Pretty fun spot! Though the hint might be slightly off (fifth might be more accurate?). Not too hard, regardless. Visited in part because one of our travel bugs made it all the way out here from Mexico - one based off of our amazing pup, Rags! In honor of that, we've dropped off another of our travel bugs here, this time by our own hand - "In search of the perfect brew"! Thank you for the cache!
When we arrived I was not sure how to get to the in the hint described spot. After Hannig a longer walk, we came back and I saw now to get there. The rest was easy. TFTC magicchicken
Visiting a friend in Australia, all the way from The Netherlands. We go for a week of camping around Sydney. Most of the time we move everyday. And sometimes we find a geocache along the way.Today is day two. A stop we make here in Katoomba. This is one of the caches we found today. There a two caches hidden here, next to each other. Both in good condition. Thanks for this cache.Dirk VerschurenThe Netherlands
So many muggles, couldnt have climbed up around the tree- unfortunate fail for now
Over in Sydney for 10 days visiting one of our sons and picking up a few caches. Today we had a great day up in the Blue Mountains doing several hikes. A quick find here, TFTC
Too many muggles, climbed up and around the tree, found some rubbish and a plastic bag that looked like it contained a log book. Persevered but to no avail. Wasn't overly hygienic digging too much next to a bin (we presumed we were in the right spot)
Murkel and me visited this area today. We searched here for a while, but we found only an empty plastic bag, a bottle and an empty plastic box. But no cache
Visited the Blue Mountains on a day trip. Part of that was also a stop at the Three Sisters.Very busy area but could grab and log without problems.TFTC
A great location. A quick find despite the busy areaFound Katoomba Echo Point@ 12:54 7 August 2024Find # 4105TFTC pjmpjm

The canyons of these mountains were deep and beautiful, and the nature was amazing. For us from Europe, every plant and animal is new and unknown. Thanks for the placing this geocache and the work associated with it. All geocaches have led us to many nice places.Greetings from Brno the Czech Republic. Bisoutje and I are on a long roadtrip between Cairns and Adelaide and have now touched ground at the Blue Mountains. We spent 2 days hiking in this beautiful national park and enjoyed every second. We saw numerous animals and plants, magnificent views over waterfalls, mountains and valleys and were able to hike many kilometers and altitude gains. The legs are sore but the memories are worth it!This was a quick find with help from the instructions although I was initially worried that this cache could be reached only from below. We think we managed to grab the cache without being seen by the many muggles.TFTC!
We are heading to Lithgow for a wedding tomorrow and decided to pull in here since weve never been past before.Wow! I was not expecting to encounter Australias version of the Grand Canyon! What a great spot. Im really happy we stopped and of course was delighted to find a couple of caches based here.As I approached GZ, a bus load of school kids were directed to stand exactly where I needed to be, so I had to stand and listen to one of the most stereotypical teacher talks Ive ever heard (be good ambassadors for the school, blah blah). After they left, the hint made for an easy grab.2 TBs in.TFTC and an FP from me.Greetings from Brisbane.
Greetings from Wales. After a few days in Sydney we have moved onto the Blue Mountains but blimey it ain't half cold up here. Today we first visited Echo Point and then spent the day at the Scenic Railway which was really good fun. What a spectacular place, I could have stayed for hours if it hadn't been so cold. A quick find of this cache but forgot to drop of the TB I had in the car - Doh!!!. Thanks for the smiley.
Muggle overload! But as stealth as we could be but when you are travelling around with Mr morepork man it's a bit difficult TFTC
Visiting the blue mountains and saw a cache in walking distance. Forgot pen photo attached TFTC
Visiting the Blue Mountains today and looking for this cache of course. Found it! Thanks for the cache
Found at 1720 hrs after a visit on sunset. The cache is accessible despite the temporary fencing, you just need to approach it from a different angle where the hint makes a little bit less sense. A great sized container for such tourist intense location. TFTC.
Having had high tea (with gin) nearby, four girlfriends and I came out here to see The Three Sisters. There was a construction fence blocking access to the geocache, so I just went along a little further and walked through the garden. Thanks for the cache, pjmpjm!
Had to go on a side path to get here with the construction but still found it. Easy find!
After visiting the three sisters, also found this one. Greetings from the Netherlands
Gefunden. Nach Umgehung der Baustelle war alles klar. Sehr schner Aussichtspunkt inklusive Cache, perfekt. Danke fr den Cache Found. After bypassing the construction site everything was clear. Very nice viewpoint including cache, perfect. Thanks for the cache
Leider befindet sich hier eine Baustelle, sodass man zu den vielen Menschen, auf die man achten muss, auch noch ber eine kleine Barriere klettern muss.. Der Cache ist aber an Ort und Stelle. Thanks for the Cache, there is an Construction site at the Cache.
Arrived at GZ well wrong level. Thought thats a bit harder to get to than youd think. Recreated and cache soon in hand. Much harder than youd think with the amount of muggles around. TFTC.

Two day of Blue Mountains on our 6 days layover in Australian from NZ to Singapore. Nice to see the place again after 27 years. Gosh, we are all getting older. TFTC, it made the visit even nicer.
Found with Portstevo on our BM adventure!! Tftc, nice easy one. Got some nice views of the sisters today, heading home to PMQ and caching on our way out of the mountains.
Geocaching in Sydney, Brisbane and everywhere in between, together with the 2 F's. TFTC
Found it at the three sisters view. The 2 Fs from The Netherlands. There supposed to be 4 travel bugs in the cache, but none found. We left one travel bug hoping the next cacher will take it with them on the trip. TFTC

Visiting from the US, specifically Ohio, on a grand adventure leading up to the Capital Geobash. Started the journey with a few days in Sydney and then ventured out towards the blue mountains. Spent earlier in the day hiking the Grand Canyon Track and finished it with evening views here. Thanks for the cache. Signed Log.
Amazing evening to visit this place! Its my first time in the Blue Mountains and Im definitely in love. I knew Id enjoy hiking here. Thanks for the cache!
We are currently on a eight week holiday which is mostly spent in New Zealand and Australia. However, the first three days were spent in Signapore as a nice break from an otherwise long flight. We had about three weeks in New Zealand which went by too quickly. Yesterday we flew from Auckland to Sydney and today we are driving to the Blue Mountains where we will stay for one night. After checking in in our hotel we went out for a walk in the Blue Mountains. We wanted to see the Three Sistersand on our way there passed this cache. We spotted it and waited for a somewhat quieter moment to grab it. Thank you very much for this cache.
On our two-month trip through New Zealand and Australia, we arrived in Sydney yesterday. Today we picked up the rental car and drove to the Blue Mountains. We arrived quite early and there is plenty of time to visit The Three Sisters. This cache was found near the parking lot.**pjmpjm**, thanks for the cache.
Found after staying at Lane Cove Caravan Park for two nights. Enjoyed an early morning walk to locate the oldest cache in Australia, before heading westwards through the Blue Mountains, sightseeing and finding caches along the way. Thanks for the cache pjmpjm!
Our NEW ZEALAND - TASMANIA - AUSTRALIA JOURNEY takes us to beautiful places and provides us with an incredible number of wonderful moments and experiences.Occasionally we also visit a few GeoCaches along the way.Due to closed hiking trails... we had to make do with an "alternative route" again today.... The "little viewing bench" is also closed here...! Nevertheless, we were able to find the "can" easily and put our names on the guest list....Thank you for placing, maintaining and caring snapfish2 from SwitzerlandPS: Translated with the Deepl app
Geocaching on foot after riding my bike up here all the way from inner Sydney.Very beautiful here in the Blue Mountains, loving it!Yep, got it while most people walked away cause the sun had just set.
Towards evening so the crowds were a little lighter. Such a great area to visit. Thanks
Visiting from Nova Scotia Canada, cruising around Australia on the Volendam... Sydney is our last stop, great city, TFTC
Today we visited the three sisters. We were able to enjoy this cache with a great view. Thanks and greetings from Germany***Lierath***
Found this cache rather quickly, despite hundreds of muggles, on a beautiful sunny day. Logged at 10:50 AM. TFTC!
There's a construction fence blocking the entrance off and didn't find it sfe enough to jump the ledge.

6 months ago, during a frenzy, we said to ourselves "why not going to the mega in Adelaide for the leapday". From scratch we moved on to preparing an 18-day project in Australia. Our objectives are simple, visit a small part of this immense continent while validating a few caches. There are so many caches (impossible to do everything) that we will select. Our plan will allow us to visit Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Mount Gambier and finish in Adelaide for the famous Mega.During our stay we will log PestiHoot for Pestinette and Blackhoot.Today, we visit Blue Montain.Guided by the GCs, we hiked in its beautiful mountains. Very beautiful landscape. Thanks to the caches we visited many sites evoking Australian culture and history. Thanks for the cache and the discovery of beautiful or original spots
Found with Blue Jay on our visit to the Blue Mountain area for the day. Pouring rain curtailed our morning but we saw some wonderful sites when rain cleared in the afternoon. TFTC. Toffee Man.
