Sorry to archive this cache. A good puzzle but unfortunately the final resting place was muggled too often.
Sorry for the missing cache. The previous owner also had problems with this cache being removed. I will check it out and let you all know.
My 2nd DNF for the morning. I think there is a problem with traditional caches in Albany as they seem to be dissapearing.
This one is a multi unless I got it wrong it has gone again.

Found this one with my group of Year 7 students from Flinders Park PS. Thanks for repairing it pozzies.
Could not find with Hyperactive Year 7 students. They got very messy trying to find it.
good to go again, can cachers help keep this cache active by making sure the lids screwed on tight and is left exactly where you found it
thanks

Almost didn't do this one because of the name - we don't think caches should be set at playgrounds - but were pleasantly surprised that the waypoint and final spots were quite some distance from the play equipment. An interesting collection of plaques. Thanks pozzie's for showing them to us.
Found it quite easily once we had the coordinates. We had kids with us and it was hard for them to sit still long enough to listen to the puzzle. We all had fun. [8)]
this cache has been muggled ,so unfortunetly its off line for now,i will get the cache back together and a new log book very soon ,anyone wanting to work out the first part may do so ,but watch this space for the update on the replacement

Lovely little park with some very sad local history situated in the gazebo. After doing the calculations we visited gz but the cache had been muggled. Logged with the permission as a find by the owner.
Well we arrived in Albany last night all set to start our munzee run (www.munzee.com) and find some remaining caches in Albany. Checked the weather forecast and could not believe our eyes. Forecast for rain (that we expected when we visit Albany) but thunderstorms! Geez they've outdone themselves this time.
Up for a 6.30am start to beat the weather and this was the first for the day. Love the fact that you have highlighted the local history.

I never relized those plaques were there. They make for an interesting little multi. Thanks Pozzies.
After all the years of living in Albany (that’s a lot), this was the first time I had stepped onto this park. It would be a great play area if the City got some decent grass growing. Thanks for the history lesson on the locals. One went missing in my time on the South Coast and I was at the air show with St Johns when the call came in about people washed off the rocks at the Deep. I headed out in the Ambulance, some memories stay with you forever!!! A nice cache.
Another nice park in the Bayonet Head area, and the youngsters got to enjoy some more playground equipment after the find! We had fun finding the information from the plaques, and were able to calculate the final coordinates without any difficulty. The find was relatively straight forward, and it's in an ideal spot for a cache, and we returned it carefully to where it was located. The refrain of "lost at sea" was rather tragic - it makes one wonder about the stories behind the lives of those lost and how they ended. A sobering thought, given the beauty of Albany. TFTC.
The places you find info for a cache. Had me jumping from one to another and back again. Enjoyed this multi. A nice sized cache for trackables. TFTH
Zipped on over after the doing the Hoola Hooper and parked up near where I thought GZ would be. Headed on over to the listed co-ords and found the info readily. I hadnt jotted down the required info properly at home and had to shoot back before returning to GZ for another quick find.
