Checked for CO today. Yes, looks like the cache was teed off. Since this is such a favourite evening stroll for visiting cachers staying nearby, it would be a shame to lose the ball... Replaced with new version (from different game). It should be placed well back, out of sight unless you're close.
Down from Northland for a few days for a short visit and just had to make sure of a cache or three each day. This one was close to our accommodation, so while the others were still rousing for breakfast, I headed out to look for this and a couple of others.
However, despite a pretty thorough search around GZ, I couldn't locate any missing balls, so I'm sure hoping that the cache is MIA and it's not just blindness on my part. Thx anyway

We are staying in the Holiday Park closeby.and have been here Three times, but sadly just can't spot it.....Not sure if it's gone or are we losing our knack!!
After arriving at the campsite and installing ourselves, we went for some closeby caches.
We had a nice little hike to the beach and back and we enjoyed it.
We don't play golf but we found a ball.

Doing a little walk from the nearby campground to the beach watching the sunset and making a few caches ! Thanks for this one !
Found by a Canadian visiting your beautiful country. This is a clever hide, but the log was too wet to sign. TFTC
Found by Peter and Marian at 1745 hrs 31/8/2017. Staying in the Holiday Park nearby, on a stroll to the beach found on our return, easy find once my GPS settled. TFTC.
Either I am dumb or a branch has been chopped down and it isn't there any more
I'm on a south island tour on my recumbent bike and stayed at the holiday park last night. Going to visit Dunedin today. TFTC.
Our holiday of a life time in New Zealand with other members of the Caravan Club from Great Britain we are travelling in motorhomes from Auckland around South Island then across to Wellington and visiting the highlights of North Island. A short walk from the campsite in Dunedin. Beautiful weather and views. TFTC
Heading south for a wee family holiday. Family caught a cheap early flight down to Dunedin this morning...and will spend the day exploring Dunedin attractions...whilst I drive down to meet them...and find a cache or two along the way!
Made it to Dunedin roughly at the expected time (4:30pm)...met up with the family; settled in to our overnight cabin. Took a short walk to make the find and sign. Cheers.

Out early this morning to pick up a few caches! This one was right outside of our caravan park! Easy find after realizing I needed to be on the other side of the fence! Greetings from Western Australia, thanks for the cache!
Travelling around NZ for 4 weeks, today we drove from Curio Bay to Dunedin. Sun was shining all the day!. On our way through beautiful landscapes we found some caches as well.
Thanks for hiding and greetings from Germany!

A short walk from the park where we are staying so was a must. Log book full.
On a walk from where we were staying to the beach we detoured slightly to find this. Once we approached this from the correct side of the fence we located it and signed the log TFTC
Hello Local Geocachers,
#Queenstown#
We are from **far far away**, i mean the *other* side of the world. We came here in this area for our Holiday . We have seen our daughter who is here living for a year in **Queenstown** *(in 2017 April or Mei, she went back to The Netherlands)*. We stayed in the direct area of her in Queenstown for a few days.
#Travelling with a Campervan#
After that we have hired a campervan and explore the south island of new Zealand for its very nice Nature. Our Campervan is picked up at **Queenstown**, nearby the airport of Queenstown. It's a nice van and it drives fine. Everything is OK with the camper and i learned left driving very fast, it's not a problem for me .
The quantity of people at a square kilometer is less then in The Netherlands. During our journey we don't see much peaple but enjoyed the nature as well.
Thanks a lot for placing and maintaining this cache in New Zealand.

After a semester abroad in New Zealand, I travel around the country with MMXX now. There are plenty of amazing spots to discover.
Thanks for placing a geocache here and sorry that I keep my logs short.

Quick find today as no golfers or muggles about. Until it was time to go back over the fence! Goodness knows what the cyclist was thinking and I wonder if there was an easier way to get to GZ. TFTC
Bitterly cold with a few snow showers taking on the hills today. Not surprising then that I had GZ so to myself. Great hide. TFTC
One of four found on a pleasant winter’s afternoon in the St Clair/St Kilda area after a two-day conference in Dunedin. Approached this one via the rugby grounds and hopped over the fence to get to GZ. Located it reasonably quickly. Nifty cache! #1209. TFTC.
Down for the Highlanders Game and we decided a brisk afternoon walk was required. Parked up the hill and wandered along Johnny Wilson before coming down the sand hills to make a quick find and sign. This is also on the border of my old Rugby club Pirates. The old club is on hard times now but was a great club in it's day. Thanks for the cache.
No golfers today just lots of dog walkers on a beautiful winters morning.
Found with CJ-Curry after the nearby Cito, watched a bit of golf while we waited for some players to move on. Cheers!
Found with Hevic early this afternoon. The two of us lounged around for a bit eating lunch until the nearby golfers finished teeing off, then we made a beeline for the already-scouted location. It didn't take me long to find the obvious spot. Cheers!
I wonder what the golfers thought as we headed into the bushes! Quick find - tftc
This is one of the most cleverly disguised caches that I have located. Found whilst staying at the nearby holiday park.
Thank you tunfisk for this magnificent cache.

Great hide! Didn't realise I'd have to jump the fence but it was worth the awkward tumble over the wire TFTC
This was the sixth day of my fifteen day trip to go to the Christchurch Mega. I was staying at the nearby holiday park, so I took a walk and found this cache. Nice container. TFTC.
Like the camo. Found this as I wended my way across to St Clair finding caches in the way. TFTC!!!
Love the 'camo' container. Had several attempts at finding a walking track down from the upper road. TFTC
Irks me that dog owners won't pick up their dogs droppings after them
Found the cache though.
Found the cache though.
Found on our 25 day New Zealand South Island holiday.
Apologies for the late log but with little or no internet as we travelled and only super slow WiFi in van parks I decided to log all finds on my return home.
Found while out exploring before the snow came, snow flakes were starting to fall..........
