Out caching with ziggiau on this beautiful Boxing Day. We made the area around Warragamba dam unsafe and had a great time! All the best for 2018 for all the COs!
We checked out the pine trees but no luck in finding a container! Maybe next time.
We checked out the pine trees but no luck in finding a container! Maybe next time.
Tried this one about ten days ago but gave up without accurate co-ords that weren’t in the middle of the road or a hint to narrow down the effort that was getting me covered in farmers friends in the most likely direction. Confirmed my suspicions with a PAF a few days later and noting it had nearly 8 months unfound time, made plans to detour past here again on today’s run. Yes I got the cache this time, as well as covered in burrs once more, but missed the unfound time as it was signed by others only two days ago
Streak Day #1529 - Out with dave8153 and this one took us a bit to locate, eventually called the CO to get a lock on where to look as we knew already what we were looking for, whilst on the phone Dave8153 managed to make the find. TFTC
Headed out here today with Snoopy1976 for our daily find and after having a look around with no luck we PAF and were able to obtain a hint, which enable the find. TFTC
Found after leaving work early on this unofficial post-Australia Day public holiday.
I drive past here most days on my way home but have never stopped until now. Found what I was expecting but in a slightly different location to what I was thinking. Still an easy find though.

I spotted this one quickly while the others focused on the wrong spot. However, the junior gangsta was quick to scramble to grab it for me. Great camo. Easy to spot if you use your head with this one. TFTC
An adequate cache name for this one. I haven't seen one like this before and it was a good one. A bit of bashing through thick grass to get there but it was worth it. Thanks rassilon256 for pointing me to the right side of the road. TFTC
Yet another cache with no listing or bearing to assist llama_boy. He ran with his instincts, and only needed one very imprecise hint to again make a quick find.
#3598 (6 of 6 today)
Had a nice caching window this afternoon after some shopping and assorted chores this morning.
Decided to head out west to the "Land Of The Booos " as I was after a few finds for this calendar day. Went for six and found them all, including a Christmas themed one, and the most brilliant cache "log & container" I've yet found.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Wasn't sure whether to go for this one. No finds since July, and one subsequent DNF. Even the two cachers I've been following today haven't logged here.
Well, nothing ventured nothing gained.
First problem - the iPhone is pointing to the middle of the road. And the satellite image agrees.
Quickly checked the least likely area first. Nothing but cobwebs - lots of cobwebs.
The more likely spot matches the terrain rating better. Hmmm, if here I have two main thoughts re cache/placement.
The first idea was a washout. The second... Slaps forehead. Of course. [:o]
Made the grab and completed signing duties. Then replaced. Quick and easy in the end.
Cache and log all good here.
Time to head home.

Visit 5 I believe...just logging it to put some K's on my TBs...and put this evil thing on my watch list.
I looked for this some time ago when I had relatively little caching experience. Then: ~15 minute search in daylight, no idea. Today:
TFTC Thank you for going to the effort of hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity.

Got this one after about 5 other goes, got a hint from trickygav. Nice hide Boos good one tftc.
#194 Finally found this one after reading the recent logs. Have to agree it's in the name. Fifth find of the day. TFTC
Had given up and was going to be DNF,when 3 klms south I remembered seeing something where it must have been, turned around and went straight to it,nice hide tftc
A good look around and spotted the cache, with a clue from WaywardWoman and the cache title. While retrieving the log there was rustling in the bush near me and a four legged critter raced past and down the nearby drain. I think it was a cat... signed log and returned cache as found. TFTC
Great hide. we had been having trouble with our GPS all day so I am amazed we found it. So clever. TFTC
Nice park and grab, for those that dnfed this cache think outside the box, great camo, TFTC cheers RIGBinc

Great camo, just when I was about to give up i had one more look again thenI saw it... Great hide thanks
Tricky hide. As one of the logs say the hint is in the name. Cache all good. Tftc
Can't believe I missed this, j27 made the find after a few minute of searching. Great camo and very fitting. Tftc !!! Always enjoy a good cache
Had a quick look in the obvious place then thought about it and spotted the little guy hiding. SL TFTC
I can see why this has a lot of favourite points. What a clever hide and definitely a satisfying find in the end. We looked for quite a while, contemplated climbing into the pipe but then decided that would be a terrible place to hide something if it rained. Finally, just when we were about to give up, we saw something that given where it was, and what was surrounding it, just couldnt be there by chance, and with that we found the cache. Very creative indeed, thanks,
This was a gratifying find! Geodad suspected a certain type of camo & he was on the money. Cache fairly tucked away. To the friendly cacher on the bike, sorry we didn't catch your name, it's not where we were looking when you stopped. Thanks for the challenging hunt & tftc xo
Had a few minutes on to spare whilst out today & thought I'd try this one with Geoson2. Too many options & impatient GS meant no prize for me today. I will return
We found this one all thanks to Booos dad who helped us achieve Sgt.Salem88's 500th cache. Very sneaky hide and I am very very impressed at the thought and ingenuity that goes into these hides. If I was a premium member I'd favourite this one. Tftc Team Booo and for the phone a friend Booos dad
Having already decided today I was going to hit 500 finds I wanted a special cache to ring it in. Culturally significant or just something a little special- having not been able to do the cache I really wanted and having been given a 'hot tip' we returned to this cache we had been unable to spot at midnight previously lol. It was literally the only thing we didn't investigate properly so as soon as we were told our hint we knew exactly where and what we were after! Within seconds of arriving we were signing the fresh new log! Total time spent looking would honestly have been about 20-30mins- sneaky n well hidden in the cover of darkness- tricksy during the day! Awesome hide! My 500th cache
The last find for the day by the spontaneously formed team of iker1995 and myself. Got a tad worried, looking at the difficulty and the cache size, as well as the bush-like surrounds at GZ. Gotta say, figuring out the obvious theme here is what got me the find in the end. It also helped that I saw one of these while caching in Blakehurst a couple of weekends ago. All in all, nicely hidden. We had to stop here, as reception wasn't available to my surprise (and frustration), so we'll be back with a GPS next time to venture a bit further south. TFTC.
Thought we would go for a drive through to Picton today via The Oaks & Nattai, picking up a few caches along the way, no real plans just a general direction. This was our third of the day . We had been here about 1 year ago and didn't have much luck, this time we spotted it within moments, signed log and we were off for the next one. TFTC TeamBooo
GPS was going crazy here but I had an idea what to look for from looking at the trees around even so I was still really impressed by the camo. TFTC enjoyed this one
You had me before but I returned with a different outlook. And there it was. Could not believe that I missed it before. Nice hide TFTC.

Started the search in the dark and after 10 mins gave up because it was too dark. I will be back
Found this one with Baja.15, took a little time to find this one, but another victory for today on our journey around the area. Thankyou.
Found this well hidden cache with Chalk! as we made our way to the basin. Great caching day with friends. TFTC
On an arranged mission with All Strung Out to clean up Mulgoa Rd/Silverdale Rd previously passed Caches. That the Garmin consistently pointed to the middle of the recent roadworks probably was unhelpful, though a seek within a likely hide also proved fruitless. Did at least have a smile with sending ASO up a worn track, to discover a doggy dug hole under a fence.
Together with whitemushroom, We had a fair idea of what to look for though GZ has had some roadwork and drainage work carried out recently and wonder if the cache is gone. I followed a very recently used looking trail up a slope, only to find it disappeared under a fence. COuld be wrong but if close to the road ...recent roadwork may have killed it ...will be back!

Heading up to the Windosr invasion with Tankengine, Albida and Sol De lune from Canberra, signed logs with "Mast" or a sticker to save space.
Great to find all these caches enroute
SDL spotted this one after a quick search on the right side of the road.. nice..

Windsor trip June 2013 with Mtrax, Tankengine and Sol de Lune. What ever has replaced the pine trees seems to generate a lot of traffic. It did not stop us locating the cache despite gz seeming to be on the road. Thanks.

Found with Mtrax, Albida and Tankengine as we headed towards Windsor for the weekend. (Some logs were signed as M.A.S.T - Mtrax, Albida, Sol de Lune, Tankengine - to save space....)
All four of us were searching for a few mintues and then the familiar cry of 'found it' went up.
Neat little hide nicely hidden away.
Thanks for the cache TeamBooo

AH sneaky... Except that's OK - seen heaps of those! Found on our Windsor Invasion weekend with Mtrax, Albida33 and Sol de lune!
We had stickers for many of the finds, but where the log was too small, we signed it as MAST (Mtrax, Albida33, Sol de lune, Tankengine). Had a great weekend, well up until the Sunday, when the rain set in! Thanks TB.

third time is the charm. GPS kept leading me to the middle of the road, but with help of the clue I got it.
Parked nearby and with a short walk and a short search, the cache was found quickly. Nicely done. TFTC.
Searched for this one on two previous occasions when I had very little time. Today I set about ensuring I found this one, and it turned out third time lucky. A clever hide. TFTC
RTEC+ found this one. This GC took us the longest to find today, looked at it a couple of times without realising what we were looking at. TFTC
Reperio at 1505.
Pulled up next to GZ, and after jumping a man sized puddle to get there, I searched a number of places before the slightly more obvious odd thing out finally stood out. A nice little camo!

Found today. Nice hide. Seen one of these before so after thinking about the name I found it pretty quickly, might not have been so lucky if I hadnt seen one before. TFTC
Out for an afternoons caching with steeba and Hoojar we stopped in here to find this cache.
We had this one in hand after a short search. Very creative.
Thanks

Out with Hoojar and The Rats on a late afternoon run through the area.
I stopped here very quickly once before but I was looking across the road that time! Right side of the road this time and The Rats soon had it in hand. TFTC!

Out caching for the evening with The Rats and Steeba. We quickly turned up this cache, we had a pretty good idea that this was what we were looking for.

I loved the variety of cache containers I found around here today. This I had seen before, but still it is creative!

I thought I knew what I was looking for, but the coords had me going for a while until I finally spotted it a bit of a distance away.TFTC TeamBooo. Have cleaned up out in this area now.
Out caching with Deputy Dog and the team today.
A bit of searching required for this cleverly camoed cache. Good one.
Thanks for the cache.
