Today was a great day out, after staying in port Hughes for the night. I got up to collect a few caches around the area before I had a bike race in moonta. After racing was over I was in a mission to find my 10,000th find whilst making my way back to Adelaide. A great day out overall.

Quick drive by as we headed back to Androssan after a big day caching. Replaced broken container which was sodden. New sistema in place.
Found after trying to work the best way in. Container lid all perished and broke into pieces the moment we unscrewed it. Placed it into a plastic bag for now until it gets replaced. SL TFTC
A Starfish, Rat and Adder were on their Wednesday caching trip.

Another assault by a few of the Puzzled Puzzlers targeting the Yorke and surrounding areas. With the the great weather today a number of previous DNF's were turned into smileys and many others were turned into those nice yellow found icons on the map. Thanks also to the extra pair of Starfish eyes.
A quick stop and find just in case we failed the chance to get back into this area. TFTC

First find of this cache this year. Cache was exposed. I recovered it. There is a minor crack in the lid and this could do with a new cache. Log is also full. I signed in a gap, out of sequence. TFTC ItsMeano.

On the road again for work and best way I have found to make it a little bit better is to grab a few caches here and there , So before leaving home I hand picked some caches as there are so many over here its better to filter the crap from the good

#11755. Day 12 of our SA holiday. As the forecast for the Yorke today was for rain, sun, showers, wind and all of the above several times over in whatever order you like to think up, we decided a caching day was in order as it wasn't going to be any good for kayaking or snorkelling or cycling. We started at Moonta and went as far as Edithburgh for Rob to do a maintenance check and then back up through Yorketown etc to home. Collected a nice little bounty of 36 smiles with a couple of DNF's thrown in for good measure.
Our second find for the morning and I am sure we were getting wet at the time. The showers were not timing themselves nicely today. The log book is now full so needs some CO maintenance.
Thanks ItsMeano

Day Twelve of our holiday, BettyBoo3747 and I are dashing down the Yorke Peninsula for a bit of maintenance. We seemed to do a lot of TOY Run caches, but it is not everyday that you get large size caches all in a row!
We drove down the east coast from Moonta to Edithburgh, then back up the centre.
Not sure what the clue means, the container didn't look anything like the Harbour Bridge, more like the tunnel!
Thanks, Robmc.

Adelaide Christmas trip 2016. Today was a side trip on the way home to get some caches on the Yorke Peninsula we missed on the last trip. I was happy I managed the DNFS in the art series and then went up to Kadina for the evening.
Thanks.

No problems finding this one, especially with the very descriptive hint. All was in good condition with the container and contents. Thank you to ItsMeano for putting this cache into play to be enjoyed by us as well as other cachers.
First we must appologise for the generic logs.
We came to Yorke Peninsular with Speedmistress who hails from Queensland to cache our little hearts out and this we are doing.
We solved loads of puzzles prior to coming and with all the earth, multi, trads and puzzles there are here we were never lacking in variety.
When we found caches that needed repair we have done our best to do what was possible, unfortunately we have now rum out of spare containers, so no more repairs can be done. We have enjoyed the scenery, the walks, the animal life and the challenges that was encountered while traveling the Peninsular. Not all the caches have been attempted due to time restraints but those have been earmarked for future visits.
We also would like to thank Speedmistress for supplying our geocaching chariot.
A huge thanks to all the cache owners for placing these caches for us to enjoy.

On this occassion, I am doing a generic log. I have travelled from Queensland to meet up with Muff1 for a Geocaching extravaganza on the beautiful Yorke Peninsular.
Our goal to Cache, Cache and Cache. Each day our "finds" have been growing in number, some days more productive then others. Repairs and replacement of broken containers, new log books and adding a new plastic bag here and there have all been part of the fun we have been having.
We have also been careful to take time to appreciate the natural wonder of the areas we have visited. The variety of caches was interesting, some very clever, some the quick grab they were designed to be.
My sincere thanks to Muff1 for providing me with the opportunity to join them on this geocaching holiday.
A big thank you to all of the dedicated Cache placers who have made this possible.

The long weekend presented the perfect opportunity for my wige (Tounga) and I to plan a quick get away.
So, we booked some accommodation in Moonta and decided to cache the upper Yorke Peninsula.
We had a great time, finding 129 geocaches in all.
Thanks for hinding your cache ItsMeano, we enjoyed it.
I apologise for the generic log.

As our time in Wallaroo is rapidly coming to an end we decided to have one last day caching around some more of Yorkes. Today we chose to head to Arthurton and then across the Peninsula to Port Hughes and Moonta/Moonta Bay.
We found plenty of spare space in the log book for a few more logs.
Many thanks for the hide ItsMeano[^]

Hi there ItsMeano.
We found your cache **"Just In Cache"** at 11:00:00 AM today.
This was our 4th find for the day and this makes our find count 13034.
Penny wanted to go to Ardrossan so that's (sort of) the direction we headed. We thought that it would be a good idea to find as many caches hidden off the main roads as possible on our circuitous route.
At the end of the run our final total was 21 finds and 1 DNF's.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** Container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Traveling from Yorketown to Kadina today, only 130km by the shortest route, but that's not how geocachers travel it took me all day! Lots of detours and dirt tracks explored, great scenery, and a lot of fun finding caches along the way.
Another good find here, many thanks for placing a cache for others to find [^]

Found by Mary & David at 1555. We have a son called Justin, so this was a must-do. We love areas of bush like this and, at this time of the afternoon, the late light was casting long, dappled shadows. Our thanks to ItsMeano.

We left early, returned early and had a fun time in between picking up mainly random back road caches that most of us mostly had not found.
17 smileys and some great memories
Loved the reason for the cache
Had to get to the right angle to see the cache but we found it

After spending the night at the oval, replete with power and a hot shower in the men's club room I made this find and sign on my way home.
I had been in town for the 3 day clearing sale--3 days, that's huge!

Found with micaparamedic and Team Crackers on our fifth day on the Peninsula. While we were doing this one a car went past at a fair old lick.
We are catching up with late logs
Day five with Alansee and Micaparamedic we were now based in Wallaroo and this is our second last day on this great peninsula
We agree that this is a very picturesque part of the Yorke Peninsula this time of year with the crops making for a colorful back drop as we drive around picking up caches.
We found the cache quickly but it took a little while before our names were added to the log.
To save room in the logs we signed as M.A.C.( Micaparamedic Alansee and Team Crackers).
Many thanks to NightClass for placing this cache.

On a caching assault of the Yorke Peninsular with alansee and Team Crackers over the last six days. We have found many caches which have proven enjoyable and sometimes challenging Alansee had worked diligently in planning routes we would take to minimize wasted kilometres driven to find the numbers we have been able to do. Most logs have been signed as MAC (micaparamedic, alansee and crackers)
