Reperio 07:05Day 6 of our NSW south eastern caching tour, and Master Vitruvius and I today travelled from just outside of the ACT to home in Orange. With a number of caches left to do around Murrumbateman and Yass, we stopped by a few in this area before taking an extended route back home to Orange. Our final day was another fantastic day of caching, with very few caches that went unfound. Gratias PacmaniaAs a well spent day brings happy sleep, a well spent life brings happy death - LDV
I stopped at different places while travelling to Canberra. Beautiful places can be found everywhere. As long as I enjoy myself, I don't care what the weather is like. Here's one to find today.Thank you for placing the cache Pacmania.
Found while on way to Canberra for Mega event. Pacmania, thank you so much for placing it for everyone to enjoy and highlighting this area.
On our way to the north, TEMBO! and I crossed the line and visited the cache. We signed the logbook and crossed the line again. Thanks to Pacmania for hiding and maintaining the cache.T4TC Filser1
A last hurrah for 2022 caching with The Rats today- into and then out of Canberra on some geotrails. A number of different caches were tackled on a hot day.
Pretty straightforward.

Took advantage of the public holiday to a bit caching with steeba as we tried to grab a few final caches before the end of 2202. Despite the heat we had a great day.

Looked up and down but eventually spotted. All good with cache.

Found with GrimRaider on a drive back from Murrumbateman. The dead roo near GZ was so much worse when I tried to do this cache last time but not as bad now.
Condition Report:. Good and dry

My plan for today is to try and get at least 8 LGAs; this #2 - Yass Valley. Cache all good, but unfortunately a fresh dead roo quite close to GZ. Things are going to get stinky. Thanks for placing.
Heading off to Canberra for the weekend so this will give me the chance to finish of the Wonders of the World Series.
Took the back tracks instead of the highways, much more scenic.
A nice easy find, the last one foor the trip down.
found it, signed it, replace it then onto the National Capital.
Thanks Pacmania for hiding this Cache. LilDonna_ [8)]

Phew - that big old roo really is a bit whiffy now! Makes for a faster signing of the log - TFTC
Fairly quick find, though the container was on the ground. Replaced to a more interesting spot.
There is unfortunately a very large dead kangaroo near GZ, but you don't have to go near it.
Cheers!

While still based at Yass we meandered around different localities finding caches. Yours was one we targetted and found. Our thanks to Pacmania for placing this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
After a great visit to Shellharbour parkrun volunteering to as marshal I left home rather late with a full packed car for a long weekend of caching. Took matrass, boat and walking/climbing gear so prepared for most situations. Slowly made my way through the highlands to pick up pieces here and there and then a quick run towards Canberra. Most of today's planning however was just outside the ACT but close to the border . Picked up the trails around Murumbateman and then towards Hall. Got pretty warm along the day, I think I saw 38 at some point. Luckily no long walks and all caches found quick, thanks for putting them out there!

TFTC quick run late in the act to get numbers up before the clock strikes midnight!
Field days making life hell since I decided to cache in this area in this day. Tftc
Staying with family in the area, I went for a morning walk to get some caches. This was the first stop of the morning. Armed with only paper map but no phone or GPS, I was still able to find the bugger. Lots of fast cars and dead kangeroos all along this road. This is my first find in Australia. TFTC. Lots
In the area with [@trodectus](http://coord.info/PR8JTE0) so this was on our radar for T's daily cache find. Parked nearby and walked to GZ, quick find when at GZ. Log signed and returned. TFTC
Found with [@coybear2000](http://coord.info/PR9547H). We had been in Murrumbateman for the afternoon. The rain had eased so we decided to stop and go for this one on our return to Canberra. We parked at the suggested spot and walked to GZ and soon had CIH. Log signed and all replaced and back to the car and on our way. TFTC.

A decent haul of caches along a powertrail was the agenda for today or so the powers that be informed me . Along for the ride in micaparamedic's fourby we were joined by Earthbound Chief & Control as well as papi4506 and GeoTurtle56. Up and down, we explored what we Victorians would see as highways but what the ACT has deemed to be parkways.
A day of laughs and camaraderie ensued as we sought and found what the ACT had to offer by way of highway based powertrails with the odd extra cache in a shopping centre or puzzle thrown in for good measure. Chalk up another day where the haul tipped a ton. My thanks to the COs that have placed these caches for us all to enjoy.

Attending the Clear Water 2019 mega this Easter in Queanbeyan. Apologies for the generic log but we have found too many to compose individual logs. Many thanks to all the cache owners for their caches, which have been exceptional in their maintenance I have had only 1 dnf and that was only because I was not going to make a tree climb without seeing where the cache was. The vast majority of caches have had very good coordinates. Along with useful hints. TFTC
Found this cache during an epic three days at the mega event in clearwaters.
TFTC and placing this cache for our enjoyment.
This was a huge day for me - starting at 0430 and finishing at 1000 with 105 finds

Road trip with Everlasting and Sevabo to find the caches,, what a lovely day quick find and placed back where it belong TFTC Pacmania
Hello Canberra. Wondering if there might be a few new caches to be found in this part of town and what a nice surprise. A big week ahead with the MEGA and the NFF over Easter. But prior to that we are at the AIS for a National xc Ski Training Camp with testing and the AUS ROLLERSKI Champs on Sunday. In between all that may get to see a film and do some MTB. Managed to get a free hour today to ride over here and pick up these. Thanks for the series - I’ll be back for more.
On our way to Queanbeyan Mega, caching along the way. Staying close by decided to grab a couple of caches. Log may be stamped Coongoola or small logs signed CG. SL

Another good reason to stop. Although much less nice than the other line with all the cars speeding by.
After the big FTF Hunt for all the new caches in the trail, with growing teams approaching from either sides and a final event size catchup somewhere in the middle of the trail, I felt happy about the 11 FTF I had the pleasure to join in, but I was in the mood for more. The family was at the museum and I don't get every day up to these part (well I have never been on this road) and may as well do some more caching in the area till I run out of time. Continued the trail, stopped at a winery (well once you are up here) and did a few more caches in Murrumbateman and on the way home. Found another 20 caches, a GCA Riddle cache by acident and a surprise FTF on 63Roos. All in all a very fun and eventfull afternoon.
Thank you Pacmania for putting the cache out and maintaining it.

#count Traveling through Australia to see nice people and places. Also to find some geocaches.
During the trip from Alburry to Canberra, there were several stops near the road, on or close to, parking/resting places where we could find a cache and stretch our legs. Cache by cache we cam to the final destinatiion. After check in, we went into the city to see the parliament and to stop at some nice geocache hiding places.

I made a late decision to go for a lobby caching road trip today, but boot wanting to go into the busy CBD of Sydney i instead chose to go into the remote regions via the great southern road.
These scattered drive by caches along country roads are much more enjoyable to find than many micros.
Thanks for the cache.

Decided to head to Canberra for a NYE event via Yass with my 4 geo-kids in tow. Was happy to pick up some caches that I hadn't had time for before and a few that I had missed.
Couple more quick caches on the way into Canberra. Found in a break in the traffic.

I’m working on a year long streak and needed the daily. Staying with family in Murrumbateman I was glad of this caches quick park and grab opportunity. Merry Christmas!
Wondering back home after the Alexandra event. 2874 so far for us. Thanks for placing this cache Pacmania, without cachers like you we wouldn't have a hobby. Signed log. took nothing, left nothing. Please take a bow. we did many caches today and most if not all were in good condition and actually there. We cache in a lot of country towns, the caches on the open roads are usually there but the town ones are a mixed bag. The cache owners around here take a bow. really well done.
Cache 2772 on 26/8/17
Darksidedan and I headed out to Yass again to collect a few more caches on a fabulous sunny Saturday morning. We both found around 40 caches for the day - a good haul given we were not in a hurry and headed back to the ACT at lunchtime. Another fun filed day with lots of chatter and birds. If not otherwise indicated, all caches found in reasonable order and in short time.
Thanks Pacmania for the cache!

A quick find along the highway on my way to Canberra! After only a few finds in Victoria/New South Wales, there were heaps on the fringe of the Australian Capital Territory and I determined to get as many as I could before the cold and rain took hold. Thanks for the cache, Pacmania.

Stopped in on the way home from a dog sport trial in Yass. It is actually colder now than it was at 7am when I passed this way going North.
Last time I was here I ended up abandoning cache hunting and spending my time calling the ranger because there was an injured kangaroo between me and GZ. I was able to easily describe my position to them using the coordinates. AND it turns out that the ranger on the phone was also a geocacher !!!
I visited and logged a cache at the 149 meridian a couple of weeks ago so it was nice to get this one to complete my set Thanks for the cache, Pacmania

Like a maccas run, doing a caching run along the Barton hwy to yass, collecting as many caches as humanly possible. Small cache, took a hard look to find. Tftc.
Decided on finding a few caches around Murrumbateman and surrounds plus a few on the way. TFTC.
Found where it is, right on the line. Aquilus1 and I have crossed both lines now, but that's not that unusual for us, we're always crossing some line. Tftc Pacmania!!!
Well I've now crossed both lines today. I tend to like these ones and spot them quickly but today I over looked it a couple of times with dty73. Time to head out of the heat! Thanks for the cache Pacmania, like the round numbers.
#11183. The first day of our two week Canberra Holiday and it was a travelling day between Beechworth and Carwoola with several caches thrown in for good measure. Robmc and I enjoyed our trip under the clear blue skies and jet streams. What a way to finish Spring!
Not sure of the significance of the name. I thought this might have been the old boundary line but have no idea really. It is a lovely old railing fence nearby though. Jumped out of the car and spotted it very quickly, maybe because I have several hides like this at home. All in good condition here although I wasn't sure I was going to be able to open it as it appeared cross-threaded. All good though and safely in place.
Thanks Pacmania

Found this cache at noon while in Yass for the weekend picking up some caches along the Barton H/way and the Endangered species PT. This one took a bit longer than first thought. Probably due to the long grass.

We parked a bit past this cache and walked back to find it. Given the available information, we expected it to be a particular type of container but still managed to miss it on the first pass. A closer and more careful look was needed to make the find and then it was spotted. The log was duly signed and replaced. Thank you Pacmania for placing this cache to be found and enjoyed by us as well as our fellow cachers.
Greetings from WA. After dropping a friend at Murrumbateman for the night, it was time for a couple of local caches and then some on the way to Yass. Nearly gave up before spotting exactly what I thought I was looking for.
Finished in Canberra for the weekend and decided to go back to Sydney via Yass to complete what is outstanding there, may as well pick up a few on the way, found with Snickersallan
