Logs
All logs saying how big this one is, and easy to find... Makes me wonder if it hasn't been found by muggles as there were toys on the ground near the car, and no container.
This one was a bizarre adventure. Nice little hike, easy spot, then no luck finding the cache. There were items shrewn around the area making me think the cache had been found by muggles and disturbed or destroyed over the holiday period.
Easy find however rainwater found it the same, so I can only tag wet log book lightly. Great cache, well hidden from muggles
Good seeing you in person earlier (with no hints received)

Parked up top and wandered down here with 4Rods, we both had an idea of the type of kart we would find down here and yes, confirmed. Easily found the waterlogged container, such a large container too. Perhaps due to the seal not being in place is why the influx of moisture. That’s for showing us your kart
Booo's Kart must have once been a very fast kart. found with Martin Cousins after a nearby event. Log was unsignable - it was completely soaked when we found it. TFTC
A day spent with oldmorty finding caches in the Warragamba/Silverdale/Oakdale area.
Can’t imagine how this got here and I’m glad the cache was of a substantial size and easy to find.
Thanks to The Booos for placing this cache.

Found It!
A nice little walk and a quick find here. The logbook is rather wet, not really sure how though given where it is hidden.

After the Geocaching NSW event I drove on to Warragamba to find a few caches from the WGA series.
OCW Brewmaker and Everest High.
Booo's Kart needs a bit of maintenance. Completely soaked and too wet to log unfortunately.

We are on another short (four day) caching holiday in Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains, staying for three nights in a park cabin at the Ingenia Nepean River BIG4 Holiday Park at Emu Plains. Planning to collect some of the solved GFA puzzle caches around Luddenham and Wallacia, then visiting the Blue Mountains from Springwood to Wentworth Falls (over two days) for numerous Adventure Labs and other targeted caches. This was our 6th find of the day (day 4), and 88th find of the holiday.
After yet another tasty lunch of pies, sausage rolls, custard tarts, and apple turnovers from the Warragamba bakery (we are making a habit of this) we stopped off at this cache on our way to Luddenham. Parked the geomobile beside the wire fence, then clambered down the slope towards GZ.
We were almost to the kart when the family's chief puzzle solver slipped and fell on a slippery rock. Luckily nothing broken, only suffered some minor cuts and a nasty bruise. Reminded us of the CO's nearby geoart puzzle cache "WGA 17" that we have been working on, but are yet to solve.
Anyway back to the cache. Arrived at the kart, which looks like it needs more than a buff & polish to pass rego, and made a super quick find of the generously sized cache container. Unfortunately it was partially filled with water, which we emptied out, but the logbook was a sodden mess with black mold starting to grow on it. Managed to leave our mark on the first page (the others were too stuck together to attempt separation) thanks to our trusty PowerTank pen, TNLN, then replaced the container as it had been found. Find #5357
Quickest find of the day, but it still took a little work to get to. I drove past heading south and ended up turning around to get back to the appropriate spot. Walked in past the rubbish strewn everywhere (sad how little respect people have for bushland, especially if this is their local bushland) and soon found the Kart. Certainly not roadworthy, but it looks like it's got a few more years in it as a hiding place. Back to the car and on to the next hide.
Great little walk in except for the decomposing road kill we came across. #44th cache and the biggest we have ever seen. Geoson swapped toys, lucky the cache was big enough. TFTC
Would you believe I stepped out of my car and found.... A banana peel!! Thankfully, the next thing I found was the cache! Tftc!
It's always good to find a LARGE in the wild. I used to like playing Mario Kart with my kids when they were little. A quick find after a short stroll through the bush with Zelda the geodog. Looks like a Booo's lawnmower suffered the same fate. TFTC
OCW the Bebes. We had finished for the day but noticed this large cache a little distance from us so this is now last of the day. Tftc
Parked on the other side of the road, it was a short walk to GZ.
Thanks to the size of the cache it was a quick find.

We don't often see "large" caches anymore these days. There are far too many micros out in the woods, causing lots of misery and many headaches.
This cache was on our way out of town after the event at the dam. I had promised my little son that we would seek only caches directly on our way home and not make lengthy detours. It had been a long day and he was getting tired.
We parked at the side of the road and made our way down into the bush. Car wrecks seem to to be one of the common themes in the bush around Sydney. In many cases I wonder how on earth the cars even got to a particular site.
Some wrecks can provide some tricky hiding spots. Fortunately, the hide here was really easy and the large size of the container was an added bonus. We quickly added our name to the log sheet and then packed everything away for the next cacher to find.
From this spot it wasn't all that far to pick up another cache across the road, but my little son wasn't in the mood for further walking, so he stayed near the car.

Upon seeing GZ, I thought to myself “ I hate car wrecks “ but this was made easy due to the cache size. Biggest cache for a while. Did the legals and replaced as found. TFTCM

Out today for a day’s caching with marj01, no bush bashing, just park and grab. After heading off pre-dawn from the eastern suburbs we visited the towns of Wallacia, Warragamba, Narellan, The Oaks and Nattai. Lots of caches were found; on the ground, dangling in trees, on signs, in stumps and even one in a haunted house. Whilst most of the caches were familiar we did strike some very ingenious ones. A large percentage of the finds were quick, however, there were some that had us scratching our heads for a while. All in all, it was a very enjoyable day out and I would like to thank all the CO's of the caches for hiding and maintaining the caches that we visited. And yes, I did read the reason/history for each cache in the lead up to the trip. I hope there were no Booo's in this kart when it crashed.
Out cache with oldmorty on a big day. This one of many caches we found along our travels. Thanks to all the cache owners for maintaining their caches

DNF - after going half way down the bank a pretty little snake decided to slither out from underneath a bunch of leaves I was about to step on. After that Miss 7 and Miss 10 and Mr 43 did not want to continue on down the bank..so after another 15 minutes of umming and ahhing on wether or not we whould continue in we decided against it..Hopefully next time
Out and about with Happy Uke again today. We met up again with our good friend Blueandgolder. The three of us were keen on hunting own some caches for the good of humanity.
Thanks for this one.
Thanks for this one.
Picked today for another raid on Warragamba. Finalf29 and I met up with Blueandgolder to start a wonderful day of searching, scrambling, bush bashing and laughing. We each had a hero moment with a spectacular find. Thanks to all the CO's for giving us a fun day... we started off slow, but ended up finding twenty!
This was our eleventh for the day. Bit of a scramble down... Wow I think Booo's Kart was going way too fast and missed the bend. Thanks

Out caching with Happy Uke and Final29. Happy Uke saw something in the bush and said there it is. Got to Gz and I found the actually cache.
Can out this way specifically to grab some large size cache this being the first of two. The purpose being to reach 50 large finds for a challenge cache in Canberra. This will be my 26th Being large it was a quick find. It is all good at the cache. Thanks the Boos for the placement Cheers
Finding a safe parking spot with speeding cars up your tail is probably what sent this old relic down the hill to GZ. Second bush bash trek for the day and while relatively light scrub, needing to be sure footed has left my leg muscles stiff the following day. Removed a rusty, yet still very sharp weapon (knife) from the contents as per hide guidelines.
Lucky I had my tetnus status checked a few weeks ago. It was a bit risky getting the large cache out of the hidey hole. Great to find this as it gives me three large caches and therefore a badge on Project Geocaching. Large ones are few and far between.
Thanks The Booos
Thanks The Booos
I had decided to collect the caches to be eligible for a Well Rounded Size Cache challenge, and needed 5 different size caches. I have done most of the Large size ones nearby, so was looking further afield. I had previously driven past here and not seen a clear path in so i contacted the CO to get some advice. Parked on the road and although there wasnt a path, I carefully picked my way down to GZ. Was happy to be able to start my day with this smile. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC The Booos
Streak Day #1327 - Sound with dave8153, we were excited to see a large as they are very far and few between when trying to maintain a streak lol. TFTC
Found this today with Snoopy1976. Good to find a large container theses days. TFTC
#1329 Final of ten quick finds on an afternoon out and about around the Dam. TFTC
After attending an event at Warragamba dam where we met a few cachers new to us and others we already knew we thought we would try for a few caches on the way home. After a BBQ lunch and getting some tips on some of the more elusive caches, off we went. TFTC
Couldn't resist this rare size cache (only my 20th Large from nearly 3000 caches). Near darkness made it a bit challenging but thanks to phone torch soon had the cache in hand. TFTC!
Found it, its gd to see this one back in play, ill bring out my geo kids next time they will like this one.
Well after having a disappointing day so far finally found one! Of course I already knew where this one was but hadn't logged it. Tftc☺
Found where we thought it should be but no luck there. Searched the area for a good 20 minutes before admitting defeat. Sad face.
Looked for a good 45 mns all over the kart but no ammo tin ..hopefully hasnt been muggled
Not a gd day that's the third one i cldnt find im bring the kids out maybe they will have better luck.
Great cache. Always a pleasure finding an ammo tin. Great hiding spot. The GPS wanted us to go a few metres away but the description told us where we should be looking and sure enough there it was! Thanks
#1869 (8 of 25 today)
Well, it's the shortest day of the year. And I've been cooped up indoors for a lot of the previous four days. And it's been raining steadily the whole time. So what better antidote to both than to try to find the most caches I've managed to grab in a day - before the sunset ends.
The best target for this attempt is Mulgoa / Warragamba / Silverdale - the haunt of The Boos.
In the end, I succeeded with 25 finds (how people find a lot more than this in a day without a power trail or a Mega Event baffles me).
But I'm happy with the finds - the last as the last embers were fading from the clouds on the western horizon.
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
Walked from Warragamba and for the fourth time today, spotted the hide early but didn't properly follow up. It's my story today, it appears.
Finally spotted the generous container and completed signing duties and replaced. How did the CO find this?

Quick stop for phlphotos to find Warragamba...while we're here, let's see if we can find the Kart...and we can. TFTC.
#184 out caching with alnic39 when realised that we were near this cache. Found the Kart now where is the cache we both took a different side and Al got the correct side. Signed log and replaced as found
With a Saturday off work, it was time to join with Mr Hancock for a mighty day of caching, a total of 52 for me (a few less for him as he kindly waited whilst I redid a few he had already covered).
Nice quick find here. That would have left a mark....

Headed down the thin black line again to the Western Suburbs of the Big Smoke ie Penrith, Mulgoa and Warragamba this morning to try my luck and find some caches and have some fun. Great cache. TFTC
Geocache # 969.
Found on Saturday, 9th November 2013 at 2:57 PM.
Conditions: sunny.
Current streak # 101 days.
Today's finds 14 of 16.
Morry9 and I headed out from Sydney to attend A Dam Meetings out at Warragamba and decided to make a day of it while we were over that way. After the event, we headed out to tackle a number of the local caches. We soon had the CIH and performed the signing duties before returning the cache to the original hiding spot. The cache was hot to touch too! Favourite point awarded for the location, cache type and the rusty kart, TFTC TeamBooo.

Yep, banana peels will do that to you.... Did anyone notice the other one further down the hill? Anyway, cache was found nice and easily. Thanks.
was visiting a friend in Wallacia and decided to go to Warragamba Workers Club for lunch and found this on the way. Be careful on this busy road! Thanks TeamBoo
Found after a bit of looking around. Should have just looked in the first place I thought instead of following the GPSR around..... would have saved some time.
After previous success at Megarritys Creek Cache 3 (Nearby) with Kirsty2752...... once again Kirsty2752 made the discovery Interesting container Team Booo !!!
Found on a caching trip (2nd) through the area with whitemushroom, we both went all over this thing, then a derrrr moment as I found it. It seems a truck full of 'nanas may have lost it's load on Silverdale Rd once upon a time.
Great Cache! Thanks TeamBooo!
Great Cache! Thanks TeamBooo!
On an arranged mission with All Strung Out to clean up Mulgoa Rd/Silverdale Rd previously passed Caches. An easy park and walk to GZ, and a kneebending peering for the seek. Needless as it proved, when the Cache revealed itself rather glaringly. TFTC TeamBooo
Quick find, though the local boys in blue were wondering why I was bushwalking down there. Grabbed TB

Heading up to the Windosr invasion with Tankengine, Albida and Sol De lune from Canberra, signed logs with "Mast" or a sticker to save space.
Great to find all these caches enroute
not sure we nearly over shot the car parking location and then a short walk down the the GZ.. thankfully this was not a pesky micro I wouldn't like to search this location but spoted the container.. it was pretty exposed but I guess not too many people come down here hey.

Windsor trip June 2013 with Mtrax, Tankengine and Sol de Lune. We pulled up alongside another car just up the road from the cache area, but he headed off so we wandered back down the road towards this one. This old kart is not going anywhere soon. Thanks.
