Along with everyone else I ventured out thinking that I could find this one.
IT AIN"T THERE
Needs archiving or someone else who has been there before to contact one of us to prove that it is still there.

Hmmmmmmmmmm...
What did we learn today class?
Always check the logs BEFORE you drive 5-10km out of the way to try to find a cache no-one has found for 9 months!
I think one is gone!

Bugger... No find here today.
Water level is high, bank has collapsed and even our caching friend astro couldnt guide us to its location.
I have a horrible feeling this ones been burried but we'll be back to check again when its warmer and the level has dropped!
In the mean time I've taken a pile of photographs and will speak to kevin to acertain if it is there or indeed gone!
Cheers

Visited with Team Raider this afternoon and no joy either. Rang Astro for a hint but it didn't help. Water level still up and also looks like a bit of a bank collapse on one side, wonder if it has been buried? Mike has some pictures he will send on to see if that is the case.
We looked and looked and couldn't find it. Water level was quite high not sure if that affected our searching.
[Searched ... searched again ... searched some more ... reviewed notes ... searched in desparation ... still looking] ... Look under the rocks ... [We did ]
Cache was a bit tricky to locate in the dark. I basically was not expecting anything here. Found the string but no cache attached!! I kept hunting for a couple of mins and saw it half covered. The cache was wet inside, and so was the log paper. The camera has water in it, but still has shots left on it. It turned over and I took a shot in the light of the spotties. The shutter clicked (I think). I managed to scribble but no stamp possible. TN (except a shot!), LN. Cache should be easy to find for next person as I placed it under those them there white rocks .
Clear skies
John
Well, we looked and looked. We looked again. Under the bridge, under the rocks, under the grass, in the reeds, both sides of the roads. Took so long we got sunburnt We fished our cache notes out of the water We called the Team Spanner hotline, still couldn't find it, so we had a cuppa and left empty handed. Does this cache still exist?
Thanks for the feedback. Looks like the release of water from the barrages may have raised the water level.
I'll pop down in the next month and take a look.
Maybe time to develop the film - just in case.

Found it but the container was full of water. The camera and everything inside got wet. this cache needs to be repaired and put on higher ground. we couldn't log the find in the book. TN LN. Thanks B&B
Thanks Kevin, a great idea, bad luck about the water level rising occasionally. The cache was so water logged we could have had a bath in it! Don't like your chances of having that film developed. No swaps.

Kate and Ian Mac found cahe fairly easily, 9.40am, Sunday 13 July 2003. Photograph taken of the mere male. Took fish hook extractor, left small bell. Cache container is deteriorating, but contents ok at present due to plastic bag. Came under close scrutiny of 2 NPWS rangers during time there. Thanks Kevin
The dogs loved this one! Good swimming hole close to the cache. The missus found it just about straight away, but she did decode the clues without telling me. Had such fun we're going off to Currency Creek to see if I can redeem myself as the master of maps (and things that go beep).
This was our last cache find of the day. We were visitng from Hawaii and spending our third week in Adelaide and surrounding areas. It took some time to locate, turning on the right streets and such, but worth the find. We used your camera for the photo and just to let you know, I think there were 9 shots left. The two black swans were such a perfect backdrop in the marsh. We got plenty of photos of them with our own camera until the very large mosquitos began swarming. We found the plastic container cracked and split. You may need a replacement soon. Took nothing and left nothing.
Well I definately know someone was buggerising around with the cache. More than likely the local farmer that was hanging around last time we visited. Found the cache as plain as day this time. It was most definately not there last we checked as it's hiding spot was one of the first places we looked each time.
Being a night excersize this time we couldn't take a photo.
Left a packet of hair pins.
Took the Microcassette.
Cheers

I was taken to the general area by Barry & Beryl just to check if it was still there after reading the last log, as Barry and Beryl had already found this one before they decided to let me try for it without their help. Well it was found so easily I did not believe it. It was in full view and Barry and Beryl assured me it was not like that when they found it previously, so we decided to put it back the way it was, and covered it with stones. The lid is cracked and it is no longer waterproof so a little maintenance could be in order. We fixed it as well as we could and put it in a waterproof bag before replacing it. I took picture 13 and wound it down to picture 12.
Took soft rubber frog and left a TDK mini cassette
Thanks Kevin.

After 3 attempts of over an hour each, we were unable to locate. Looked under every single rock within a 100m radius of GZ.

Found this one on Australia Day after watching the Annual Milang to Goolwa yacht race.
Took only our picture, and left nothing.
12 shots left I think.
Thanks Kevin.....

Found this morning at 10:15.
We tried this one almost a year ago. It was to be our first find, and it would have been a virgin. We even had 3 cars full of people to try out grocaching. I still can't work out what I did wrong, but we would have ended up somewhere out in the Murray, maybe near Ewe Island.
Anyway, it was an easy find today.
Brought TB1449 S.A.G.E and TB03D9 Bear Memories for a visit.
Took mini compass, left whiteout pen. Left 15 exposures on the film.

Drive by caching at its best. Still even in this isolated place we managed to get a crowd while I was replacing the box.
The camera is now on 15. We took a couple of shots to move it along. At this rate we should see the cyber images about 2004. Thats ok because Salamander says the film is good until 2005.

Found by Mary & David at 1830, just on last light. Mary took a photo of David being savaged by some seriously large mosquitos. What a great spot otherwise. Lovely water views, swans and pelicans nearby, and no hills to climb. Took a keyring but can't recall what it was that we left. Some big money in the marina estate we passed back near the bridge. Thanks to Kevin.
Found 1.20pm
We have actually been to this cache before with Liz and Bruce, before we decided to take up Geocaching ourselves. Returned to write in log. Took nothing but photo. Left nothing. Nice easy cache with almost no walking involved.

Found by Team GeoCoopers. We missed the road we had to turn down first because we were too busy talking. After doing a U-turn and going back we found the correct road. Photo #21 is of Grant and Jeremy. Took business card cd and left a zebra.
Found by Liz and Bruce with the help of some boaties (Robert, Nadine, Rob and Andrea) who know the local area. Found no probs. Took the Pepsi CD and left a Mercantile Keyring. Also took a photo of the group (less Nadine) who took the photo. Camera after being wound on showed no. 21. Good fun - thanks Kevin.
Were in the area, checked the GPS and whamo!, Cache just 3 Km away. We couldn't go without finding it and taking the first photo, well thats one down, 26 photos to go kevin!
Anyway just took a photo and left a memory...

We must have been just behind CacheRaiders. Took nothing except a pic, left a compass. Good spot for fishing.
Found By Team Piggy.
With a set of new batteries failing and all the rechargeables flat,
It was a bit harder than anticipated.[B)]
Found in the end.
Took handyman book thing and left a pic of piggy (team mascot) and the pepsi disc from the Gorge-ous cache.
A nice spot, thanks Kevin.
