The time has come to archive this series. I apologise to the Christchurch Geocaching community for letting it fall into disrepair. If you have found some of the caches and not others, and you want to find the final, email me the codes you have already got and I will reply with the location of the final (if you have emailed previously for help with this series and I haven't replied, please email again). I will archive the final at the end of the year. Regards, Dan.

As this cache has been out of action for too long and the cache owner has not performed any maintenance, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

No joy today. I'm sure I found this in the past but had no pen on me to log it. At the time I decided to come back with a pen to quickly log and gather the info. Sadly, this time things looked different and I couldn't spot it. The neighbour was outside, too, and the dog barking was the last straw!
Got to GZ and had a good search around. No sign of a cache in the area. Saw a suspicious looking plastic bag that the CO often uses for caches in this series...cache may have been "re-homed"??
What a great idea a cache a few hundred metres from the airport and the hotel. 4 tbs visited. Tfc
quick find but nearly got muggled as someone unexpectedly came round the corner...think I managed to discuise what I was doing. TFTC
Nor long off the plane from. After a ciuoke of dnf we are finally on the board. !!
Quick find on a Sunday arvo, but couldn't spy the code for the series in this one? TFTC. TSLO!
Visiting from Waikato. This is a very nice way to explore the little parks and byways of Christchurch.

THe other cache I got on the way home from the gym that day. And yes it was a pretty easy as one to find. Easier and quicker than the last... though I did have to wait out a girl walking a dog. The dog really seemed to want to come and make frind with me though! Yay! Maybe they are attracted to the smell of sweat though, as I had just come from the gym... Haha.
And wow I feel like I have now taken a decent chunk out of this series! I may actually finish before the end of the year!
TFTC!!

Couldn't pass up the opportunity to grab another CSGQ cache. Looking foward to getting them all found and signing the bonus cache logbook.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Easy cache to find, not too many places for it to be. Was wondering what the numbers were for. Just re-read the cache details and oh, so that's what the numbers are for, LOL. TFTC, I may have to visit again for the numbers.
Last chance for a few more caches in Christchurch.

This was one of many caches found today on our return visit to Christchurch from attending the mega event in Dunedin, and although we found a few caches in this series...on such a short trip to NZ, there was no way we were going to get them all done. Enjoyed the concept though!

Find # 4827 and a total of 65 today with Marcus Vitruvius, on our NZ Mega trip.
Another day of Mega caching around the Christchurch suburbs and city.
Another nice cache and hide and then on the way again.
TFTC dan.reilly,

After dropping the geodaughter at the motel we proceeded to grab a few caches before dinner. After a short walk to the GZ the cache was soon in hand, logbook signed and cache replaced. TFTC.
1754th cache found by WazzaAndWenches.
Well the NZ Mega is over and Waz and the Wenches are heading back to Christchurch to catch a plane.
The Wenches stayed behind at the accommodation unpacking and repacking in readiness for an early departure tomorrow while I ventured out for one more find and to fuel the hire car ready for returning it in the morning. A quick find although a bit worried that a muggle would appear from around the corner at any moment.
Thank you dan.reilly and thank you NZ for a great caching holiday, yet again.

Having a walk from our airport hotel before heading home to Australia, this was our last find in NZ after exploring the nearby neighbourhoods. A nice quiet little lane to make our last find in.
A quick find again here with Sully1 on our way to the mega.
A terrific idea for a series, pity we won't have time to do them all.
thanks dan.reilly

A nice quick pickup with bogonghazy after arriving from Australia this afternoon and enroute to NZ Mega. My thanks to dan.reilly for the cache.
The cache itself was a straightforward, although not immediate, find, but despite a comprehensive search, we were unable to find a code number to add to our slowly growing collection. Will email owner for this information. TFTC
The weather was so great here today. We were on a bit of a mission with our caching today as we had a few objectives that we had to meet.
Managed to pick this cache up as it was enroute to the Airport to collect our Geo Buddy.
Quick find here.
Don't think we will get all of the series.

Arrived in Christchurch today to explore this beautiful country on my way to the NZ Mega in Dunedin...
The weather was great here today. Warm in the car & a cool breeze outside...
Managed to grab this cache after collecting my hire car & on the way to the Motel.

Lostmonster found this one, nicely tucked away, while Co was at a near by take away food shop ordering out first of many sensational sea food dinners, thanks dan.reilly for the neat cache.
Leaving the city today for our overnught stop at Oamaru and were caching our way South. Arrived at GZ and was signing log at 0919. Signed lg YOF as this is what I use on nano and micro logs as youngoldfella nearly allways will not fit. Not doing the series. TFTC
Another lunchtime outing.
The cache canister was quite exposed so I put back carefully so it wasn't so visable to muggles walking by.
Thanks for the cache

Found during a 36 hour cache raid of Canterbury. We still have a few to go in this series so hope we have remembered to record the clues for our next visit TFTC.
9616... Our first cache upon arrival to Christchurch, this looks like an interesting series of caches so I guess we're off on a Suburban Geocaching Quest. What a great way to see the city, TFTC.
Phew. Got it, after 2 could not look cos of muggles I thought it might be the end pig my streak. Luckily this was a quick find for day 46, though it has used up one of my close to home ones. Another one in the series down, but still several to go.

Put some time because I took me some times to find the right path leading to the cache ! I finally understood ! TFTC !
Many groups of muggles passing just as I wanted to go for cache, tried hard to look like I had a purpose hanging around this path, no one seemed too concerned though. TFTC.
Out caching with gracie7 + Mum. This is my second in the series so I have some catching up to do. TFTC
Time to get this series finished - only four to go. Why not on a beautiful day? TFTC
Only one place it could be, so a quick find. Our old stamping ground, so know the area well.
May not get time for any more in the series this trip, but have recorded the numbers - just in case.

#3572. Went into auto-pilot and went an alley way too far. Quick find once we got to GZ. TFTC.
A quick find. It was close to a similar one nearby that I thought I'd gotten mixed up. Thanks.
Last cache for the day before I had to head to the airport to catch a plane home to Nelson. Overshot GZ by a few metres but when I turned around the hide was quite obvious. Nice one! TFTC, Biggles.
Well that was a surprise walkway - never knew it was there. Easy find thanks. Kiwicampnut
Easy find down a walkway I never knew was there. Hideous high voltage powerlines to Papanui substation directly overhead!
Having failed Sumner recently, I'm glad to have this one safe and sound! Not helped by the fact that I had it confused with the one down the road a bit, and went looking for the wrong place.
Was in Christchurch for a long weekend with Mrs Yeetrees and thought that we would do a few caches while we were in town, arriving near GZ we were able to find a carpark not too far from the ache and then it was a quick walk to GZ, was wondering where we were going to find the cache when all of a sudden Mrs Yeetrees spotted it in the corner of her eye, a quick find in the end of the day, thank goodness there weren't any muggles around, otherwise this would have being a DNF cache, signed and gather the extra information and we were on our way, thanks for bringing us to this lovely little spot and for placing a cache here, TFTC TNLNSL (4113)
We though we could access from the main street but missed the lane way and ended up driving around the back of the burbs to get to the path.
Saw the cache as we walked in and the co-ords where also good. SL and replaced
