This is obviously gone and the CO has not responded to the maintenance requests and has not logged into geocaching, com for over 3 years.
As this cache has been out of action for too long, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Loged a find by mistake did wrong button please remove when you can as I don't seam to be able to to it on my cell ph
The trees may have been cut down dug around in the wood chip but could not find anything, don't think the cache is there anymore.
THought we'd give this one a go as we had just found one across the road. We got to the site and after much to-ing and fro-ing, it seemed to be pointing to the pile of new woodchips/bark. Brother in law commented that it is likely to be in that .. and after reading log, our suspicions were confirmed. I wonder whether someone had requested for it to be chopped - probably lots of geocachers mulling around in that area...haha. Great view though!!
Trees have been chopped down right where the gps says it should be, so not sure if it's still here or not
After digging in the woodchips we found the remains of the cache... Obviously busted up from the tree removal.
16:00
According to the last log the trees been chopped down... And it was no point looking for this cache so either you'll need to archive this or replace at a different spot e)

We didn't find it because the tree was chopped down this week. Neighbor came over to tell us. No sign of it.
Hi. Pressed wrong button before. Didn't find it and tree has been chopped down this week.
Took a while to find this one. The hint didn't help. Fortunately a local resident passed by and gave us another hint. Lovely view from GZ. TFTC
Fantastic view of an understated little utopia, Never would have seen this had it not been for geocaching.tftc and view.
Out and about enjoying a fun day of caching in North Auckland on a splendid Autumn day. After negotiating the tricky intersection I made the short walk to GZ. The GPSr initially pointed to the wrong GZ. When it correct a couple of minutes later I was able to employ a mire effective search and soon and the sneaky hide in hand. Cheers for the cache placement!
The clue totally confused me but after a bit of help from a watching neighbour soon had cache. The local informed us that the tree was dying and is to be removed next month
We arived in NZ for a wedding & to find some caches while here.

A muggle assisted find. Doing a few caches while out fora walk with the geofamily. Great view. TFTC.
the title is definitely appropriate. I was a bit worried about the neighbours but there was no one home. thanks
Was not expecting the stairs, but liked the views of the river from the top. GPS a little buncy, but eventually we found the cache. Thanks for the hide.
Nice early morning find before heading off to Kawau Island, neighbour at her kitchen window might have been a bit suspicious lol.

2.40pm. The autumn colours were magnificent as we walked from the Jane Cifford berth to this cache. Arriving at GZ I ducked into the undergrowth and came out smiling. I wasn't the only one smiling as I noticed a lady in the kitchen window of the nearby house giving me the thumbs up signal of success!!

After a pleasant meal at the restaurant, and with darkness falling, there was just enough light to make it up to the cache zone to enjoy the view and log the cache. Thankyou.
Visit to the beautiful town of Warkworth cut short after only two caches by torrential rain.
'Helpful' neighbour pointed out the correct tree to us! Spoiled it slightly. Nice hide. TFTC

On our way back from the HCMC Weekend Away Motorsport Triathlon, stopped off in Warkworth for dinner, and thought this cache would guide us to a nice spot to eat our calzones, seafood chowder and garlic pizza (thank you Pizza Bar). Difficulty factor was kinda undermined by the pleasant neighbour who advised us where it was. However, we could see a lovely place to sit and eat our dinner, so thanks for bringing us here for your cache.
Was fun finding this ! A local neighbour called out as he knew it was there ! Even offered us coffee ! But we had chores to attend to sadly !
This one is only a few hundred meters from our accommodation and was the last one for the evening.

We decided to go for a family drive today. Warkworth was the lunch time stop so a bit of geocaching was in order. This turned out to be a quick and easy find, after waiting for the muggle in the nearby window to move on. TFTC!
Found on our drive from Whangarei to Auckland.
Logged as RAD together with renelm and aedk.

Found with renelm and Difool, logged as RAD to save log space, time and trees.
I am not much of a logwriter, so see renelms, and possibly Difools, log for details.

#583 Last cache of the day for us. We stopped in at Warkworth for a curry from Tandori Bites on our way south- the palak paneer is delicious!!! While we were waiting for dinner we wandered over to this cache. Lucky I have a torch and pen on my key ring otherwise we would've had real trouble finding this one in the dark. When I opened it up the flower someone had left looked like a spider and gave me one heck of a fright! TFTC! Looking forward to finding some more caches around the area.
Found it, but alas my pen has wandered en route. Placed a purple flower for the next person
In Warkworth today to attend a family funeral, she was 106 years old!! I am sure she would have approved of us using some of the time caching?? A nice easy find once we located 'the middle tree' ?? We are quite taken with the view and the proliferation of parks in the area...TFTC
Were a bit confused to begin with, GPS was swinging about and leading us in the wrong direction. Also a bit concerned about the nearby house, but could not see anyone in there. Finally got the right place and soon has the cache in hand. Well hidden, nice and dry, log full.
Nice view of the river. Never been up here before.
Thanks for taking us up here naget.

On a mission today to find particular D/T caches to finish off a stage of our geo licence thingy. Managed to find the top way in which saved our rather sore legs from previous caches today. This one now completes our stage Yay!!. Took a moment to locate right tree, but soon had it in hand. Nice view of the river from up here and level quite low today. Must be all the hot weather we have had. SL. TFTC.
Was in Warkworth for a picnic lunch, and the river walkway was a lovely stroll before heading home.
Crossed the bridge and made the climb for the view. Water is very low with the tide out.
Admired the view, located GZ and signed the log.
