Finally got the small hand of the geoboy along to retrieve the cache and indeed the bison tube is gone along with part of the camo. By all the sticks and stones around the cache it looks like kiddies have set up a play area here so I will archive this one for now.
Thanks for the 8 favourite points! You can take them back now if you like.
Another cache will appear within 1km shortly.

Okay, so this is weird.
After a bit of a search we spotted the cache camo, looked inside and NOTHING. We looked all over the surrounding area but the bison tube was nowhere in sight. Sorry I didn't have a bison on me. Replaced the camo where I found it but put in a logbook in a small ziplock bag. The bison tube will have to be replaced though. Come to think about it, I'm not sure after if we signed our temporary log! well I hope this still counts as a find
Anyways, hopefully the bison tube can be replaced soon.
Nice camo, great park. Still a favourite though the bison is missing

Could find this and my Phone-A-Friend had found it too long ago.
I shall return.
I shall return.
I cam back armed with the CO's phone number, but he wouldn't answer!?! Eventually I spotted and then retrieved the cache!

There were quite a few muggles about playing soccer but no one paid much attention to the cachers in the trees. We soon had the well camoed cache in hand. TFTC.
Found cache fairly easily but had a bit more trouble getting the cache out of its hide, could get the top easily.
Thanks.
Thanks.
On the off chance I missed it last time I had another look (with a light) and found it. I can't get it where it is but anyone with smaller hands than me will manage it no problems.
So it's there to be found but needs a little help to make it accessible to everyone. I will re-enable it and then hopefully fix it later.

I walked by and checked on this early this morning and it appears to be gone. Last time it also appeared to be gone as I couldn't find it but it had migrated to another spot. This time I checked both spots and found nothing. Will see if I bring this one back.
Hi
Found this 2 weeks ago and came to check it out for the geokids but the cache is missing.

Nicely constructed camo! Glad there were some natural tools lying nearby too.

I've walked past this spot many times but there had previously been too many muggles present. However, today was muggle-free so I made my move. Nicely concealed. TFTC
Arrived just before dusk and had to find it very quicky. Unfortunately it took me few minutes to locate the well camoed cache. Absolutely fantastic piece of handiwork on this cache and a very well constructed hide. Not many muggles around everyone was more concerned with what was going on on the fields.
Thanks for bringing me here Yurt. I think this my first cache hidden by you.

I was a bit worried knowing it was a Yurt cache however my fears were unfounded. Nice bit of construction. Quite a few people here with soccer in progress but none of them were interested in someone poking about in the bushes. Thanks Yurt.
Chook, Christine Vista and I ventured out for the day for some afternoon caching. Lots of GZ options when Christine Vista went "aaahaaa" and got the honors. TFTC
TFTC SL. Quick find by nugget84 who didn't have a phone but started searching and came up with the goods. Great cache
A Christmas Cache! This was only a few hundred metres from a friend's house which means there was little opportunity to walk off the over indulgence of Christmas lunch. It was nice to find a cleverly disguised cache to introduce our friend to geocaching. TFTC!
Was on the phone still when approaching GZ so didn't have the GPSr on. Wondered over to where I thought GZ would be and found it in the first place I looked while still on the phone. (What Luck!)
Tricky camo
Had to get some sticks to make a camoed cache extraction tool from its hiding place to get the arrangement into my hands

This was our first experience geocaching for my son and I. We hunted around for about 10 minutes until we found it and what a thrill when we did! My son is now convinced we are real treasure hunters! Thanks for a great challenge.
Nice piece of handiwork on this one ...yurt again.
A reasonably quick find abt 5 metres away from GZ.

Found this one within ten minutes it was not where the coordinates said but was still fairly easy to find! I really like the container well done!
Finally found this cache after almost three attempts (which happened to all be at night, which was a good explanation). I didn't find this cache in an obvious spot, I only found it because my geo-sense was tingling! SL and left. TFTC Yurt.
Excellent work Yurt. We appreciate the effort. Myself and the 4 geo-kiddies spent a while looking around. Youngest geokiddie found it, was holding it... and didn't realise it. Great camo. She says "Good hiding spot".
Log signed, all is in good order, left before the rain really hit.

Great cache, good to see a bit off effort put in after a few very average ones today..
We've often thought this location was deserving of a cache but never seemed to get round to doing anything about it. Great camo Yurt. Found by a excited and eagle eyed GK4. Thanks for this cache.
An easy find for me with westleigh warriors. I reckon they might have been here a while, but it was in the first place i looked. Junior ww was mighty impressed and did his best impersonation of an automatic opening mechanism. Thanks for the cache and the history lesson.
Sneaky hide...had a very strange lady digging in the dirt near GZ...don't know what she was up to but she was weird....anyway the cache is still very safe away from muggles....geodaughter found this one...9th for today & Happy Fathers Day....TFTC
Find #1140 - 1 for today. Found on 1/09/11 5:23 PM
Very well concealed, great work on the camouflage. Found it after a brief search. Thanks. TNSLLN

I was expecting an all together different form of camo to the one I eventually found. Thanks Yurt, very sneaky.
Ahhh yes I was in the area for work today and could not resist the temptation to find this little guy.Pulled up just down from GZ and there was no one around.
I turned on the pointer and off I went spying a couple of likely places I soon saw something that almost looks like it was not ment to be there.Yes this is it oh what do I do now? I looked around and saw mugglers so I went further down the path out of site a little then investigated what I had found. There we go open and found the little guy snug.
SL and RTND safe.
Great camo once again Yurt and nice park to go.

Half of smitchnstu has been overseas with the gps so no local caching could be done. But now we've returned so we can clean up our area.
Have been thinking of hiding one here, but it wouldn't have been as creative as yours! Nice one.
As we were leaving a boy on a bike rode past us and was swooped by a magpie... Just a warning as we approach Spring. TFtC.

I was actually working this morning but stopped next to this park while I waited for the alloted appointment time. I suddenly realised there was a cache here. So with a 12 minute window of opportunity I turned on my GPSr (which I just happened to bring with me today) and found I was around 50m away from Max. The arrow pointed to a nice little pocket of trees in the corner of the park. Arrived at GZ with an accuracy of 3m. I turned off the GPSr and began the search. Within a couple of minutes I had the cleverly camouflaged cache in my hand. I few people wandered by but they were more interested in their morning exercise and didn't worry about me. As always, some happy snaps were taken after signing the log and the cache was returned. I thought for a second I smelt a funny aroma but I can assure the CO there's no stink here!!! Well done on this one Yurt.

Off to work and had to stop and get a couple of new caches in my 5kms radius. I pulled up beside this park and made the walk to GZ. Once GPSr settled a bit I started searching around, wondering how mean Yurt was going to be with this hide.
I had only made a few snoops when I saw something that looked interesting. Sure enough a well thought out camo and cache container. And I'm told mine are devious. Good one Yurt. SL and replaced again. Thanx for another in the area. TFTC.

Reperio at 1055. A good time to be here as there wasn't a soul around. As soon as I arrived at GZ, I spotted the cache, but that didn't take anything away from a wonderful little cache camo and container. Great to see some effort put into a simple hide. Makes it all the more worth while.

Arrived just on dusk and all the soccer training was in full swing. Thought it might be tricky to avoid detection however everyone was more concerned with waht was going on on the fields. The GPS was hopeless but the iPhone came to the rescue. I quick reconoitre of GZ revealed something not quite right. Voila CIH:)

I know Max's little boy fairly well, so was pleased to go to try to find this memorial geocache along well-known Quarter Sessions Road, not really very far from Higgins Hidden Valley . . .
Some fears crept into my mind at the words 'heavily camouflaged' but I put on a brave face and started looking around systematically.
Luckily there was no-one hanging around Max's Park today and I suddenly saw something that almost -- but not quite -- fitted into the local 'enviroment' in which I was searching.
Good one, Yurt! This well-constructed hide ought to fool a lot of us and will probably keep the nearby muggles at bay.
All was in good order. TNLNSL.
Published coordinates were plenty close enough for me, but the CO has requested a check, so will upload the results of my 'waypoint averaging' efforts.
Thanks again to Yurt! This shows what creativity can achieve in an ordinary suburban park, using simple materials in a clever way. A favourite from me . . .

Couple of new Westleigh caches had me out this way in the rain at dusk. Things you do. Upon arrival I noticed a gentleman in a raincoat shining a torch about. This is the first time I have encountered a fellow geocacher in the field since I started in this caper (over a year & almost 160 finds ago). Nice to meet you, Baktrak.
After introductions, Baktrak continued scrutinising one area and I moved not too far away to begin my search and pretty much immediately put my hand on the very clever camo. Some days you just get lucky, because this one could have taken a lot longer.
Unfurled the log scroll and was rather astonished to find I was 2TF. Some regulars must surely be outta town. Thanks Yurt, another great camo. I don't mind micros when someone has gone to a lot of effort and they are this inventive.

Out on a quick evening "clean up" of a couple of local caches, in between thunderstorms. Met fellow geocacher, lasramblas, who started searching nearby, with almost instant success. A good hide. Thanks Yurt.
Hooray, my first F2F! It was irresistible upon seeing a cache less than 500m from home to go and search, even though I am not a fan of night searches (although it meant less muggles about!) TFTC
