We must add our name to the DNF list. We had a screw around with something we hoped would be a likely hide hole, but to no avail. The grass is no longer green and lush as shown in a previous photo. At least the drizzle today may help freshen things up.
Well, this was truly a "black Friday" moment for us today. Searched for over 25 minutes to no avail. We were looking forward to finding this one to see hiw it earnt all the fav points. Found something that didn't "need to be there", not sure if it had anything to do with the cache though. Could Co do a check please.

Geocaching day around Richmond and Colo valley.
At GZ we spent 20min but no smile for this one. We are pretty sure for the initial location but nothing.
Maybe a maintenance is necessary.

We were out and about today, grabbing some random caches from all over Sydney, and with no particular plan, these were the caches we found today.
---
Not sure where this one was. Searched for a good 15 minutes with Hubby&Mrs and no luck.
We think we found the original 'home', but not 100% sure. Hopefully we come back for another look in the future.

On the Road Less Traveled series (and surrounding countryside) with Steeba.
Sadly, despite our best efforts, we could not turn up anything here today.
Cheers

Separate two parts of the clue or interpret them as a combined clue and you will find GZ. When I first accessed the cache container I dropped the log into the grass without noticing so I discounted this as the cache. After another pass I thought to check at ground level and saw the log and realised my 'almost' calamity. SL and replaced.

Found with LovelyLadyLocks today. What have we learnt - Don't dismiss anything!
and the cache description is true, replacing is a pain ... But worth it. Never seen one like this before!

Have not seen this type of cache before and took some time to find. The log was signed and the cache was replaced as found. This is a clever hide. Thank you ylleñnoc for placing this cache.
Took baby&Mrs gopher out to do some caches this morning as another 45 degree day was predicted. This was on my to-do list so headed there along the way. At GZ the 3 of us were looking but "baby" was able to find and retrieve it. Signed log and returned as found. Sneaky cache! TFTC
5985 Found by baby&Mrs gopher at 1015 in company with thomo31. This was a must find for thomo today so the pressure was on. baby always says look for that, that is not so obvious. SL Tnx yllennoc
Found this today with Snoopy1976, A very Clever hide and we replaced the log for you. TFTC
As per my log the log is full but there is a spot near where I signed (out of order) left. Also as per KRS' note a little difficult to get it back in place
#975 a quick find when I got to GZ thought what could it be had a look that is interesting & I had the log in my hand. It is full found a space at the top of the back page to fit in 16/11 phlphotos then rolled it back up and put it back in but the wind blew it out. Tried again and this time got it back. Thanks for a different type of cache I haven't come across before yllennoc.

I had a good look around but no luck. I've sent a glide message via my mobile to SEVABO. She's in Perth at the moment. She tried to explained to me through sign language, so I went back again to checked, but still nothing. I reckon it's gone missing. Thanks.
Found by Mary & David at 0900. A FP from us as we haven't seen a hide like this in ages. Found it after a short but detailed search. A bit tricky putting it all back together again. Our thanks to yllennoc.
As per my "Found it" log - and really sorry again!
The tiny little piece that held the log got lost in the long grass when I must have dropped it, so only the log is now being gently squeezed in the place I found the cache.

17/9/16. 2:51 PM. Cache #4206.
6th of 6 finds (& 2 DNFs) today - Rouse Hill, Vineyard, Mulgrave, Windsor, Cornwallis & South Windsor.
After a surprisingly easy find at "Train Spotter - CPH Railmotor", the next South Windsor cache on my route should have seen "round and round", but all the DNFs there since January were a bit off-putting. I came here instead, passing through Clarendon on my way (and the big crowds at the Classic Machinery Rally in the Showground).
Squeezing past that traffic, I finally made it to GZ and after checking the hint, there was only really one item where the cache would be hidden - but where? Close and systematic inspections of all the bits and pieces finally got me the find. I popped the log out only to see how full it was; however I could squeeze a little "KRS" on it near Baktrak's log (see photo).
Then I noticed that the tiny little container that I had squeezed the log out had gone missing. I thought I had kept it between two of my fingers or put it down on the metal, but it must have fallen down into the grass, I searched and searched for it but it had vanished. So I re-rolled the log and gently placed it back into the thing that had previously held both cache and log. Really sorry about that.
Time to head for home. TFTC.

#2639 (4 of 8 today) (Streak day 257)
Haven't had a day recently when I've grabbed more than 2 or 3 caches, so thought I'd head west and pick up a decent swag today.
By the time I headed home - hoping to beat the storm - I'd bagged 8 but with a few DNFs thrown in.
Didn't quite beat it, though - got caught about 10 minutes from home.
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
Well unlike the last finder, I haven't seen one of these - now that's sneaky!
As a result it took me 15 minutes at a small GZ to turn this one up. Not really that many possibilities, and I checked them all - except the right one - a few times.
Completed signing duties and replaced after dropping bits in the long grass a number of times - necessitating more searching!

Got to admit this one was actually a really easy find but only because I had seen a similar “container” on a recent roadtrip to Bathurst which had taken a long time to identify. This one was smaller, a bit more fiddly to extract and return log roll but one of my favourites for the day.

it was 3rd attempted then found it with the helper, very clever trick hide. Thanks Connolly for leading me here
Sorry for delay logging. It was a brilliant and clever hide as last time I came here and couldn't think of anything or looking for until today I got it!. TFTH[ ]
Hunted around for a while with no luck while thinking that this cache could be anywhere. Then I started to think like a geocacher... "Hmmm, what does not fit in?" Cache was located shortly after. Great hide and one that will stump anyone new to geocaching. I'm not even sure where you get camo like that. TFTC!
At the moment I'm on a work and travel backpacking trip through the world. Most of the first two years I'll spend in Australia and I'm trying to solve my 365 days of caching challenge during this trip. The chance of having a moving home zone should be taken, as it will make the challenge so much easier.
This one took me a while. Pretty cool hide, I really enjoyed it. One fav point from me!

This cache has been on our radar for a while with help from PAF we were able to complete this very tricky hide. Coordinates are correct and log is in good order. Definite favourite from us. TFTC

I looked for this one years ago but couldn't spot it. Today we returned & found it quickly. I guess that's what having a bit more experience does .
We also found a little frog, but didn't disturb him.
Thanks

Late entry. Found on 15.3.15. I had previously visited this cache on 2 prior occasions with no luck. I took a friend with me who just has the back of finding the ones I can not find. And yes with her assistance we found the cache with shell and Paris.
I called in a favour ( I scratch your back and you scratch mine deal) After helping them with a nonogram puzzle I asked for a hint here. A closer inspection revealed what I had missed on my previous visit.
I successfully retrieved the log, signed, and replaced. A tricky hide, tftc

Of course, i found this really quick. I like it alot, must steal this idea for myself…hehehehe

After multiple attempts at trying to find this cache I have finally found it! Awesome cache!

Ventured out this early morning down the thin black line again towards Sydney and the Western Suburbs. Rouse Hill Windsor and Scofields etc. To try and erase some of of the Little Green and Yellow boxes that keep poping up on my Geocaching map
Thanks for the great cache yllennoc(8D)

Wow! Cool! Very tricky. The real trick though, after finding the cache, was getting it back in!
The road is fairly quiet however there was quite a deal of activity going on across the street at the Rock and Dirt recycling centre. GPS had me in a few different places however after reviewing the hint and narrowing down the search area, I spotted something that looked slightly out of place and made the find. Clever cache, favourite point awarded for unique design! I did manage to drop the log as I was extracting it and took a minute to re-find it, but all good in the end. SL and replaced as found. TFTC yllennoc!
Found it! A friend of mine called me up to ask if i'd done this one cause he was having trouble finding it, i hadnt found it before so thought why not give it a go 15 minutes later arived at gz after not even a minute of searching found it! Very sneaky little hide i love it! Didnt have a pen with me so ill come back and sl another day tftc! It was a good one (:
I parked across the road and made my way quickly to the GZ. Looked around and spotted something slightly out of the norm. Bingo! TFTC.
Arrived a GZ and the first thing I noticed was the amount of spiders. I had to retrieve the cache being very careful one didn't crawl up my arm. Quickly signed log and placed back. TFTC
Parked across the road and walked straight to GZ and hmm, that looks odd. Great hide yilennoc and a fav point.
Last stop for the night for mr and Mrs Thunderbox. Just picked up PMG which took us a while, but mt T put his hands on it straight away. Clever hide, it will be in your hands and you won't know it
I was down in the area for the purposes of another geo-hobby. I stopped and had a look around and even had the cache container in my hand but I dismissed it. On the way back I had another look and sure enough it was the cache. TFTC.
Over from WA for a few days and couldn't resist a cache or two. This one was close to a road I was driving down, so had to have a go. It took awhile but eventually found.
A favourite point. Nice job!

I wouldn't ay this was a quick find, as I searched methodically from one end, but I had a trainspotter deja-vu moment that paid off. Very nice work yllenoc, TftC.
After a looking and had my hands in it a few time, I decider to PAF to confirm the item. Just as he described it. Location was spot on. Eyes and mind were just deceived.

Very, very cool. Took us a while to figure it out. Ended up reading a log that was very helpful and made us search somewhere we'd already had our hands a few times. Favourites point awarded. TFTC!
Is right near my friends house. Guess I will have to come to visit her again.
Wow!!! how cool! found fast and SL fast.

Last caching day in this area unless a new one comes up tomorrow as I am heading home Thursday to Geelong.
On my way to Windsor to finish off the power trail and had to have a look for this guy.
This is a very good example of what you can do with a bit of thought. I think a variant of this guy will appear around Geelong one day.
Thanks yllennoc for this cache and another fav point from the ageing Bushfire.

It took a while to find a safe parking spot as the road's shoulders were not the best. I sadly had GPSr issues as it send me everywhere. However, my very first spot I looked at was the correct one. I wasn't curious enough the first time. It was a find in the end after 15 mins!! But a very cool idea! Quite a sneaky hide but quite enjoyable to discover. Very well done. TFTC.
Wow! Amazing camo, fantastic execution. Another great one that leaves you guessing

Ahh don't you just love these type of caches, you have them in your hand but you are still not convinced until you spy the log. I found a spot to sign very small on log. Great stuff TFTC
When I found this today i signed the last place on the log. Can the CO organize a replacement log please?
