Logs
Found with little miss when out for a bushwalk. Beautiful day in the gully, the flowers and birds are showing signs that Spring is around the corner. No pen to write in log, but took photo with cache if needed.
Another great find , completely forgot to bting a pen . Milliesadventures Joel and Millie
An accidental find this one, was working in the area and happened to see this in plain site Not sure of it's original location but I did my best to hide it near the GZ.
I just waited for some people smarter than me to find it. Pretty nice people though.
Out on a caching adventure today stopping by here for the first cache of the day but not so easy only because of my own mistake. On holidays heading south of the border almost there I received a call to return as the family member dog sitting for me has had a fall and ended in hospital,so anyways no PQs in the GPS for the area I'm running manually and silly me punched in the wrong coords, I spent about 1/2 hour searching high and low around a cave section about 20m east of GZ, previous logs now becoming confusing? After searching everywhere here I decided to leave get back on the trail and check my coords, now only a few metres from the real GZ I made a really quick find.Today was quite warm i wasted so much time and energy here and felt like such a tool once I found it , atleast I got to see some cool rock formationsThanks for the cache
This was our Christmas holiday playground as kids - grandparents lived in Alderton Ave - fun to find a cache here - thank you! ??
I'm right into bird watching so the name of this cache very much appealed.
Today's hobby was geocaching so I didn't walk very far looking for birds. There were half a dozen Red Wattlebirds at the head of the track and some Crimson Rosellas just a bit further down. I could hear plenty of small birds but managed to restrain myself and went cache hunting instead.
It was another quick find.
I shall have to return and do the entire loop walk.

Thanks for the cache! Found it very close to the path and left something from a Scottish geocache.
Tftc. Searched for a few minutes then Mrs Jaybeem and Mobsey started looking at previous logs. They found one that they thought might help, walked to the spot and pointed and I got the command to “look under there”. They were right.
Down the hill again after a busy weekend doing a bit of garden maintenance.
This was a great start to the day.
A nice easy find.
Thanks to WaywardWoman for placing this cache.

First time I’ve spotted one without looking for it. My eyes just look for specifically placed rocks now.
Down some steps and searching here and there and what was that, oh a cache. TYFTC
Found with "Zwei of us". It's about 10m from the co-ords. TNLN. Thanks for the cache.
So easy once you find it!! Thanks spektus your pic helped. Tftc. Found with storey teller .
Disappointingl, this was the original cache of almost 10 years that has disappeared. I have replaced it- hopefully to last at least another 10. Good to go.
Cache on.
Cache on.
I've looked under all the rock ledges behind the house with the yapping dog and couldn't see any geocache.
The mum's found it 1st as we read the description! Noticed a possible geo trail! Geo kids dashed initially too far into bush!
I’m house sitting in Winmalee for three weeks so will be grabbing a few Geocaches while I’m here.

GPS was a bit out but stood back and a little looking and there it was thanks for the cache.
Another WW cache ticked off. For the life of me this one took ages. I certainly won't forget where it is if frazeydaze wants to look for it sometime. TFTC WaywardWoman
Found after a bit of a search as my GPS was a bit out of whack!!! Needed the hint, so thanks for that WaywardWoman.
Geocaching day along the springwood creek.

First we looked where the GPS said GZ was located, but after scratching and poking around found nothing there. We expanded our horizons and tried at a different level and then found the cache about 10 metres from our first looking point. Admired the trees and rocks while some muggles went past, then retrieved the container and did the legals. Thanks go to WaywardWoman for this cache placement.
Spent a good deal of time looking under every ledge we could find put came up short. The dog in the yard started going nuts are us. Had to stop so we could walk the round trip through the Gully too. Will have to come back and have another go.
Found this cache while visiting my Wife's Cousins that had moved up to this area. We decided to head out for a walk with their 2 dogs and I thought I would check the app for any nearby caches. This one was not too far from the road and LucasSmurf and I thought we might have a go at finding it while the others headed home.
Had to wait a little for some Muggles to wander past however we found without too much difficulty.

Dragged the boychild kicking and screaming away from his fortnite obsession... once he got back into the real world he was happy to be on the cache trail once again! Interesting to see a #nswrocks painted stone in this cache, I could do that too!
Visiting the mountains for a full day’s agenda, was getting fatigued with muggy weather (storms rolling in) and a few tougher than expected bushwalks, so was tempted to only recon this one as I drove past. Found however I could park within 60m so went ahead with collecting the smilie today. Co-ords a little out and while expanding search based on observation, was surprised by a voice behind me as an accented tourist with a heavy backpack walking the whole trail, called out “hello” just as I spotted a tell-tale sign to head towards after he passed.
On holiday over from England visiting my son and grandchildren. Not sure I like all this poking about in rock crevices, but I have a stick to protect me from the wildlife! Easy find.
Quick one if you want it to be otherwise walk the whole track and enjoy. A good walk.
EcoTeam are still caching after 16 years! This time with Sagan & Huxley joining the hunt. Cane the long scenic way for this one. Thanks
This one proved harder then what it should have - but all my fault not the hide! Got down towards GZ easier enough, even managed to confuse the dog from the house up nearby as well. However, I couldn't zero in on where GZ was. Eventually I stepped back and went where is this little sucker....and it almost jumped out at me! Other than the dog barking nearby, was quite peaceful here. TFTC
#3761 (3 of 11 today)
Today is another day I need to target in my quest to have five finds on every calendar day by the end of this year (being one find for each year I'll have cached).
Now I only need two finds today, but as I have often done, I decided to hit this day hard.
Went for eleven caches around Springwood (the lair of **Wayward Woman** and **bikerbuddy** which should mean quality caches) and found all eleven - HUZZAH!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Decided to go for a number of bush caches accessible from the Birdwood Gully Track. Hopefully the lingering effects of the Lurgi I had last time I was up this way won't make it too hard...
Quick walk to this one - the only problem being the muggles in the backyard of the house the cache is directly behind.
Got to GZ - a few options - but quickly found the right spot.
Completed signing duties and replaced. And now down the track - which will mean back up at some point...

Find #849
We are going to the Spring Caching in the Bluies event tomorrow, so decided to make a weekend of it, we cached around the Springwood and Faulconbridge areas today. Some great spots here, 13 finds and one DNF, not bad for an afternoon.....
Last one for the day, on our way to the motel. Would have been a quicker find I'm sure if I taken note of the DT rating before we started..... TFTC WaywardWoman
