The area was very shabby and unkempt considering the rest of the park.

10.07 AM

Today is day two of my epic journey from home in Melbourne to Alice Springs in NT via the Flinders Ranges is SA. It is not purely a caching holiday, but I still hope to pick up quite a few caches on the way. Day two, Mildura to Renmark.

After a DNF nearby at BOB's, I was glad this one was not too difficult. not a single soul about in the park except some muggle ibises which were not paying me any attention. Nicely hidden cache, I looked in a few other spots before locating it.

Thanks go to Crystalwater for the cache.

#1834 We had just had dinner at Hogs Breath and had been laughing quite a bit so it took a little while for the sniggering to stop enough to attempt this cache via torch light without being too loud. Unfortunately this made us laugh even more, thankfully we were able to locate the cache amidst stifled giggles...the name of this cache certainly didn't help our cause Wink TNLN thanks once more to Crystalwater and Xanthe_Sux for the fun Big Grin
