This cache has gone missing a few too many times for us so we will archive it and look at placing another in another spot.

We had a good look for this but with no luck. Will watch to see if we have gone blind.

Slightly moved from last time but still a good find. Sadly, no geocoin in it

This was the last cache we found during our short visit to Gore, and we can just imagine all the local kids having a great deal of fun in the area. After a short search, we soon had the cache in hand to sign the log. We then jumped in the cache mobile to start on our drive north. Our holiday in New Zealand will soon be coming to an end, but we have been having a great time in this beautiful country. Thank you for having placed the cache kryshan

Last day of our MEGA cache raid so we decided to head further south before our flight home tonight.
This place brings back memories we one left our fig gete after a pucnic and had to come back for her, we thought the kids had her in the back of the car . Quick find, thanks for the memories.

Day 11 of our NZ tour for the MEGA. Mr Felix is having a Birthday today , Hip Hip Hooray Happy Birthday.

We headed out of Dunedin today about 9.30am with no set plans but with a possibility of stopping overnight in GORE. You can't travel too far when there are so many caches to stop you every few km's. (unless you go past some of course.....)

Nice location and hopefully very popular too. Nobody about today though.

One for the Prez!! He loves trains so this was found with him in mind in his absense. I don't know that it was found where it should have been, so after consulting the hint to be sure I got it as close to where I thought it should have been, considering my challenge! It was clearly visible and very prone to attract muggles, only reason I considered it out of place. TFTC

Its very handy having attributes of areas listed, so when one needs a stop for a specific reason, one can suggest that there is a cache to be found! Nice little park too. TFTC

Boo hoo, we couldn't find Choo choo! our only DNF in Southland today.

Took the station apart looked under everything. Either hidden where I did not look or must have caught a train.

Pays to trust your gut rather than your gps sometimes!!!

A nice easy find. And a nice place for lunch despite the fact that it was very cool.

A pretty straightforward find after hunting in a couple of different nooks.

No trains today, just a couple of muggles and their mini-muggles. Stealth was required to retrieve and then replace this one. All went according to plan. TFTC

The train was going when we first arrived so we went back later on in the day and found it! Yay. TFTC

Felt like an age to find but must been only 5 minutes. Our 4 year old loves these rides.

What a fantastic place. I never knew Gore had a miniature train track - shame it wasn't working today, otherwise I think we would have gone for a ride. TFTC.

@1213 The cache container was on the ground, out in the open. We put it where we thought was the most likely place. Perhaps, kryshan, you should check it out sometime and make sure that it is right. I will send you a PM to explain where. However it is where the coordinates on the cache page say it should be.

Would be great to see the trains running although that would probably rule out finding cache No muggles today though

This was another surprise FTF for me - and a gorgeous wee spot. Will have to find out when they have the trains running and bring my wee nephew back for a look! TFTC
