A note from the Captain.
"Argh, me treasure is gorn,
there is no doubt,
It seems there are
nasty muggles about!
It had been restored,
without no treasure
but it seems the buggers
just took it with pleasure.
All that was left
was the old scraps for the logs.
Those muggles are mongrels;
Scurvy dogs."
As such it will be disabled for a while... I will monitor and reconsider bringing it back online at a later date, or perhaps may replace it with a less interesting container for a while.
The captain and geoniors are disappointed, but that's the way the caches crumble.

Argh!
It would appear there be scurvy muggles intent on plunderin me treasure!
Me thinks I need a new hide for it, and maybe a blinkin lock too!
Keep it on the down low... a change is in the wind.

Found it today with Muggle Wen. Last one for the evening after a great curry at D&J's. Signed the bit of paper left by the previous cachers. Placed back in it's hiding spot while some fruit bats looked on from the trees overhead. TFTC
We were out on a family day caching today, so had enough cover to safely attempt it. When we arrived there was a grandmother with her three young grandchildren playing on the playground. There was the bottom of a sistema container with a few "swap like" looking items sitting on the nearby wooden table. We had thought that maybe the family at the park might be cachers, and possibly in the middle of signing the log, but they seemed to be showing no interest in the container. We then wandered over to GZ and spied that there was a lid sitting out in the open. We grabbed the cache and returned it to its hiding spot. The cache has been muggled and there is no longer a log. We are not sure how long the open container has been sitting out in the open, but the few items in it were soaked. We left a small slip of paper for the time being. Thanks CamBendy for the cache.
Great cache for the kids, only they did not venture out with me! TFTC Must bring them back to this one! SL
Found at 2.45 pm a nice quick find but a long wait to replace it .. the park became a meeting place for grandparents with young children and two Mums with babies so what to do...??????? with cache came hand back to the car and off to GC33D8W THIS ACHIEVED it was back to the park and I replaced the cache just before another group walkers with dogs came by.... King sir.
Back in business. Please make sure you replace the lid properly and camouflage appropriately with leaf litter.
It would appear that muggles abound!

On the way home from work I decided to visit a few caches.
ARRRR I found the loot. Finding the treasure was easy as there wasn't many muggles out... there were a few witches... Trick or Treating.
I can confirm also that the cache is in a sad and sorry state, it is good to see you are going to give in some TLC.
Thank You Cambendy for the cache.

As per maccamobs log and alert, the cache was in a bit of a mess.
I'm sure toy car will also attest to this.
I've taken it away for a bit of spit and polish. Back soon, mateys!

Found by Mary & David at 1545, on our way to the Halloween Event. Delighted to be in the beautiful suburb. Thankfully there were no beautiful muggles about, so a quick find in a nice park. We found the lid not properly in place and the contents wet. The log book is quite wet and difficult to write in. Our thanks to CamBendy.
Never hunted treasure before! Stumbled across the treasure .... What fun. Juniors were thrilled!
This was a great little park.
Once I'd docked the ship and went ashore I was soon digging for gold.
There it was!!

Found @ 23:45. With next door's security light going on and off like a beacon, I didn't want to stick around for too long. Good thing I made a quick find. I like the concept of this one, and might have to bring my geocachelettes here to have a crack. Plenty of booty to be plundered, however plunder I did not.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and danced a pirate jig whilst shivering me timbers, matey! Thanks for the cache CamBendy.

Spotted X log straight away but picnic'd w Oscar Winston whilst waiting for muggle family to leave. Watch out for the bugs!
Made a joint find with LynnKon, had to picnic for a while near GZ while waiting for a muggle family to move on. Took the trackable to continue his adventure! TFTC
Found this one with Irontoad - Ahoy there mate! Great cache - I liked the idea of it. We had to wait for a muggle to finish her lunch before we could get this cache so we sat and ate our lunch while waiting. Then as no mini-muggles were around we both had a play on this playground after retrieving the cache.
We took Santa TB (who had been here for too long), a freddo frog (not really good idea to have food in caches) and an eye patch and left dinosaur and skeleton to enjoy the cache.
Thanks a lot CamBendy - this is certainly a well thought out cache.

Was a dark and stormy night. At 4 bells we found the cache and stood in awe at the booty. Some lubbber had put food in which was promply removed. I took the eye patch, being a pirate myslef. Santa travel bug was pressed to our ship and we made off.
Found by The Empire @ 2:10pm
There were 4 dads with their kids on the playground, I used a tree as cover and was quick to grab this one. They saw nothing. Thanks for the cache, CamBendy.

After PrincessDiala's log I decided it was definitely time to run some maintenance here. Thanks for removing that which should not have been there.
Cleared out entries for two TB's that weren't there... sorry TB owners!
Dropped off Touring Santa TB. May he continue to bring joy...
Added some more pirate booty - including some jewels and a pirate eye patch....
Cleaned out the dirt and leaves...
Restored cache hide to original position! Emphasis placed on the X....
Update of coordinates to reflect more accurately on the map.
I must say I was a little disappointed to see the trades in the cache here. Remember folks.. trade even or trade up please!

Found in the company of lochb.
It seems this one was lochb's unicorn, but at this time on a Sat morning, about 9am, the ocean was free of lil pirates and we were able to successfully make the find.
Removed some inappropriate swaps (lollipop.. potential ant hazard).
Thanks CamBendy for this cache.

My third visit - the first time the coords were out and I didn't have the time to search as I was just walking by. The second time I was muggled. But this morning in the company of PrincessDiala this was an easy find. Picked up a TB and dropped off another. TFTC
Aarrr, a jolly find with my lobster who is "home" due to illness, but has recovered enough to help his old dad find a cache or two!
We scoped this cache out the day before but were thwarted by locals using the park, so came back after dark the next day for a quick find.
7.05am On my way to work and it just getting light an excellent time to go to this type of location. Get little park with great activities and in excellent condition. Well worth bringing the grandkids to. Loved the idea and hide, no problems with it today for me.
Thanks for bringing me here
Left TB

Coords way out >10 metres off. Needed the hint. Building workers may have wondered what I was doing wandering around a kids playground (which is why I don't like these locations). Found at 2:40p and took pig TB. TFTC
Drove down here was lobster6 7 was at sword dancing. Traffic was appalling. Ships everywhere. Nice little cove. The big(ger) boys engaged in a bit of skylarking/plank walking and the treasure was soon discovered. Co-ordinates using the sextant were accurate. Disposed of the bodies at sea.
Found while out caching with Crazy! Nat Girl and Justin. No trouble in finding this one, once again I kept my hand clean as Justing retrieved the cache.
Found by Bob at 1055
Another day on which I'd never found a cache - so this one, right near Swinburne Uni, where I work, seemed ideal to set my calendar straight. I imagine that if it were one of the warmer months, it would be a case of pot luck whether the area would be clear enough to search - but on a drizzly day in August, I was fairly confident that I'd have the little park to myself. This proved to be the case, although some renovations were under way at a nearby house overlooking the area, but GZ was tucked out of the builder's direct line of sight and I didn't have any trouble with either the cache, or the muggles.
TNLN
Thanks CamBendy - nice to see a larger container in one of these inner suburban parks.

My first cache in YONKS. Dropped off a Grover TB, took nothing and didn't sign the log because I couldn't find a pen!
The GPS only took us so far to the corner of the garden bed. The clue did the rest making it an easy find.
Great to see such a large container in here
Thanks

We didn't have a copy of the map, but the clue worked as well when the GPSr took us to the edge of the garden bed.
Great sized container for a suburban cache.
Thanks, Robmc.

Over on holiday and trying to get some geocaches in and around Melbourne. Thanks for bringing me to an area I probably wouldn't have found otherwise. Found fairly quickly using the hints as GPS was a bit away. SL
Second of 6 finds today on the "neighbourhoods we can't afford to live in" cache run with ilovdrwho.
What a lovely litte park! Lucky people to live around here - although methinks wealth helps too!
A wandering GPSr had us confused and in the wrong place for a bit, but a resort to the clue and ilovedrwho soon had it in hand where we signed and made a few small swaps - Then placed it back to experience that wonderful 'couple emerging from the bushes' experience as a family entered the park that only geocachers know
TFTC. Good hide.

Found on a lovely sunny day with Listmaker. We were both a bit wary of a cache so close to a playground and hence had decided to meet up to do it and were glad that we did as one went lookout while the other retrieved the cache.
We also found the coords out by a margin but both the map and the hint make for a fairly easy find.
And I am sure that the kids will like it too.

Found on a glorious, sunny winter's day in the company of Alansee .... and a mum who, with her two little children, was enjoying the playground where the cache is hidden.
Neither of us wanted to look for this cache alone, given the proximity of the playground, but cachers with littlies will have fun with this one. The nice big container is a bonus, too.
Thanks for an excuse to be out in the winter sunshine, CamBendy.

This cache is not located at the coordinates given. It is therefore not a traditional cache. Either the coordinates should be changed to reflect its exact location or its designation needs to be changed to a multi or a mystery cache.
I found this cache disappointing on three counts but one of those is a real bugbear for me. Arriving at GZ, all I found was open grass and a fence. I poked around the nearby trees to no avail and finally looked at the description to find that it was a 'regular' sized cache. Nowhere to hide that at GZ so I checked the hint. There was nothing of that description anywhere near GZ .
On widening my search pattern, I found the subject of the hint followed quickly by the cache itself at 20:25. I was 14 metres away from the GZ indicated on the GPSr [:(!].
I took some coordinates to post with my log but upon reading the description, the offset is probably intended and the cache is actually incorrectly designated as a 'traditional' (a traditional cache must be located at the coordinates given).
This cache therefore needs to be either changed to a multi or a mystery cache or the actual coordinates placed on the page so that it can remain as a 'traditional' cache. (I can supply the coordinates if you need them.)
TNLNSL, although a couple of our geocoins had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks CamBendy.

GPS sent me a bit off target so just went looking got the X! Left a personal pathtag - TFTC
The Chief (Cap'n) was to be busy looking at ye GPSr when I spotted summat! Drawing on our piratey past I saw summat in ye scrub. Aha, thar ya be! TFTC, We really enjoy "International Talk Like a Pirate Day" on September 19 every year, (yes, it's real!). Nothing better than getting your Pirattitude on! YARRR...and telling the odd pirate joke...What type of car does a pirate drive? A Yarrris!

No problems with the find. Map was perfect. SL and dropped The Last Cache Of The Day TB. Took racoon cachekinz. TFTC
Found 13:35, our first find for a very lazy afternoon of caching, and a great secluded location with a nice hide.
TNLN, CSI=3, thanks CamBendy.

Yeah found that gold. Great hide took small torch left travel bug and wii remote key ring and a slinky. Sl thanks Cambendy for the cache
Wow, what a great cache You have to be proud CamBendy, and only your second cache! I got out of the car and went to GZ. I looked around a bit but only saw one thing that could match up with the clue, however this was a long way away from GZ. I disregarded this and I went back to get dad from the car to look with me. He went back to what I saw at first and saw something else that matched up with the clue, something that I missed before (you may want to make this a bit clearer, it was fuzzy after the rain. I looked around this object again and now the GPS was saying 2m away. Much better! After a few minutes I discovered the nicely concealed cache packed to the brim with stocks. Kids will absolutely love this one, I can tell. Thanks for a fantastic cache CamBendy, I will favourite due to the huge effort put into it
*FTF* Out on another night caching run with my caching buddys Marshy (Blacklegend) from up north of the state and C@H from down my way. We were doing a multi at the time when the alert came through. WE dropped everything, raced to the cars and were heading to the new cache. Took a little while to locate, used the clue in the end to help and we were soon signing our names in a fresh logbook. Thanks cambendy.
*FTF* Joint FTF with Quasar3671 and C@H. One of 19 on another legendary night caching run. We were in the process of doing a multi, JD Payback, which we had to leave to finish another night, to fly out to this one when the alert came online. Nice dash, and nice grab for a joint FTF. TFTC.
Joint *FTF*. Out with Blacklegend and Quasar3671 for the night caching when this one turned up. We dropped what we where doing and headed right to GZ. Took a little to find cache with the GPS taking us the wrong way. Once we used the clue the cache was found. TFTC
Took a little while to get this one as the GPSr took me down a sort of alleyway however a quick look a the hint had the cache quickly found. Good bit of camo hiding a good size cache. Thanks to cambendy for putting one here.
I was up late last night logging finds from our caching adventure yesterday when I saw this one pop up. I had no chance of getting it last night as the kids were in bed, so I had to acknowledge that the night caching trio were going to be on the hunt for this one. This was confirmed this morning when the kids and I jumped in the car and drove the short distance to GZ. I must admit we didn't need a map to find it, and a nice hide all the same. We signed the log as a 2TF and the kids played on the local equipment while the builders next door watched. I was quite surprised at the time of the ftf and I knew we would have been first if we were all up at that hour ... but kids have to sleep and dad's need some me time too! A good start to our holiday caching Friday expedition along the bay. Thanks Cam ...can't wait until the next one.

Third to find but first to log. That'll do as an achievement. After making geodaughter walk the plank into creche, first mate geoson and capt. dad set sail for treasure park. Once we arrived the carefully drawn map proved invaluable and within a minute we were sitting on on the bench admiring our treasure. Upon opening the logbook we were not surprised to see the FTF had been claimed. Also as predicted, Trailrunning beat us as well!! A quick call to Cam and a play on the equipment and off home given how cold it is. Thanks for the cache Cam. Beautifully prepared hide.

Well what a interesting place for a 43 yo male to be "digging"around by himself. Had to wait for a mum and kids to leave, then I had builders building a second storey over looking GZ.......Hmmmmmmmm...............
Anyway, found it, signed it quickly and I was out of there.
Thanks for the cache.
