Hi beltfamily
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

The ground foliage was over my knees and embracing the trees so looking for a hide home was tricky.
Suggest owner checks go as this place will have changed a lot I The last year and a half since last find
Found the area easily enough but cache somewhere in big trees where GPS patchy. Searched area but no sign. Needs more precise clue!
Found with madcow2. We went round in circles for ages before we decided that the likely spot was where we were circling. Getting the cache out was a challenge, it was wedged in. The logbook was wet and the logbook very frail. TFTC
Found it.
Log so wet, opening it would have destroyed it. wrote on the out side piece of log.

Find 1 for the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A quick find by SJT_NZ while I was reading the info on the cache page about the Quest. TFTC
Another warm day in sunny Nelson and out for a Sunday afternoon walk and a few caches with TregearP.
A quick find and number noted for the remainder of the series in due course.
All in good order, signed log and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache.

Nice walk and plenty of other dog walkers about. Coords spot on and cache in hand on first look. Grabbed the code. Thanks for the cache.
Had the opportunity for a visit to Nelson for 2 days with Mrs Yeetrees as she was going to attend a embroidery workshop for 2 days, we decided that we would fly in late Friday night and stay the full weekend. Having booked this trip back in February we werent sure what the weather was going to be like but we decided that we would chance it. Managed to find accommodation at the Monaco Hotel & Resort as it was very central to where we wanted to be. Mrs Yeetrees decided that she would like to come caching in the end with me instead of attending the workshops as there wasnt anything to her liking.
After finding GC3C2ND - Another Walk in the Park (Nelson/Marlborough), we decided that we would go and pick up a few more caches before going to dinner, we decided that we would go up Marsden Valley Road and pick up a couple of caches up here. Having being here previously and had cleaned up the caches that were up here I was quite surprise that there were so many caches along this road.
We decided to pick up this cache first as it was on the correct side of the road, we managed to find a parking spot not too far from GZ, once we got a parking spot at the entrance from the walkway we walked back through the forest block to GZ.
The walk was quite pleasant as there wasnt any muggles around, as we neared GZ, the GPSr was pointing us to a couple of spot but once it settled down I was able to find the cache quickly in a very clever hiding spot while Mrs Yeetrees was looking at another tree. Signed and took the extra code, then replaced the cache back as found.
Thanks for placing this cache here and for bringing us to this lovely spot, TFTC TNLNSL (12552)

Another Quest cache, I thought I'd got all that was available but snaffled this survivor today, nestled nicely at a good height, no scrabbling in the dirst required. A nearby dog walker was not interested so a Q E F ensued and replaced as found. T F T C beltfamily.
With around an hour to kill until I collect my cargo from the Mall I headed out Stoke way to see what was on offer. I'm keen for multi caches at the minute and have plenty of orange icons on my map, though only managed to get the one today, laziness as much as anything.
A trip over the hill has been planned for a couple of weeks now, and the threatened rain was not to dampen my spirits, nor curtail my caching options. Should probably have built an ark but the Civic coped admirably with the downpour and damp roads. The thing is with rain, once you're wet, you can't get any wetter, or so I thought. Have just about dried out now, many hours later! Just the 2 DNFs for the day and a pleasing 18 finds so pleased with that number

I love the smell of the trees here! GZ had us searching for awhile, in the wrong spots, of course! Then I saw a likely spot, and there it was. We had the entire area to ourselves, and I wished we'd brought a picnic! Thanks!
It isn't often that you start a walk at a top of a hill but I had to walk down the panorama drive walkway to find this cache. I got the number. the hide was very simple & didn't require any insane rummaging that I thought might be required. Find #214
One of the first times I have remembered to gather the numbers on our first visit - we usually forget and have to revisit caches to collect the numbers. Nice easy find in a nice little area tftc
Round and round the trees I went but no luck this time. Such a nice valley, I'm sure I'll be back
Once the dog and muggle left the way was clear for us to find this cache - and this time I didn't forget to take the clue.
This has been on the to-do list for years now!! Dont quite know why I left this so long, it was a straight forward find. TFTC
Maybe next time. Some one has been tidying up recently so not sure if cache has been moved. Good walk on panorama walkway
Found on second visit. Some planning this time around handling an errant GPS under the trees had the cache in my hand in no time at all. Also, this time my car refused to take me home. The immobiliser was angry at me and had me sweating for a while. Nice hide.
After finding a level 2 cache yesterday, I was keen to find a few more in the series.
I was still walking towards GZ when StreetWalker had already made the find. If only they were all this easy. TFTC.

#7802. We've found enough of these to know what sort of container we were looking for. The GPSr was spot on despite the tree cover, and I spotted a likely hide immediately. TFTC.
I was about to give up - feeling a little dense - like the trees in the GZ area and put it down to poor GPS, the weather or some such. Walking back to the road I took a look at one of the target trees from a different angle and thought it might just be...
...And it was...
Thanks

Trees! Walked round and round and round and round and round then eventually found a particular area of interest (which I think I'd walked around 17 more time than any other). Another one down, TFTC.
Found this one quicker than some of the others in this series. Must be almost time to see how some of the info I have works out. TFTC
Had a bit of a hunt to find this one. Eventually trusted GPS was right and looked harder. TFTC
Caution, there is broken glass all through the area under the trees, watch your kids if you have them with you
The first of the Quest caches found. Will have to have a closer look to see where the others are. A bit tricky to zero in on the cache with all the tree cover, but not too difficult in the end. TFTC
Nice little container and hide. Sometimes it helps searching in the dark when shiny things shine back at you. TFTC
Caching with Holymu. We set out to just do one or two caches to finish a challenge. It turned out to be a very productive day with 17 logs signed without even trying other than staying in the sun and soak the autumn rays. Nice one. With 2 GPS units pointing opposite directions we knew it was a challenge. No muggles so could knuckle down. In the end an easy find. TFTC
Set out with Hazedarus to do a couple of caches to complete a challenge and found by the time we called it quits for the day we had signed 17 logs which included some very clever caches. Both cell phone and GPS very erratic here so Hazedarus found the cache the hard way. TFTC.
Spent a long time searching here! Plenty of likely places to look as GPS wouldn't settle well. TFTC
We enjoyed the shade here as we approached GZ on this hot afternoon. Made a relatively fast find. Thanks.

The first of seven successful Quest hunts today. Fairly quick find. Cheers Gav [10387]

Glad of the quickness of this find, not the quickest of the quest caches but by no means the hardest!

A nice excuse to duck out at lunchtime on a sunny day. Quick find once my gps stopped trying to put me in the creek. Tftc
Thank goodness a quick find after spending a long time to not find another quest cache nearby. TY.
I've started so I guess I'll have to finish. I'm officially on the quest. Will give myself a year! Tftc
Found after a run up Jenkins Hill. Not too difficult although GPS swinging all over the place.
Found while out walking the dog. Not too difficult although GPS swinging about madly.
Didn't have much time for a long search today so luckily this cache wasn't too hard to find. Spotted a likely hiding spot in the second place I looked. TFTC, Biggles.
Sorted out where we wanted to be on our way up to the sub division - a quick wander in and gps took me straight to it - lol made me look good signed log thanks for the cache
Grabbed this one as we headed back down the valley and walking in we had it narrowed down to a couple of places and Niteowlnz soon had it in her hands TFTC
Another nice quick find. left the ones further up the road for another time. TFTC #2439
Mrs Sobad was caching with Sidewaze and this was the last one to try before tea. GPS rception was not great but did suggest one area. No success so we widened the search for success. Thanks.
Managed to narrow this one down once the driver listened to the navigator!!! And then, yes, caching instinct paid off once we approached GZ. TFTC
Nice One!!!!!!!!Bit of geocaching instinct played a big roll on this one. GPS got the general area and then: Now, where would a logical place be? Sure enough it was. Really enjoying this series. The four different "zones" sure helps lease back on the petrol consumption. Well done! Thanks
needed a walk for sore legs, so went to the cache I now see I did not have a hope !! Then this one, for me GPS was right on the money for easy find. thanks
