Could CO please check on the status of this cache. String of dnfs & construction at gz indicate this cache is no longer in play. Thanks krossbo
No luck for me here - there was construction work going on around the shelters, and I wonder if this may have compromised the cache?
Fairly easy find. We expected it to be hanging as per the description but it wasn’t. Returned how we found it.
This cache was our last stop for the day. It did prove a challenge before the cache container was located. The log was signed and we were off home to Brahms6 residence for dinner.
Found with Mum as 'Jess & Caro'. She is now Carø and I now have my own geocaching profile so we are sorting my logs for caches we found together. TFTC!
I'd searched briefly for this cache a month or so ago and was unable to find it but largely due to high muggle activity at the time. Today I was out for a chat and adventure with Ranibaskale... and I was in this area picking up a new toy to help me find more T5 caches. Of course we need to find some geocaches while we are out, and I had been thinking of where this cache might be... well, in between muggles we found this one where I thought it might be, and added our signatures before returning it as found. Thanks for the cache, krossbo.
Took me few mins find that nice hide spot! Fav point and got signed and returned same place TFTC
T-Tech and I are staying with Brother Colin in Toowoomba for the weekend, and today's plan is to attempt all of the SSE caches in one day, as well as get 120 finds in one day. Happily all was achieved.
The SSE series is now complete, and we've been up to Mt Kynoch and Highfields, but I still have another 4 finds to do to bring the day's tally up to 120. Time to go back to Toowoomba...
I've had a DNF here before so was glad to return and make it a smiley. There was some noise from a few yobbos in the park, so we kept things quiet in our search. T-Tech made the find. TFTC, krossbo.

As part of finding all the SSE caches today IolantheK and I also added a number of other caches so that
the total today was 120
I think that we may be the first to log visit all the SSE caches and log them in one day [?]
IolantheK did a lot of planing working out the most efficient route and this aided in getting us through the collecting without a lot of doubling back over our tracks (Note my logging order doesn't reflect this, I've done the logging in SSE order).
Now back in Toowoomba we continued trying to find caches that IolantheK hadn't already done
This one, got us to 119, still needed one more [;P]
What a tricky hid [^]
TFTC krossbo a favourite point from me [^]

Having completed our search for SSE caches not too far away we decided to try our luck at a few randomly selected Toowoomba caches before heading back to Brisbane.
I must admit I had to do a couple of circuits here before I spotted a giveaway sign & quickly retrieved the cache.
Nicely placed & a bit sneaky.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

Seeing there is a friendly event in the Garden City today, why not team up with some local friends and hunt down some geocaches as well? Gullivers Travels54 and Nadine1989 are our traveling companions for the first few, then Joojoo57 and Richmond Lad join us at Westbrook.
So we are here and thought we would have issues with finding this cache as there had been quite a few DNFs. But we knew it should be in the shed, and it wasn't long before Richmond Lad responded to a request to check there (he is taller than me). The rest is history. So glad this cache is still alive and well.
Log signed & replaced again. Found at 9.25am on 14th August 2016. TFTC

Up in Toowoomba to attend an Event at lunch time. On either side of the Event went and found caches with other cachers from the Logan and Tweed. This cache had not been found since 22/4/2016 so here were 7 cachers - looking high and looking low. It took us a while however I felt something that normally I would not expect there. Bingo, we had found it. TFTC
Having a weekend of caching including on the way to, south of, as well as in Toowoomba with the weather being fantastic as well! Great variety of scenery and many places being visited for the first time. This took a lot of pairs of eyes to find but we finally did it. Thanks krossbo.
Sunday was a big day with 14 hours of geocaching including two events and a lot of other caches in between. Very successful day.
Found this cache in a group. I was more focused on pokemon go because if 8 people are around GZ I am not highly motivated but the others were really proud because of the many DNF's before.

We were on our way to the event in Toowoomba today and stopped off here to add a smiley to our map we made a find after so many DNF ,s TFTC
Followed GPS put hands where spiders might be (thanks god it's winter). Will try again soon.
Searched for quite a while but no luck. May be more were searching with no luck but didn't write a note?: as last entry was 2.1.16

I'm in Toowoomba for a few days of camping and caching by myself
Day 3, and I'm catching up with Triciac2 for a couple of hours this afternoon [^] This was our meeting spot, and I went over to grab the cache. However, I couldn't find it and Tc2 said it wasn't where she remembered. The shed is looking a little damaged right at GZ, so perhaps the CO should check on it.

Yay another find... having a day out before mr bear'd has to go back to work on monday.. You've been bear'd
I need to do some catching up, my logging is behind;
I'll write a note to let you know that I have made a find.
I'll change this note into a find when I can spare the time
To get my thoughts onto the page and finish off my rhyme.

We needed to fill a spot on the calendar and this is one of our few unfound around Toowoomba. I had previously visited this one a couple of years ago but it was during magpie season...the littlest Esky (4yrs old at the time) was with me and he raced off into the park only to be harassed by a very persistent maggie. We retreated to the car and have not made it back here since. Anyway all the Eskies were present today and initially we were scratching our heads but after a little nudge from a friend Mr Esky had his hands on the prize. Thanks krossbo.
I must say this is not the first time I have been here About three months past, I gave it a go, but having a short time frame and an unhappy munchkin I gave the game away too quickly! I kind of thought I knew where to look but couldn't put too much into it....
Time warp to today..... I knew where the best place to get chips and gravy was from... Munchkins distracted, I had a better chance to explore They still asked me if I was looking for a cache??? While they went off to pester the resident Magpie, I finally placed my hands on the cache
Thanks for the cache krossbo

Found it after some searching... this was the first geocache with the "P Family" after Aunty Y77OH who's down in Cambooya visiting...Great introduction Cache thanks
Great cache. Took us a while today. Geo kid first to spot it. Lucky we have him or we would miss out on some. Lol.
Hi there krossbo. We found your cache "Westbrook Park" at 10:23:00 AM today. This cache makes our find count 10832.

We are visiting Toowoomba for a while to see if we can turn most of the green boxes on the map into smiley faces.
We are absolutely blown away by such a tidy town and the the wonderful scenery it has to offer.
Two visits to this park, and five looks in/at this spot before we finally logged the cache.
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: The container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Another day of caching around the Toowoomba area (part of the mass exodus of geocachers from Stanthorpe after the mega). Great hide and a beautiful countryside. A return visit was necessary to find this one. Thanks to krossbo.

Travelling around Australia in our Caravan with our cat.
Camped at the showgrounds with about 7 other Geocaching teams, discussion last night was around the Animal Alphabet challenge.
Plans were hatched to head off from camp at 8am to be able to claim a chalenge smilie.
After lunch Mr & Mrs Felix tackled some park n grabs to complete another day in Toowoomba.
On our first visit there were over 15youths at GZ. On our return only their rubbish was left so after removing the rubbish it was a quick search by Mr Felix to locate the cache.

Spent half an hour searching the area and going over clues again-no luck!Had two geokids Thombat07 and EBean09 with binoculars searching high and low.No spiders or caches to be found.
On to the next one!
Today we did a morning of caching in Toowoomba region. From the town region & out alongsome of the suburban roads.
All the caches we found were in good condition & some wonderfull & scenic locations.

Tilting at Windmills I stopped nearby to observe one in the wild. Dropped by here and wandered over to GZ to check out the lay of the land. One or two options appealed to me immediately, however first pass looks resulted in nothing, and a wider search also turned up naught. Re-read logs I was re-convinced of my first idea, and a better hunt around revealed something very interesting, and in due course a bison tube. Log signed I had to outwait a gardener I'd noticed earlier who had shambled into view, but once his back turned again all was returned and I disappeared lickity spit.
Thanks for placing this cache, krossbo. Found in good condition.

Ooh tricky hide! Im too short and was scared of spider so took a photo before realising that we'd found it and how we could get it.
A lovely wet Sunday afternoon and no one else about in this park.
Cache nice and dry.

Sunday afternoon and no-one setting up for a dinner BBQ - phew
Took us a while longer than we were expecting, but apart from a whole stack of kids on the nearby skate bowl who weren't interested in what we were doing anyway, we were pretty free to search.....and search some more.
Was a bit concerned it might be a potential spider hole in there, but we came out unscathed. The log however, was not so lucky - it has now been marked with our signatures
TFTC krossbo - we enjoyed this somewhat elusive hide.

A quick pit stop and also to grab the cache. Water a problem in the park today. Council workers here to render it right. Out caching for the day with Muff1 team and had a great time. I drive, Muff 1 navigates and male sits in the back and congratulates us on a super effort. LOL. SL TNLN TFTC
Happily able to log a found it here. It took me quite a bit of searching, while at the same time avoiding the muggles and the red-backs. Great hide. TFTC!

On my way to the Gold Coast from Melbourne for a holiday. Day two saw 13 caches found on the way to Brisbane. This was one of them. Thanks to all the CO's for placing these caches.
Found on a drive to and from Queensland, with Blacklegend and Poynts95. We headed there on a last minute trip, so decided to find some caches on the drive. Had a great time, stopped at and visited some great places on the way. TFTC.
Found on a trip to the Gold Coast and back with Blacklegend and Sportacuss. The run was not planned, and Blacklegend was able to throw together a list for the run. It was a good list and gave us lots of breaks along the way. We also got 2 FTF's in Finley, just after leaving. A great trip. Thanks to all cache owners for their hides.

Found on an unplanned run to the Gold Coast and back with Poynts95 and Sportacuss. The run was not planned, so it was a matter of throwing together a quick list of potential caches to find. Ended up getting quite a few of them, which was fantastic. Not a lot of sleep had on the run, so the cache stops were fantastic to break up the drive. Found some great spots, and some top caches, with a few DNF's mixed in. The runs started with 2 FTF's in Finley, which was sensational. Thanks to all the cache owners for hiding and maintaining their caches which we found.

This cache took us a few minutes. We realized where it could be hidden quite early on but missed it at first. When we looked around and couldn't see it anywhere else we realized we needed to be able to feel a bit better and got a little stool from the car. That made all the difference and it wasn't long then before we'd signed the log and replaced the container. Nice hide here and thanks for the cache Krossbo. This is a nice little park. TNLNSL.
With all the rain about this park was empty today which enabled us to have an unobstructed search where we found a nicely hidden Cache. Cheers.
Other logs indicate a well hidden cache. So well hidden I could not find anything...searched some odd places too. Maybe another day.

Our 3 Dozen(12-12-12) Day run.
A wandering GPS fix had us wandering the park for almost 20 minutes and heading for the car when the GPS finally acted as it should and distances came down on a stable heading. Already calling “Let’s Go” it was only a last hoorah that turned this DNf into a smiley.
Took nothing but memories and left nothing but our tag and footprints.
Hide, log and container are in good nick.
