Nice quick and easy find here. Having the amazing views while caching is definitely a bonus. Thats for placing a cache in such a great spot )
Found on a trip to Western Australia from Adelaide with FeatherWaite. We camped in Millstream-Chichester National Park then spent the day exploring the area.We found this cache as we headed out to Georges River ravine in the morning. The cache was a quick find and was in good order. Great views from GZ!Thanks Ian&Sue - Team Pathfinder for the cache.
Found with e.gregory1 on a trip from Adelaide to north-western WA for a month or so. Staying at Miliyanha campground in Millstream Chichester National Park for two nights, we headed out to Python Pool and George's River Ravine for the day, finding the caches along the way. Stopped here to admire the amazing views over the landscape. Thanks for the cache Ian&Sue - Team Pathfinder!
Travel bug visit. Full log to follow. Exploring Millstream-Chichester. Picked up WAGB18 Hopping south with IC Nothing TB here.
Bit of a rough road coming in. I'm very glad we weren't towing. Originally thought it was on the Mt, but we trusted the gps to guide to the suitable pullover, and the cache was in hand and photos of the amazing landscape taken. Tftc
What a view!!! But what a horrible corrugated road to get here. Glad we can though. Tftc
Thanks for the cache Tean Pathfinder. Lovely spot for a nice quick find after we climbed Mt Herbert. Initially thought the cache was on Mt Herbert then realised our mistake at the top, the view was amazing though!
A great walk from Python Pool along the trail. Very peaceful at the top with no one around, until the phone got signal. Shabooty7a admired the plant life and then we strolled down to the cache. An easy find. TFTC!
We were heading back to camp after visiting Python Pool and decided to drop by here and grab this cache. The view wasn't bad either!

Day trip out from Millstream to visit Python Pool. The views around this area are truly amazing and finding the cache was a bonus. Thanks for placing this cache for our enjoyment.
Day 5 of our 3 week journey north & staying at Millstream NP, todays expedition is to Python Pool & of course stopping to find this cache on our way there... The views were spectacular, we stopped to enjoy them, taking lots of photos & our mate Scotty found this one (although I think the kids spotted it first letting him take the glory ).

Haha more fool me.
I didn't take much notice of were the cache would be just figured it would be at the top. So off I went. Whe I got to the top I realised it was down there.
So great climb up with awesome views. Once I found the right place I had lunch not far from GZ.

Without looking at the location and description, I raced to the top of Mt Herbert. Ooh... phone coverage! Doh.... the cache is at one of the lookouts below. A double back was in order.
A quickish find and a quick sistema replacement. The old one was a bit weary from sun and fires.
I spied the pyramid in a the distance too... another day!!

A nice, quick find with a beautiful view! I walked to the lookout just near this cache, well worth the energy, before swimming in python pool. TFTC!
There was a bushfire some weeks ago, and the container is charred. It broke when we tried to open it.
We put the things together but it needs a new container.

This cache was found while we are on our Brad&Janet's Excellent Adventure to WA. Travelling with Mr and Mrs Grump68, Mr and Mrs Yang, and the Others.
We organised two events. One in Karajini NP on 20 May and one in Broome on 27 May.
The adventure so far has included a kangaroo charging and head-butting our car left rear door while we were effectively stopped. And a big challenge which was the differential internal locking bolts starting to undo themselves while we were on the Menzies to Sandstone road a mere 570km east of Geraldton.
This enforced a change of plan which took two teams (Brad&Janet and Mr and Mrs Grumpi68) to Geraldton. Which was not been a bad thing at all
While in Geraldton we found a few local caches and even managed a first on a D4.5/T5 6 week old cache in the centre of town!
The other two couples and 4WDs continued on the planned route north and we eventually caught them at Coral Bay after our 4WD had finished its refreshment at the Geraldton ARB Day Spa
Since then we have had a great week in Karijini NP and Millstream Chicester NP again grabbing a few caches on the way.
Then the Gibb River Rd and Kununurra. And the highlight of being the first ever to find Australia's oldest cache The Legend Bluey at Truscott Air Base just over seven years since it was hidden.
And finally home down the centre of Australia.
Grumpi68 and I climbed the hill first as we did not check the GPSr. Got to the topo and switched them on. Doh!
But a great and surprising view!
Repositioned and a quick find.

Went up Mt Herbert took in the spectacular view then proceeded to the gz for a quick grab. TFTC cheers
Quick find with the geokids. Nice hot day and great views from the cache site. Tftc.
I was expecting this to be at top of hill but fortunately when I got to top of the hill I got Telstra coverage and determined that the cache was somewhere else. Reasonably quick find when I got to cache location but before I found it I went for a walk to McKenzie Spring down the Camel Trail. Thanks for the cache. I used the Telstra coverage to download a few other caches for using offline.
Quick find which was good cos out was hot. Great views from the nearby summit! TFTC!
First we went up the mountain and enjoyed the stunning views. Then we realised that the cache is actually not on the summit, but close to the road. So back we went and headed for GZ. A quick find in the end in a great surrounding.

Grey nomading and caching our way up the middle, across the top, down to Perth and home to Adelaide for Xmas. Great views scenery and flowers. T.F.T.C.
Silly me climbed the hill then looked for GZ. It's not on the top but you do get Telstra. Put some new pages in the box all ok TFTC
Amazing views from the top of Mt Herbert and reception on the phone which allowed us to check the GZ and then head down in the right direction! TFTC TNLN
Found with some friends. Great day out. Went up Mt Herbert first though, this gave us a good view of the cache location. TFTC!
We drove to Millstream Chichester NP for a days visit from Dampier where we are staying. Arrived at the Mt Herbert Carpark and set off to the summit to try and find this cache. Unfortunately we were still some distance away, so after enjoying the great view and taking some photos we climbed back down to the geo mobile to drive a bit closer to GZ. The next stop netted us another lovely view as well as the cache, tucked up safely in its hideaway.
On to Python Pool for a walk and another cache, back to the Mt Herbert Carpark for the walk to MacKenzie Springs before heading back to Dampier. Stopped to view a number of very very long trains on our way back. All in all a great day.

TFTC and thank you for the great location. Caches like this make it a worthwhile activity. TNLN
Passed this one earlier on our way to Python Pool, we were going to stop then but there were some muggles having a cuppa enjoying the view, so we left them be and returned after our quick swim down at the pool. Cache took a little while to locate but got there in the end
Thanks Ian&Sue - Team Pathfinder for the cache!

Luckily we didnt do the climb first, rather we called in on our way back from a visit to Python Pool. Great views. TFTC
We visited this site on 04/08/2013. At first we actually climbed Mt Herbert and were surprised by the wonderful view, but no cache. Beside Mt Herbert might be a better name but all in all it was a fun day in a fun weekend. Meridian 40
Found this one but not where I thought it would be?????

TFTC:-)Great views. Been many years since I came this way, thanks for taking me back there
Got to the car park, climbed the hill, was not really paying attention and got a hill climb a great view as a bit of a bonus. Once i had another look i should have parked elsewhere to get to this cache more easily.
Took nothing, left a vitruvian man pendant. TFTC

Big thanks for the great cache!
Took a quick detour on the way from Karratha down to Tom Price, mainly to score more geopoints and also to check out spots for camping. Definitely will be coming back for few camping nights.
P.S. Collected Ghost Micro for taking it down South.

Got this one and love this spot. Looking out, it's easy to imagine a pre-historic landscape that time has forgotten. This is what the Pilbara is all about............rugged yet beautiful at the same time.......

Killed a few hours during school holidays, the climb to the top provided a great view. But found a little short at the top.
Cache still in good condition, a bit of water entry but dried it out and put in new bag.
