C was doing a lttle shopping at Glendale so decided to grab this one while in the area. Nice natural hide. Thanks PD186
We tried this from the wrong side at first, like others, then walked to around GZ. It was easy to see from just the right position, and only that position. Thanks for a good hide, nicely placed.
Easy find after going for coffee with muggle brother & sister in law at crossroads.
Found it today after a little bit of searching. Getting the correct side of the creek makes all the difference! TFTC.
On way to visit sjh in hospital when spotted this one - she is a Johnson fan and introduced me to the blues, so thought I'd log it on the way. Cricket was underway at the field and a cry of 'owzat? can shortly after I found the cache - if they had only timed it a little better TFTC
Approached from the playing fields, and made the creek crossing remaining dry to quickly locate the cache. Exited via the road side, TNLN thanks.
Muggle brother and I accompanied Mr L&L to find this one. These are always a struggle - which side of the creek should we be on? [?] Found easily and off to the next one. TFTC
Ah yes, I’ve read about “those intersections”. Don’t read a lot of fantasy, but I know what you mean. Found the cache and managed to remain in the same dimension while signing the log. Didn’t see any strange creatures, unless you want to count the ones driving past .
After a long day of geocaching in the sun and getting burnt, after a movie and a rest we found one more late at night.
My Geocaching NOOB friend came with and gave up and left just before GeneralSlugg and I found it.
Much harder in the dark. P.s also slipped down the minicliff just missing the water.

Nice and easy find once on the correct side of the creek. Found by geo-girl. TFTF
Quick one, lucky not too much water in the creek... Geokids little legs wouldn't have made it TTFC TNLN
Couldn't work this one out what everything meant. Spikeymikey and I are relatively bright, well ok, maybe the two of us together make one decent brain, but still the concept eluded us.
Caching with TheHeadChef.
I don't understand the relationship between the cache site, the cache GZ, the cache name. I just don't understand.

Sorry Mike and Chef.
Robert Johnson is not well known to the general population but if you are a fan of early blues music, a guitarist or into the super natural you may have heard about him.
Legion has it that he made a deal with the Devil to become a great guitarist and roots\blues singer. Unfortunaly this deal resulted in his untimely death. After the devil sent the "hell hounds" after him. He was murdered.
I believe you make such a deal is made at the crossroads as it is your choice which way you go following your own path or following the devils way.
His music was very influenced by his beliefs in the supernatural and he had songs about "The cross road devil" and how he had made a deal with the devil and the devil calling in the debt.
As this area is our most famous cross roads I placed the cache here. Just hoping someone would take the time to find out a little about Robert Johnson.

Kids had a good adventure in finding this one. Helped keep them busy on an average school holiday day. T4TC
Stopped by on they way home from watching our grandfinal at Cardiff (wish we were in it). Nice quiet spot at GZ at night and cache revealled itself quickly.
Thanks.
Thanks.
There was a game of footy happening on the field when we arrived so parking was limited. We watched some of the game as we strolled to GZ for an uneventful hide. The traffic and spectators were not an issue. TFTC PD. [1084]
A quick find once I approached from the correct side of the stream.

This was a quick easy find. Such a busy intersection! We parked opposite Dominoes as suggested and walked around to GZ where we were pleased to be out of sight when we found the cache. TNLNSL TFTC
This took a little longer than i thought it would ,I spent the first 10min looking on the wrong side of the creek and the after moving to the other side my GPS still had me about 7 metres away from where the cache was eventually found. Perseverance paid off in the end and i finally found the cache.
SL left a keyring and my calling card.

Reperio at 1615. Stopped by this one on the morning after it was published, and as soon as I saw where the coords were, I knew they were wrong. Was on my way to Sydney so didn't have time to go off a search anyway. Today I returned to find the coords in a very different spot, and this time the cache was found no problem. A very famous legend indeed.
Gratias.

Yay, my first FTF. I initially set off to find this one based upon the original coords. Upon arrival at the carpark I decided to also check along the creek as per the description. As you can guess no success. I was about to leave when I thought I should check the coords again. By luck they had been updated. I few minutes later and the cache was in hand. It happened to be where i had previously checked. Not recommended at night, as i nearly fell in the creek.
