Logs
A relatively easy find on a sunny Sunday afternoon Excellent container and camo.Well deserving of an FP!TFTC
Apologies for the late log, we have just come back from a 10 day holiday in SA and Western Vic and spent as much time with family as possible so no time for logging lolWe are on holidays in SA and have spent the past 4 days catching up with JMelbs family in Adelaide (and only found 2 caches during those 4 days!! Thats despite hunting for a few more lol) Today we checked out of our accommodation with the intention of finding some local caches then some of the Wandering Heroes caches on the way to Karoondah, our destination for the night. This was a targeted cache for the day on the "way out" of Adelaide. Although we spotted the cache almost immediately, that doesnt take away from the greatness of the cache outer and more surprises were waiting within. All in all a brilliant cache and another Fave Point to be added to the tally! Whilst we were finding this cache GMelb commented that he had seen letters from his Grandfather when he was posted to Alice Springs and in those letters back to his young wife in Melbourne, he mentioned the Bodyline incident although in somewhat mild terms compared to how it is now viewed. Didn't get cache replaced before we headed off to Queensland. Will be back in early September
We are travelling with Pprass and have set up in Greenoch where we will camp for a couple of days.Pprass is on all kinds of quests which will improve our stats no end. Today it was into Adelaide for LGAs and D/Ts.Thanks for contributing to a fun day out Squizzie_
Found at 1:55 PM in the company of The Morris. What a fantastic hide - so precise and relevant! Fantastic recounting of the infamous Bodyline event - but I like the line that was delivered by the Australian captain in their dressing room when Jardine went to complain that someone in the Australian team had called him a "bastard. And the captain turned to the team and said "which one of you bastards called this bastard a bastard!" Wish it was true! Thanks to Squizzie_
Came to check after the previous find, and all is ok.Thanks bigtoemonkeys69 for replacing in intended position.
Today out and about on 77 of 100 days of consecutive days caching with a minimum of physical one a day. Using my Garmin Etrex 22X and MacBook Air!Thanks for the cache.TFTC
Out for a long bike ride. Thought that this was a really good hide. And has been given a point.
Great cache, add a favourite point to the many you have, avoid the thorny bushes, spent 10 minutes getting thorns out of my socks.
We were in the city for couple of target caches, and on the way out we got some random caches.Another beauty of hide from you! Another fav point from me, makes it 100!Tftc Squizzie
Adelaide day three: Teamed up with RoamingHowie, Papi4506 & Geoturtle37 to check out Adventure Island, followed by some random high-fave caches. Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, Squizzie_ ??~????????~
Oh My, not sure what day number it is or what caches I did yesterday, been caching for a while and the days and the caches just run into each other. With the Leap Day event over and the Grapes done yesterday, I am looking forward to a morning of small walks and then to finish the day off with some target caching around town. It will still be a long day as well that's what I'm here to do, lol. To save space on log sheets we signed as BOLD 9. Adelaide is proving to be somewhat of a great place to live. The atmosphere and the people seem to be just nice. While i have ventured out of town a little there are some really nice pockets, I will admit there does not seem to be any bad areas as such that I have come into. Thanks for the caches today and the hides, all were replaced as they were found, sorry for the generic logs but I did find a good number again today.
Last evening in Adelaide collecting a few stray caches in and around our accommodation as part of the BOLD09 circus troupe. The last supper and fill of firewater was held at a nearby pub that welcomes Qlders unlike another pub encountered today. Then we hit the streets before heading back to the cot. This number of FPs drew our attention. Thanks Squizzie cache for entertaining us locally!
Geoturtle37, OzHockeyChick, RoamingHowie and myself had a great time on Adventure Island this morning and were now picking up some selected caches. This was a nice quick find with a well themed container. Thanks for placing the cache for us to find.
With this many favourite points, it was definitely on our "to do" list. Thanks for placing this cache for all to enjoy.
How very exciting the big trip has finally arrived! Down from Brisbane with a host of other geo friends with plans aplenty, enough to almost see us needing to extend or make a return visit. Our geonick for the trip is BOLD7 which is guaranteed to save the log paper for the 7 individual members of the team. As we make our way around sadly there wont be time for the usual individual logs and therefore just the old generic log will have to do. With little extra notes here and there if needed. Thank you for your cache which has added to my wonderful caching holiday. All challenges will be checked for qualifying at a future time.
BOLD9 having a fab time in Adelaide and surrounds. Lots of laughs and some brilliant inventive caches.!thanks to all the COs
Wow, absolutely muggle safe!Out and about collecting more smilies in the Adelaide area. Signed with Leap mega team nickname BOLD9. Thanks for hiding and maintaining the cache.A favourite point from me for this great cache.

We had a couple of hours before today's event and decided to find a handful of geocaches in the vicinity. Nice hide - TFTH and fun!
Day #6 Leaping Forward AdventuresI made it to Adelaide, finally! Today I teamed up with Posums to tick off some of his missing LGAs and find some local caches.A very well created cache here. Blends in remarkably well with the surrounds. Well worth a favourite point. Thanks Squizzie_ for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy. ----------------------------------------------------------The Ballarat GeoTour ends on 4 March 2024! Well after a whirl wind tour of Tasmania to help with 3 challenges that Im working on, I got back in late Tuesday night then packed the Geowagon and headed off to SA early Wednesday morning to attend the Leap Year Mega and to also tick off some LGAs along the way as well.Well after crossing the border the other day and staying in Millicent, Wellington, Cape Jervis, Kingscote and Im now in Adelaide for a week.Well it is the start of Mega week for me and lets see how I go.I met up with Roaming Howie for the day again (he must be a sucker for punishment) and the main target for the day is LGAs for me and anything else on his list.Just touring the suburbs as we go.Another one that we targeted for its favourites as it was on Howies list.We found somewhere to park the GeoRanger and off we went in search of this one.We looked in a couple of spots and the the cache revealed its self.We added our names to the log and now to get to the next one and the next one and the next one.Another fav to add to your tally. Thanks Squizzie TFTC.
Out and about grabbing a few caches in the inner north of Adelaide CBD. Nice warm weather today whos keeping lots of muggles away - good geocaching weather. It didnt take long to spot something out of the ordinary. Using guidance from the cache page, the cache logbook was extracted without problems. Another great Squizzie cache worthy of a favourite point. Thanks for the cache Squizzie.# # #14171 # #

Hi Squizzie, I stopped by tonight to confirm the status of this hide for a friend. I can confirm it is missing. I walked the full length of the thoroughfare and couldnt find it discarded anywhere. Just letting you know, so you can refresh it.
Epic fail for me tonight, not sure what I was missing but will come back in the daytime and look again.
Clocking up cache finds whilst working towards other challenge goals and milestones!

Description is ginormous. Ignore it. However, one of the most creative and blended caches so far.
Cleverly executed! Its nice to see a geocache with a cleverly constructed and sneaky container. TFTC
Great hiding spot! Would not have found if I didn't see a picture of it in the Activity. TFTC
Cache repaired and replaced. There is no need to add a logbook. the log is inside
