After reviewing the site today, the distance from home and the areas capacity to flood more often with recent road works, I am archiving the Cache.
Scheduled visit Saturday 27th July.
Replacement Cache ready to be deployed. Awaiting travel plans to allow me to get out there.

Agree with previous log. Both tyres empty. Suspected washed away. Judging by debris on fence.
Tried to think of a legit reason to be at the GZ but couldn't come up with anything lol! Visited this one with the Fossicking Fossils. The cache had an ant colony growing underneath, that swarmed up my arm as I grabbed it, so I moved it to the other side.

1300. Remember seeing this sign 2 years ago when I was in the area, so I knew the location Just had to park and sign .

This is my 100th cache and 100 logged visits for this cache. I was sitting on the edge of the highway with the cars and trucks wizzing by. Cachers live dangerously.
The title had me intrigued, then I saw the sign and 'Of Course'! No people falling from above today. TFTC
Quick park and grab and the kids traded a few things. Don't think I'd ever stop here for a go at the chosen sport. Too much of a sook lol. TFTC
Found this cache on day 2 of our trip from Canberra to the Sunshine Coast. In fact this was the last cache for our trip. It was a quick find. A bunch of parachuters were climbing into a plane as we left but we couldn't wait around to see them jump out of the plane. TFTC.
Found it with ClaireBear01 on a huge day of finding new homes for new caches

Found this today on the way home from toowoomba, fantastic Love it. Also can't wait to do this sport at all, i love it.
Falling people?? Should I call an ambulance? Should I be wearing a hard hat?
Fortunately not. No body falling today.
Cache found on the way back from an overnight Scout activity at Goombungee.

After the "Toowoomba Gathering" event IolantheK, and myself made the trip back to Brisbane the following day, this became the cache of the day.
IolantheK had skydived at this location for her 36th (or twice 18th birthday) and couldn't resist finding this cache. Didn't take us any time at all to find this cache. Love the sign across the road.
The cache is dry and in good condition.
TFTC just Daniel-Son

Found with T-Tech on the way home fom a weekend stay at a friend's place for the Toowoomba Gathering yesterday. This is my cache-for-today, and has been on my hit-list for a while, as it's the place where I did my first skydive back in March 2000 I didn't see any falling people today, but I have great memories of being one of them TFTC, Daniel-Son.
Stopped on the way back from the event in Toowoomba today with Mr Rosenstingel. I am usually doing highway speed here, so had not idea there was something to stop for.
Thanks for giving us a reason to stop, Daniel-Son!

Found on the way home from Toowoomba Gathering with the help of the junior Meerkat.
Have driven past this one numerous times but always on the way somewhere with no time to stop. A dedicated day to caching with friend today converted this one to a smilie. Felt very conspicuous with all the traffic
Was lucky enough to see two falling people and the perfectly good aeroplane they jumped out of landing minutes later.
Added "M.Y. muggle friend" to the log in case she decides to join up

Wondered if we may be muggled from above but had no dramas retrieving this one. Signed it and replaced and were on our way within minutes. Tanks Daniel-Son.
I to was a falling person here not long ago. Fortunately I had another falling person strapped to my back with the correct equipment to get me down safely.

4.17pm Our last cache for the day, time to get home to feed the animals, after a tragic accident a few weeks back the name now carries a nasty meaning. TNLN cheers
Didn't see any skydivers today, but there was a plane driving down the runway. Managed to park right next to the cache, a real park' n' grab if I ever saw one.

We were intrigued with the name of this cache but all made sense when we arrived near GZ. We didn't see any activity today although there was a plane at the end of the runway. The cache was a quick find. The contents of the cache were in good condition. TFTC Daniel-Son.
Driving home from Toowoomba today.
Did not see anyone up above.
Thanks for the cache. All dry inside.

On our way back from Toowoomba late this afternoon thought we'd have a look for this one while there was still light. Grass was pretty trampled around GZ. Sure enough the log book was signed earlier today. TFTC

Quick park 'n' grab on the way to see Captain Terror for this weekend's event. TFTC Daniel-Son - don't fall out of that parachute!
Found after dark today; luckily I had a torch and the cache was easily found. All was fine inside and out. TFTC Daniel-Son.
Let my shadow look and he didn't get the clue. I Recognised it and had a suspicion as it was misspent. I walked to the direction and found it straight away. Very buy highway. TFTC
Today was our lucky day, this was our last cache on the way home and we pulled into have a look. We drove past GZ and up the road to the "drop zone" in time to see one of the planes take off.
We quickly headed back to GZ and Geo-hubby found the cache quickly and we headed back up the road to watch the jump. Sat for a while and were rewarded with 6 jumpers and a vow from me that I will never, never, never, never....oh by the way did I mention how much I hate heights and would never jump out of a plane.
Great timing for this one today. TFTC

stopped and had a look, when i realized I had to walk into head high grass I gave it a miss, as the ground was also very soggy after the rain, and lots of puddles about. maybe next time i am in the area
Have been tagging along with Whint & Baddal's membership but it was decided to get my own... just logging all my previous finds

This was an easy find, we thought it was in one place but it wasn't in that place.

Relatively easy find... there was NO elephant trodden grass to help lead the way and the clue led me a bit astray for a moment but I decided to follow the GPS instead and was led straight to it
Cache was full of water and the swaps a pretty waterlogged but the log itself was well sealed and dry

My sister used to come here for her adrenaline rush when we were younger. I'm not silly enough to try it! I'll just stick to caching.

Happy New Year
1st for the day, 1st for the year, no 103.
On our way to visit family and friends in Toowoomba.
Found the log damp. I have left the cache upright with the ziploc log bag open, with the hope that the log dries out.
Could the next cacher please change the ziploc bag.

Came out today to spruce this little guy up a bit.
- Replaced cache container with larger, hopefully more water tight container
- Replaced log with brand new spanking log, new baggie and new silica sachet
- Cleaned up swaps
- Dropped off TB.
It seems at one point in time a cacher has left the log out of the supplied baggie, and it has become wet. From there a cycle of heat, humidity and more moisture has made the log damp.
I ask further cachers to replace the log back in the baggie and seal it properly. This will add to the longevity of the cache.
For those future finders who might be put off by the tall grass, there are some elephant tracks around back which will provide easy access to the cache.

Seeing the head high grass and Scottish thistles completely surrounding GZ (according to my GPS) valour lost out to discretion today, and we didn't bother searching for this one. Thanks anyway.
We saw a person falling as we drove past. Stopped at McDonalds for a bite to eat and returned to GZ where we found a very wet logbook. La Kedi used to come here and reminisced about the 'old' days. TFTC
This one was a bit of a return to old stomping grounds - I used to jump from here, many years ago. Wonderful memories. Coming from Brisbane, we decided to stop at Maccas and then made the detour after our snacks. The container isn't watertight and although someone replaced the bag recently, the logbook itself is WET. I had to scurry to grab and sign this as the farmer was harvesting or mowing... it just looked like long grass to me . TFTC Daniel_Son. =^.^=
Quick to find, hard with Xmas traffic to get back on highway, worth it though. TFTC
Found this one rather easily. When opened all was wet including the log book.
Neither zip lock bag were sealed properly which we have often found after the previous cacher.[:(!] Replaced log bag but the log is still wet. Dried out the rest.
SL TN Left smiley.

Found on a quick trip to Brisbane with Mad07 and TheOrmoswife. Took a ball and yoyo and left whale and dinosaur. Also took tb. TFTC.
Quick find in the rain at 1400. No activity at the nearby airfield. There was a person in the house close by but they had their head under the piece of machinery they were working on. The traffic on the highway was pretty hectic. TNLnSL TFTC
Did this on the way to airport in Brisbane. 8.00am. Waded through the thistles, "ouch". [:0] Took parachute soldier (will not untie), left moose lolly container & car (to speed away in).
Great easy find... enjoyed the falling peoples planes also. Moved a plank with some large rusty nails poking out (dangerous) TFTC
Found at 10:33 AM I was about to go across the road and ask if I could look under theirs when I spot it. Lots of large thistles at GZ so beware. Nothing in the sky today but as always the road was very busy.

402 - Missed this one on Friday but grabbed it on the way back. Lots of activity on the airstrip! TFTC
Nice easy find. Cache appeared to be intact but possibly not where it was first placed. Watch out for all the thistles!
Another cache by Daniel-Son ... after spending so much time last weeked solving a certain puzzle... . Quick find on the way back to Brisbane airport from Toowoomba. TFTC
Quick easy find. Reminds me that i need to jump out of a plane again sometime soon .
Not sure if the cache is where it was originally placed, but easy to find so left it in it's resting spot.

Found it! After a great lunch and jazz at the Plainland hotel the iphone told us that this was just up the road!
Stopped in, swapped a goody and found a TB that wanted to move on. Watch some crazy peoples take to the skies!

En-route back to Club Gunnie after a day at the Uni, Silver Sovereign and I pulled over for a quick grab. As we pulled off the main road, a couple of sky divers came into land, followed closely by the perfectly serviceable planes that they felt the need to abandon... [?]
That aside, we were here for another reason and with the stream of passing traffic, I snuck in for the cache which from the right angle was in plain sight as I approached... [^]
Back to the Gunniemobile for business and to exchange trackables, then it was a swift replacement. I added a little more cover to keep it safe.
Took the resident TB and dropped a TB and a Coin.
Cheers Daniel-Son.

There weren't any falling at the time we were there, but it was interesting to see the private runway that's been built amongst the paddocks. Thanks for the break in the drive - quick find and we're on our way again.
