Back in Perth again for a weeks work. Staying in the CBD I woke early chucked on some clothes and headed off for an hour or two of urban caching before the daily grind began. it was a quick walk between caches and all found in good condition.Logs signed and safely returned ready for the next finder.A big thanks to the cache owner for placing and maintaining the cache for the enjoyment of othersCheers
We finished this multi the other day but the finals were out the way a little so we opted to leave it for another day. After grabbing another cache nearby we decided to continue down the path to nab this one. Its funny because weve been here before but didnt realise a cache would be here yet here we are. We thoroughly enjoyed this multi and the experiences we had along the way. A nice quick find at GZ once the GPS calmed itself down. Thanks for bringing us here.#4371 - TFTC
Nice little wander around Perth for saz awhile ago getting te answers to this cute multi but the finale was too far away so left this one for another trip....today was the day and a nice quick find by pazza at GZ.....not really sure about the previous log as the cache, log and trackable are all present and accounted for!?Trackable taken to go on a new journey! Thank you Me&B for placing and maintaining Zoom in on Perth - Bumming around for us and others to find and enjoy!
The cache had been muggled but the log book and container were still there but not the TB. I had gone back to retrieve the TB as it hadnt moved for a while but it was gone.
This was such a fun quest. Really interesting stories behind all of the statues. It took a bit of hunting before we found it but a fun hunt. We have left a trackable for someone to send on its way. TFTC
Trobat! Encontrado!Free day for do some walk guided by geocaching and Labcaches. This cach was one of them.Found It! Solved months ago now is time to sign the logbook. Took me two tries to find the container. This time and with some extra help by the owner I got the container. Great camo and multi! Took me ages open the container. Fav point of the day!Moltes grcies. Muchas gracias.
Since we moved to Perth and got back into the game, I have been wanting to tackle Northbridge for a while. The plan was to catch the bus into the city in the morning, and stay all day grabbing caches. The only issue what order do we do everything in? I noticed a few multi caches with several waypoints. So spent last night (until about 1am) plotting every multi way point, traditional and virtual cache onto google maps, and working out the best method of attack from the bus stop. Im sure there is an easier way to do this but oh well. Its done now.So I set our route. Printed it all out, and it was ready to go! Woke up this morning, packed a lunch, and headed for the city at 10am. We started off slow, as 4 traditional caches were first up, but after that, we were smashing waypoint after waypoint of several different multi caches along St Georges Terrace (STG) whilst taking the occasional detour for the odd virtual/traditional slightly off the path. I must say, planning it out paid off! Otherwise, we would have been walking the length of SGT more than once! (Not ideal).By the time we made it to the end of STG, we had green lights on 4 Multi Caches (Plaques War Heroes, Plaques Government, Plaques Settlers, and Bumming Around). We then made our way down to Elizabeth Quay to collect a few more caches/waypoints, before returning to the bus to head home approximately 5pm.A great day out caching! Racked up 15km on foot!..This cache was one solved on the main path we were following of SGT. A great initiative to add some fun to these multis. We didn't have any issues matching up our backsides and soon had a greenlight from the checker. To top it all off, a great camo cache of decent size in a beautiful location. Not many more boxes need to be ticked to award a favourite point. So one coming your way. Thanks for the great day out!
Out and about with @jamesknowlson in the city for 7 hours today finding geocaches. A fun day with no backtracking due to James perfectly prepared map and schedule of how to get to all the waypoints and stops from all the different caches around the city. We covered 15km on foot and managed to find multiple caches and get the coordinates for some multis that we will come back to at a later date. A very clever hide here that nearly had us stumped until we finally figured it out. One of the best of the day! Have a FP!Thank you for placing and maintaining this cache! Another smiley on the map
A very enjoyable city multi! A bit of a search once at final coords but got there in the end.Tftc.
After mucking up the nearby Multi, Judith, we decided to have a crack at this one to see if we had better luck. Certainly quite a stroll; enjoyable though it was. All in great shape here; Thanks Me&B
I’m visiting from Brisbane for a few days while my husband is working here. The last time I was in Perth was in 1990.
We are flying home today so was up early for a few final caches.
I had done the work for this yesterday, though did take a guess for C (correct first go) as I ran out of time to go there. This morning I took an early morning walk to gz. It took a little longer than I had hoped to find as it was a few metres away from my coordinates but once I spread my search, the cache was quickly spotted. Log signed and a fp for the fun. Tftc

Thanks for the cache. We had a lot of fun to do this multi. Greatings from switzerland SaZy73
After more strenuous days earlier this week, my wife wanted to spend the afternoon window shopping downtown while getting in a good, long, but more slowly paced walk. So we visited the waypoints during her browsing, and then headed over to GZ to pick up the smiley. TFTC!

Had the final numbers for this cache for some time after a previous visit to Perth. As we were staying nearby for the night it was a must do. Lucky for us this was a quick find between afternoon joggers and cyclists.
We had lot of fun searching for the statues! Also the final cache was super nice. Thanks for the new logbook and for the great cache!
Visiting southern WA for a couple of weeks for our 40th wedding anniversary for a bit of a relax and unwind, which of course means picking up a few caches here and there in what has been a lovely quiet time with such great weather.
Having a last hurrah before we board the plane later tonight. I’d put all the info together with the Geomissus a few days ago, which was a bit of fun, and a good way to see different areas of Perth. I had spent some time gathering photos from Kings park before meandering down to here. But as previous have mentioned, some simple work needs to be done to the hide to make it watertight.
Thanks for the tour

Goldy and Jimmy are off to Perth for a couple of days, our first time visiting the city and the state of Western Australia.
We came to cache, as well as visit Fremantle and Kings Park. We also watched the Fremantle vs West Coast darby at Optus Stadium.
Thanks to olthomas for giving us helpful clues to what free buses go where and also for some food recommendations. It was much easier thanks to your efforts!
All caches were signed "Jimmy and Goldy". Jimmy's cache name is "idontcachemuch", However, "Jimmy" is easier to write in a log book!
It was the final day and Goldy was out the door at sunrise to grab as many caches in Kings Park as I could and a few on the way back.
After the numbers were gathered a quick find was made at GZ. Log book needed some TLC so I have added a new one. All is well now.
Thanks Me&B for this multi cache, which brings Goldy's total find count to 2779 on the 4th of April 2023.
I have hosted quite a few CITO's back in South Australia, making huge differences thanks to the people who came along!
Whether you're out finding caches or just taking a stroll somewhere, remember to always be CITO-ing to help maintain our parks and reserves!
**South Australia is the place be for GCA1DNA - February 29th, 2024 in Adelaide! Hope to see you at The Great Leap Forward!**

Achilles was eyeing off this treasure for many moons and after a couple of furtive attempts set out in earnest to find it.
Thanks to the helpfulness of the treasure's owner in helping out with missing clues, our hero was able to solve the riddle and after a short journey, victory was declared.
The treasure chest could indeed use some maintenance.

Over visiting WA for the first time from Brisbane.
Got up early, 5:30 on my last morning in Perth to grab some caches before the family missed me and before having to pack up before check out.

Up in the city enjoying a cool morning going for a walk along the river.
Having worked on this over a number of months I came past today to make the find.
Container has seen better days but with a smaller one inside everything is doing fine.
Thanks Me&B for placing Zoom in on Perth - Bumming around for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 09:25 on 8/10/2022.
This is find number 5823 for me.

Some of the images had me scratching my head for a while, although some I remembered quite clearly from wandering up and down the CBD doing the other multis and labs. [^]
Had the finals for GZ for a few months, just had to find a spare few minutes during my work trips over here, to glean the cache. This morning, on my way to the airport, I detoured via here and made a quick find at GZ. The log is a little damp and it appears the lid may not be sealing as well as it should, so something to bear in mind as a CO.
Thanks for the brain work and cache Me&B.

This is a great idea for a puzzle. I solved this one a couple of days ago, and was determined to find the cache before leaving Perth. Muggle Husband decided to spend the day at the Perth R.A.F. museum, leaving me free to do as I pleased. This was one of the things that pleased me. This is a clever hide and in earlier days I would have been flummoxed, but I have seen this type of hide before and was not tricked.
Have had the coordinates for this one for a while. Nice hide, but the logbook was sadly completely wet!
Took the opportunity whilst the kids were in school to finally complete this multi. Made a quick find in between muggles.
I have had these co-ordinations for quite some time now, so finally I made time to walk along here and pick up a smilie!
Its a "bummer" some ofthe statues are already gone.
I visited the stages in past two weeks woth other Miltis and ALs. Friday I madeit to the GZ, but there were muggles around. Today it eas much more quiet.
Nice cache with good container

Had this one solved for quite a while. Quick find here. Signed and returned as found. Tftc
Up in perth grabbing some lab caches and stopped to get this one as well. Been gathering the info for a while and today we finally found the cache. TFTC Me&B
Found this one on an evening cycle to the city. Quick find compared to last time. Not sure what I did wrong last time.
Cheers Me&B! I found your cache today (Saturday 20/3/20).

It took me quite a while to find this one. Some of the statues are missing and thie information about that is unfortunately hidden in the hint. With omission and deduction and later the helpful information I managed to find this cache. A good final spot.

Yay. Cache found safe and well. Loved the puzzles and looking at all the bums haha. TFTMC Fave point from me
Still there, tucked in nicely into its corner. changed container so just lift it up, no need to unscrew.
Had gathered the info for the final way point quite a while ago. In the area today so stopped off to sign the log. A fun multi so awarding a FP.

Perth Day 5: Last day in Perth today, and by the looks of the forecast, it is the warmest one yet. Are you sure this is the end of winter? I had about half a day before the flight, so decided to knock off a few final caches before I had to head off to the airport. Took the bike ride around Perth Water from the Causeway to the Narrows and back and picked up a fair number of caches. It was a good choice as the views of Perth along the way was no less than spectacular.
The following is the specific log for this cache:
Jetskied this cache by a lot of online research and digging around Google Streetview. After some educated guessing and plugging numbers into the Geocheck, I got the green and saved the coordinates. Rode by today, and made a little walk up to the cache. The container is cracked, and some slugs had though the logsheet to be a nice place to hangout. Signed into the damp logsheet and headed onwards. TFTC!

Thanks for setting up this multi cache, I enjoyed my walk around the city. I completed the coordinates in April but it wasn’t until today that I got a chance to get back to the city and make the find. Cache full of sand as there is a small hole in the side. The contents and log are still dry. My daughter enjoyed rolling down the hill at the gz
Found It!
I visited the bums yesterday. Although bum A seems to have gone missing but I could guess the number needed for that one. Today I went to GZ and after a bit of wandering around I found the cache. It was full of sand for some reason so I emptied it out.

Had found nearly all the bums before we left home, walked round just to make certain we had them all. Well, one of the bums had gone walkabout, another is a rather cheeky little one. An enjoyable walk. CO confirmed missing number and off to find the cache. TFTC
While hubby is here working, I have come out today to find somes caches. Got some of the bums on monday while in town and gathered the others via Mr Google. After walking through Kings Park now here to find this one.
Cache has lots of sand in it but after a clean out, all is good.
Interesting puzzle.
Found on 21 February 2019. TFTC, Me&B.

Back home I enjoyed solving this riddle by using street view . Finally I could identify most of the statues and after some try and error on the missing one the checker turned to a bright green light ! Finding the box was no problem at all, but it should be replaced in the near future , because it's broken below the lid!

This was my primary objective of this morning's walk. I decided to 'work backwards' from the furthest point and so headed to A first. Once there, things didn't look too good but upon checking previous logs and the hint, I realised the error of my ways. Oh well! At least is wasn't all wasted as I'd already picked up a couple of other caches on the way. Back on to the 'success' trail though, I soon had a final set of coordinates.
As I approached GZ though, I thought I was going to be muggled with a cyclist enjoying the morning sunshine but thankfully, she paid no attention to me and I quickly had the cleverly disguised stash in hand at 07:35.
Hopefully this one is returned to its full glory very soon with the missing sculptures replaced.
TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Me&B.

What a great multi! Easy decision to give this a fave. On a beautiful day to be on bikes in Perth, we tootled round sizing up bums. We should have known not to look for A but didn't read the logs till we were on the spot where no bum can be seen any more. Brute forced the checker with our first guess (should have read the hint too hey?) and were happy to have the bikes to get to our GZ. Instant find there. Container has sustained some damage which would explain the mushy log. Replaced the log with Tradie Tough paper and dried out the bag as best we could. Thanks for setting and maintaining this great multi, Me&B!
I had the car booked in for a service , so I decided to catch the bus and get some of the city caches knocked off. Got quiet a few done, which was great. I had to phone a friend for A as its not there any more. So once that was sorted I trekked but towards the Bus Station and claimed this one on the way. The log was wet. tftc
Find #125 of 365 streak. I completed this one a few weeks ago but found myself on the wrong end of town and my feet were done.
Back today and in between rain showers I made the find. I couldnt find A though so quess work got me the tick.
Great twist on a mutli and enjoyed my plod about Perth. TFTC

A bit of late afternoon-evening caching in the city after the footy, we had previously solved the puzzle so with the opportunity we headed back to sign the log TFTC
We finally complete this cache.
Best day for geocaching. Beautiful sunny 24°.
The statue for A is no longer at the designated coordinates. Due to changes to the central services within the cultural centre the statue has been relocated.
It now sits within the court yard of the art gallery. Only accessible through the building (NB: closed on Tuesdays- ask the information desk about the Caller Statue). You can see it from a side fence but not sure which side of the building it is on.
The final location of the cache is great. By the main container requires maintenance, no longer water proof.

We are BIG fans of the Zoom in series but have been putting this one off because we are not fans of trudging around Perth. Made an exception today & decided to perve around the bottoms of Perth. Now I need to find a place to rest mine.TFTC Me&B another favourite coming your way
On a very long walk this afternoon targeting some specific caches of which this was one as I had such fun matching up the photos with the actual statues as I was bumming around Perth A quick find but had great difficulty actually opening the cache so I could make my mark. Succeeded at last and took the TB to move it along A favourite point for this 'cheeky' cache Thanks Me&B
Had a wonder around Perhaps yesterday, checking out statue butts. There are some pretty cool statues around. This morning we set out to find the cache which was quickly in hand. Left a travel Bug. TFTC and showing us the cool statues!
Blue (Red) Moon ... Not only did I play it last night at band rehearsal, then witness it at break, but it pushed me to make the effort to get to GZ before work this morning. Woo hoo! It's taken us a couple of years to finally retrieve this one. The eclipse was eclipsed at my delight at not only finding it, and a bonus travel bug I will move on as soon as able, but also the change to grab details of the nearby earth cache. A bit of a warm hike, and a few too many mad cyclists, but I thoroughly enjoyed this multi. Thanks!
Out on a CBD night run with Barnzy12, he was a little more prepared than me with high vis jacket and all to blend in.

The planets aligned tonight and my mother had left my house early after dinner and my wife was on bed so I had a couple of hours to kill before bedtime so shot a message out to Cravo10 to see if he wanted to head out to the CBD for some night time caching while the CBD was quiet with some muggle diners and council workers.
Decided to nail down a bunch of multi caches we had been working towards for some time.
I rarely visit the CBD, I think the last few times have all been for caching as I generally hate traffic.
How awesome are the lights, the mix of old and new buildings, the sculptures, and just the general vibe.
Loved the caching tonight. Great night with lots of pictures taken a couple of caches found a couple of DNFs, isn't that what caching is about?

I visited 5 of the bums last week, and went to check out the final bum earlier today.
However, when I got there I couldn't locate any bum at all (Bum A)!!?? I had to have a guess at which I thought it might be, based on what was there and the other ones I'd found.....
After checking the co ords, I came out to pick up the cache this afternoon. An easy find in between walkers and cyclists.
Rescued a fish TB.
Thanks for a great cache and multi

After collecting hevwalker from the airport, we decided to head into Perth to grab some dinner. Big mistake at 6.00 on a Friday night Can't find a car park and then all of a sudden, the whole city becomes one
Thought better of it so we headed for home. Having completed this a couple of weeks ago, just had to stop and complete the signing duties en route to Bedfordale.
A pleasant night with plenty of laughs. Parked nearby and strolled to GZ. A nice straight forward find at GZ. Giving this one a favourite point for the idea and the lovely area's it took me too.

What a nice journey through the city of Perth. There were were some first time cachers with me and we made it untill the end. TFTC
After a picnic lunch at John Oldham Park off Mounts Bay Rd we walked around to check out the Elizabeth Quay precinct. Turns out there were a few caches en route that had to be attempted.
This one has been a long time coming, we did the ground work nearly three years ago after a couple of flash mob events in the malls and it's been on the to-do list ever since. When we decided on the location for our lunch today I was pleased to see that I might be able to cross it off the list.
Arrived at GZ and spotted the container straight away for a quick find. Great views from here but I bet they've changed a bit over the years. Awarding a favourite for the fun multi.
Me&B I found your cache at 2:38pm, this was the 2nd of 6 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 3965. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

With a pile of ever growing solved puzzles and a stack of unfound multi caches about I decided to add a bit of spice to my caching adventures from the start of March and hunt out mysterys and multis as much as possible . I hopped on my bike to grab these ones in and around the CBD on a quiet Sunday morning . I managed to stay away from traditionals while in the area [^].
A big thanks to Me&B for placing this container out here for us to find [^].

Visiting Perth for work (from Brisbane) for the first time in years and this cache seemed like the perfect way to see a bit of the city. Got off to a slow start as I had to work out how to use waypoints on my new caching app (bemoaning the loss of the classic Geocaching app on my old phone). Finally underway, loved the concept of the cache and greatly enjoyed seeing the public art and the parts of the city. Found all the answers after work yesterday but ended up late in the evening with no obvious easy access to the GZ from the final location. Returned with a leisurely stroll this afternoon and after a bit of poking about saw something that might not belong, and the cache was in hand. Thank for a wonderful and memorable adventure....and some unique photos to take home to share as I captured the answers as I went!
Found it. Found out the hard way that there's no way to go straight from "C" to the gz but it was a nice walk on a cool morning. Picked up a TB and pathtag to take back to the states. TFTC
Such a great multi we completed it on our first night here and collected on our last day. Will be adding a favourite point just for the sheer delight of traipsing around the city checking out the butts of statues.
What a laugh this was to find all the bums around town end point was brilliant too left a smiley tb tftc adding a fav
First Multi of the "zoom into..." Series. Thank you for the walk around Perth. Love the little elf at the governor's gardens! After visiting all the statues, a quick find was made. Tftc!
In the afternoon we ride with the bicycles from Stage to stage to find the special Bummings. Step for step we can find it and solve the finalcoordinations. So we find the container and be able to log it. We think it is a funny idea and we give a Point.
Thank you for the big Multi say Moorhelmi

A most interesting multi. With plenty of possibilities to go wrong was pleased to get it right and find the cache
Spent the day bumming around enjoying downtown perth. Took a wrong turn to the final so walked further. Great cache. Thanks for showing us around the city.
I enjoyed doing the research and wandering around the town. The subject could form the basis of an Andy Griffiths story, where the statue bums come to life and wreak havoc.
Out and about in the city enjoying a beautiful day between the showers.
It was good fun checking out each of the statues to get the final coords.
TFTC Me&B.

Heading up to kings park today to take the kids Pokemon hunting. The deal was, caching for dad, Pokemon for the kids.
The deal was done so we parked down below and I grabbed this cache.
I had picked up the numbers needed on the way to various CBD meetings and now had all the info I needed.
Wandering around today, I made a quick find of the final.
I really enjoy these zoom in caches. I think this is my third now.
Another favourite for this one as well.

Great multi-cache, nifty idea. I'd worked out the co-ordinates a couple of months ago and took a wander during my lunch break to finally sign the log. TFTC!
Had an empty morning so decided to hop on the train into the CBD and pick up a couple of caches that have been on the to do list for a while. As with a few of the multi's in the area, most of the stages I had picked up while out on various lunchtime walks from the office. However the 'bum' at stage F is no longer there so with one number missing I had a couple of possible options for GZ. The plan this morning was to therefore give them a go, and hopefully also find another couple of caches that had so far evaded me due to being in high muggle areas that are tricky at lunchtime. Thoroughly enjoyed finding the statues, and some that I have seen frequently I now looked at in a different way! The walk to GZ #1 was also nice and gave me some views that I hadn't really seen before, so I figured even if I had it wrong it was still a worthwhile walk Nearing GZ the options looked limited but having waited for a few muggles to pass I set about a search. Very quickly something looked out of place and having dusted off the accumulated ant hill I was delighted to have the cache in my hand. No problems here at all - cache is in great shape. Replaced as found and with no need to visit my other potential GZ I headed off to try and find some of the others on my list Great cache this one - fun to solve and find. A fave point awarded - TFTC
Philippluca and me solved this multi in november or december as we arrived in perth although one stage was not there anymore but internet helped us. The owner approved our coordinates and today we were finally able to find this cache after 2 FTF and 1 FTF on the new built area. Thanks a lot for showing us these pieces of art in Perth.
After visiting the new Elizabeth Quay, Jack Dalton and me finally found the time to finish this multi. TFTC
I originally found the destroyed cache some 9 months ago, and returned today to finally sign the log. Cache container is still in good shape.
