Out caching with Geco72, filling in a couple of hours before an airport drop off. Found where we thought it should have been, but our prize was awol.
A few hours to kill before flying Home so met up with my caching buddy to grab a few caches. Worked out clue...found likely spot but on cache.
Last one of the day, of looking for my previous dnf and this one tripped me up again... couldnt find it :/
Thanks for replacing the cache so promptly. Most appreciated. Found on an evening walk through the streets of the neighbourhood. A very pleasant walk. Swapped trackables. TFTC
Nice quick grab, nobody here at this lovely park this morning. Taken a TB and left others. Tftc
Two DNFs in recent days so I've come and found the cache is indeed missing. Looks like some muggles have moved scoria rocks and disturbed the hiding place. Replacing now with a new camoed container and Murray Wiggle TB so happy finding.
#178. Went for a walkabout in sunny Mt Eden after staying overnight at my sisters place. Hint objects soon became apparent. Took longer to find than it needed as I was too reliant on GPS and not using my eyes. Soon had cache signed. Only then I noticed 2 muggles were watching me from opposite side of park so I fossicked about in various places hoping to throw a false scent in case they came to check out what I was up to. No trackables were present by the way. TFTC.
Used to visit this park frequently when I was younger so had a fair idea of where it might be hidden. Ran into family running their dog at the park so enlisted them to help find the cache. Nice spot to come back to after a few years, TFTC
Great hide!!!! But no log book...! Had to make a temporary one with limited materials.... Needs replacing asap. Ps no bugs at 2.45am! (@labreezy06)
Went with my dog and there was just too many people around to have a good look :/
Wished we'd had the (not-so-much) juniors with us on our bike ride as this park seems to be the local hangout for Dad's and their kiddies on a lovely Sunday afternoon! We must have looked a bit dodgy wandering around in the bushes ! Found after we ignored the most plausible location. TFTC madmungo
Our last find for the day. Located while a bunch of Birthday celebrating 6 year olds played war games and some of them decided to use the same cover we were using. Fortunately they were more engaged and interested in shooting each other than what we were doing.
There was major construction going on at the park. Or, more accurately, the path was fenced off and the construction "workers" were intently watching.
It took me a few minutes to spot the cache because it has migrated from the altitude given in the hint. TFTC.

Bloody hell it got dark quick. Heading towards the giant moon was good fun, until realising it is Friday the 13th today. Probably not the best night to be out and about. Last full moon on black Friday until 2049 I am told. Might have to re-visit the place at that date, alive or dead...woooOOOoooOooo.
Another park unknown to me, another wet walk across the grass on a rainy day, krmNZ had this one in hand pretty quickly, thanks for the hide madmungo

Out with casaba3 and this was our last find for the day before a run to pick kids up from school. Because it was wet the hints were all checked out before we got to the GZs and this one no exception. Had it in hand quite quickly, dried hands off and signed the log and back to the cover of the car. Without such caches would we even know about these parks? Thanks madmungo.
I felt inclined to do a bit of drive-by caching after dropping off my bike for repair at a near-by shop. This one had me going around for a while before I spotted it. I like these hidden neighbourhood parks. A bit of green space is a good thing. Cheers for the cache.
Hard to find bc not 1 up- actually 3 up. Tried to find a place to put it back that worked with the hint but it wouldn't fit.
Great cache- thanks
Great cache- thanks
Quick find. As mentioned previously the hint no longer applies as it is three up. Found regardless as I did not really get the hint! Tftc
A quick find today. There was a muggle family playing on the playground, but weren't paying us any attention. Cache blends in nicely with its surroundings. TFTC
Another wonderful hidden green spot and playground. Easy to find the cache but difficult to open! Also found (and replaced) 3 up not 1 up. Tried to find a 1 spot as in the hint but couldn't make it fit. TFTC
Clue a bit confusing, but I got the idea and cache in the end!
Tried to look casual while walking into a bushy are an with lots of people around!

Found originally as part of rebel98 team, now created own account, re-logging as rustynz
Remember this one well, as just parked car, and was walking up the path when it poured! Continued with quest, stayed at GZ and eventually had found the cache. Thanks again for the hide.

Well the rain has set in, I am not sure if I should continue, as I hide under the trees and umbrella. No one is in the park, they have all run off home, were its dry! I am already at GZ and make my find. Thanks for the hide and bringing us to an area that is new to us.
A lovely little urban space here. Deserted while I hunted despite the gorgeous weather. Just as I laid fingers on it I heard the bounce bounce bounce of a basketball. Think he was otherwise occupied as a guy came out if the bushes. Thanks for bringing me here.
Found this one rather quickly, and as we were about to leave, muggles arrived to play some rugby.
TFTC !
TFTC !
The park was empty when I went for the cache but while I was signing it off six muggles arrived.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
Came hunting for our first cache with Keira (6yrs) & Caleb (4yrs). They found it easily.
Pretty easy find, added a little item to it because there wasn't anything there
loved this! easy to find after determining what side it was on! muggles everywhere... kept it a secret! TFTC!
Really hard to find! But got there in the end. Was so sneaky. Watch for the kiddies cause they seemed pretty interested and looked like they would sneak over after we left to see what's up. Maybe go later in the day so their not there! First find so much fun! So happy with this little community it's so cool
#601 Such a lovely afternoon to be caching. Was initially hunting in the wrong spot but when I moved over a little it was plain to see. Cute little cache. Added a new pencil as the old one was munted and added a trackable. TFTC!
Quick easy cache in a lovely park. Good thing it was raining as kept people away.
Ahoy there! Found on a wet Sunday morning with the muggle Uncle while I was visiting from Adelaide. We were busted big-time by a couple of muggles hiding out in the children's playground. Explain what we were up to and they were very cool about it - perhaps a couple of converts. Dropped TB. TFTC!
I found this cache in the dark. It's kind of wimpy and needs a little upkeep. Plus don't you just hate it when some puts a condom in a cache.
Out to get a cache to celebrate having been dating Reveurs for one year. Our first date was a caching trip, so caching is special to us. Thanks for the cache.
A year ago today I found my first cache on my first date with my now boyfriend, picked this one up after dinner. Love you Lycurgon!
Thanks for our first anniversary cache )

A headlamp aided find at night for my cache for the day. Found after applying the hint and a bit of searching. Thanks!
