Im here in Australia visiting from the US. Decided to venture to the Blue Mountains today and Scenic World. A quick find after clearing a few spiderwebs. Stamped my name and then accidentally smeared it.
I should be over to GZ tomorrow or the next day to get this geocache fixed up. Sorry for the delay. I was in the hospital for six days but am more or less recovered now.
Greetings from Wales.After a few days in Sydney we have moved onto the Blue Mountains but blimey it ain't half cold up here. Today we first visited Echo Point and then spent the day at the Scenic Railway which was really good fun.We took the Skyway across the gorge and then strolled over to the falls viewpoint. After some photos I headed up to grab this one. Business done and replaced as found. Loads of cockatoos around which to me seems so wierd. Thanks for the cache.

Yep. It was muggled. Yet again. Sigh. Replaced the cache and can only be hopeful that future finders tuck the little hide away properly.
I think it might be missing. Checked the logs and saw a previous photo of where it was. Unfortunately no where to be seen.
I was out for a quick jog while waiting for the fam to wake up. I quickly deduced the likely hiding place, which was in line with a recent photo, but despite looking carefully there as well as below it and around the area couldn't find the container. Thanks anyway.
Found quickly, kids in toe and disappointed they didnt find it, soon retrieved. Signed at nearby table then a group of muggles appeared and were at the GZ for several minutes took a while but cache was soon replaced! Tftc.
Arizona honeymooners we loved the cliff walk. Many trails were closed for storm cleanup. Nice hint.
Used my long-nosed pliers to free up the geocache, that a recent finder had stuck in a nearly inaccessible cranny.
We hiked today the track from Furbers Steps to Fern Bower and back to the carpark. Such a nice place! Unfortunately there weren't any caches down, but we are happy to log this one.Nice little cache! TFTC!
After walking along the edge at twilight, I made my way back to the car. I thought about snagging this cache on the way there, but there were too many muggles. I had to use my phone flashlight to look for this one and was able to spot it. Sadly, I was unable to get it out no matter which angle I tried. I sent the CO photo proof of the find and they graciously allowed me to log it. Thank you for the smiley and the fun!The day:Last night I saw an amazing sunset and was ready to spend the day in the Blue Mountains. I had a a lot of fun caching and sightseeing and getting PLENTY of steps in. What a great way to spend this leg of my journey north along the east coast of Australia from the U.S. Many thanks to all the geocachers who placed and continue to maintain their geocaches for folks like me to find. I know it's not always easy, but know that I appreciate you.

We are currently on a eight week holiday which is mostly spent in New Zealand and Australia. However, the first three days were spent in Signapore as a nice break from an otherwise long flight. We had about three weeks in New Zealand which went by too quickly. Yesterday we flew from Auckland to Sydney and today we are driving to the Blue Mountains where we will stay for one night. After checking in in our hotel we went out for a walk in the Blue Mountains. We walked the Scenic Walkway to get a good look at the spectacular scenery of the Blue Mountains. Since we had excellent weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the walk. To even add to the fun there were some caches en route like this one. Very nice hide and a quick find. Thank you very much for this cache.
On our two-month trip through New Zealand and Australia, we arrived in Sydney yesterday. Today we picked up the rental car and drove to the Blue Mountains.We arrived quite early and there is plenty of time to visit The Three Sisters. After walking to and from the falls, we headed to this and luckily we went straight to the hiding place, where Mr g007 laid his hand directly onto the cache. Squeezed our name and date on a small space the edge of the full logbook, TFTC.
We came to see the Katoomba circuit under lights. Was a nice idea for something different. Going to have to come back to check out Katoomba falls lookout by day!

Velk cesta do Ocenie - den 4 - Blacktown (Sydney) - Katoomba, Blue Mountains, New South Wels, Austrlie - 125 kmVzbudila jsem se proklate brzy ve 3 rno, ale premluvila jsem se a jete do 6 spala. Dnes u se ctm lpe a zacnm si svuj velk vlet uvat. Sice bylo rno chladneji a pod mrakem, ale odpoledne u krsn park a stl slunce, a jsem si splila zezadu krk. V klidu jsem rno vyrazila do Modrch hor (Blue Mountains) a po ceste odlovila pr keek u zajmavch mst. Treba hned prvn ke byla u informacnho centra pro cel hory, tak jsem si nabrala spoustu letku a informac. Dal zastvka u zajmavho parcku s alej stromu, kter asi zasadili australt premiri. Krtkou prochzku jsem si udelala pro starou ke z roku 2001 v lesku plnm velkch utru a na jeden jsem musela kvuli kece i vylzt. Tak jsem postupne projela nekolik mestecek a dojela do Katoomba, kde mm na odpoledne zakoupen vstup na lanovky a zubacku. Krsne jsem to stihla, namazala si oblicej krmem 50 a vyrazila objevovat vyhldky na tesech a detn les dole v dol. Lanovky byly super, dokonce mstn zubacka je nejstrmej na svete. Teda byly to takov vozky, kter se skoro kolmo spustily do tunelu ve skalch, take nebylo nic videt, ale musela jsem se dret stropu, tak dobr. Krsne strven odpoledne jsem zakoncila odlovem T5 virtulky a vhledem na Echo point a Three Sisters - mstn nejznmej skaln tvar. Spokojena a vyvencena jedu na nkup veho potrebnho a na hotel. Dnes ani do hospody nejdu. Budu v klidu odpocvat na ubikaci. Ztra me cek prejezd hor.Second day in Australia. I travel to Blue Mountains from cache to cache and spend an afternoon in Scenic World in Katoomba in rain forest and cliffs. Nice place, easy found. Une cache rapidement trouve en attendant le bus qui devait nous ramener la gare. Le bus n'est par contre jamais pass nous sommes donc retourns la gare pied

We were on a 3 weeks holiday in Australia to visit our duaghter, studying half a year on Macquarie University. Besides that it was very nice to meet our daughter again, it was also very, very nice to visit Australia, which is a country on the other side of the world for us (Netherlands). Of course, when so far from home it is always nice to find some caches.
