This was a lovely spot (still is, if you ever want to come and sit somewhere relatively undisturbed). The cache referred to the sign that attested to the creek and the area's heritage. Without that, it's still a nice spot, but...
Thanks to my geocaching secretary for the care of this one up until this point in time, as always!

I am amzed how you were able to hide such a big cache here.
Definitely no sign and no sign of a cache either.
Definitely no sign and no sign of a cache either.
Without the sign there may be no reason to visit this spot other than to find a cache...I await my sedretary’s advice...until then I’m taking this one off-line...
Fore!’s geocaching secretary reporting for duty: will have to find a new hiding spot...might take me a couple of weeks to get there...
No sign present here anymore. If the cache was attached to that it is now gone.
Just me and one dog walker on the trail today. I hear the dogs barking in the distance where we took patches our dog for puppy training. He was an ordinary student
Finally got around to grabbing this after being replaced. TNLN Thanks for the cache!
An easy pickup, though getting the log out proved to be a bit of a challenge.

TFTC. Was keen to keep going and finish this section of track but ran out of time and had to head home. Another day. Cheers
Cache 2942 on 9/9/17
Decided to head out to collect a few local caches today as it seemed that a lot of my caching recently has been interstate. Had to bring informed geodaughter and geohound along for the walk.
This little row of four caches had been on my to-do list for a while and today was the perfect time to grab them.
Quickly found, cache and log in good shape.
Thanks Fore! for the cache!

It had been just over a month since my last proper geocaching outing apart from a couple quick grabs for souvenirs. I had a day off work and decided to get out and go for a walk and find some caches!
The cache was in great condition and had a nice dry log with it. Good to take a seat on the stone while signing. Thanks for another cache along this path

The Ridgeo-pup has a new back-pack and we took it for a test run today. I parked at the pony club and we went for a lovely walk along the horse trail. The RP even got to meet a couple of horses (and she didn't freak out). Thanks for the cache, Fore!.

Spent the day geocaching in the immediate area, walking 14km with muggles and Geo kids in tow. A place to sit and relax, tftc
Sunday 18 December 2016 - another warm Summer's afternoon in the low twenties with an occasional cool breeze. Grasses are very very tall but the paths has been kept clear. Found 6 from 6 caches over 1.5 hours walking around 3 kms. Quick and easy find only once the GPS settled (overhead wires sent it crazy) and when we saw a sign ) Thx MuggleHusband, TFTC Fore!
After a pretty big day yesterday , I had decided to tackle just a few caches closer to home. Today's track was to be along part of the Bicentennial (Equestrian ) Trail. Years ago we used to ride our horses out to Hall on this trail, but the 'Horses too have Gone' and since yesterday's adventure was on shank's pony, I decided to use my bike today. Lifting it over the styles didn't prove any problem and it was a good ride.
Thanks for bringing me here to learn so much about this area. Fascinating! Fantastic! Sat and digested all that I had just learnt then signed the log.
TFTC SL as SG as I often do in small caches.

Another nice sunny day and I was in the mood for some caching-so off I went for a mid afternoon mini mission!
After making the find on the two others nearby, I continued down the trail where it turned into s%#t farm straight....certainly a very stinky waft emanating from the nearby facility! Peeeeewww![xx(][xx(][xx(] Anyway, once I was away from there and could breathe fresh air again, on I wandered to GZ to make the easy find and sign. Interesting spot!
Thanks for the hide, Fore!

As I was out this way and there was still enough daylight for a walk, I decided to grab the caches along the Bicentennial trail. Quickly found. TFTC.

Another quicky. Nice view, shame about the smell. Still able to write in the log though. Tftc!!
We enjoyed reading the information sign, although I wonder how many visitors it gets out here? More great views and the cache was a real drive-by . Thanks Fore!
#1888 8 of 10 today.
I wasn't feeling too good today, so it was fairly late by the time I hit the road for some recovery geocaching. I'd already spent some time out at west Belconnen down towards the sewerage works. This time it was a bit more suburban. It was far from a successful day with a relatively high proportion of DNFs. Some were too good for me today, but others were clearly missing.
Nice.
Thanks for the cache & series Fore!.

Now that was a lot easier than the last time I was here. No muggles to be seen at all. Arrived at GZ and found the cache in the first place I looked. A nice, new, pristine log to sign - first to re-find. Thank you Fore! and Allrounder for replacing the cache. TFTC

My geocaching secretary, allrounder, has replaced this one in a spot closer to its original position and it's only back to being a micro...cache on!
Looks like this one has been muggled again - my geocaching secretary, allrounder, will try to replace it this weekend...
We had a huge day in Canberra with Wilbert67 caching. Managed find all but 3 of our suggested list. I consider that a successful day and the weather was kind to us. Thanks for all the CO for the caches.
On a big day of caching through Canberra today with J+J.AU. Early stat and bikes ready to go. Quit a few hills to conquer today, but it was oh so much fun. Ideal weather conditions and many other outdoor enjoyers along the way made for a fun day! One of very few misses

As Wilbert67 mentioned, a BIG DAY out. the weather very kind for us, lots of fun taking alternatively tracks by bikes or walking pending where we were. Unfortunately it was no show here for us.Had lot of fun today even with a couple of DNFs. TFTC
A second DNF from me.... ho-hum. Although this is not actually all that unexpected from a Fore! cache as they do tend to be well hidden. The coords brought me to a location that suited the name and there are limited places to search, but I was looking for a micro and other logs that I see now indicate that I should have been looking for something else. Well....third time's the charm I guess....I'll be back!
I was in the area and decided to have a go for this one. I had missed it the last couple of times I had been nearby. As I approached the area, there were other people around, so I took my time. Once they'd moved on I went in. My GPS settled on an area and I started looking. I saw a spot that clearly had once held a squarish object - either the cache, or a brick, or a rock. Looking a little further I found a couple of pieces of broken plastic, one obviously from the lid of a systema. I looked around for any other remains, but apart from a few coloured bits of paper there was nothing. I then noticed that I was being watched by a couple who'd been there before. I decided to move on. To me it looks like it has been muggled, but perhaps I didn't look in the correct spot. I'll try again later and I'll watch for any future finds.
Having identified this as a current target for my dailies I again parked nearby and a short stroll later arrived at GZ. Based off the coordinates there was only one location to search. Log signed and cache returned.

Found on a walk around West McGregor in the fog. Nice to learn about the history of the area. TFTC.
This one is awesome! Great location and some cool little gifts inside. Totally forgot a pen tho to sign the log book
Great cache and a quick find with the help of Crazy Chicken Man, Crazy Rooster Man and Nate660.

An interesting read and a bit of local history. The cache was a lot bigger than that micro I expected, but that makes the find easier. TFTC
#1211 - 19:25; I finally returned to take the walk along this part of the Centenary Trail tonight to clear the caches along its route. I had previously tried to approach from a different angle, but ran out of time for a serious tilt. The walk today was quite pleasant and the caches were all located pretty quickly. This cache was in good nick and presented no problems. I enjoyed reading the nearby sign providing information about the archaeological significance of the area. TFTC Fore!
Straight after the last cache and quickly found this one. Interesting sized micro
Maintained again. TrumpyGee went off to find it whilst I sorted through my bag of stuff. Had a great time with TrumpyGee visiting from Vic. Happy geohounds enjoyed the walk.
Clever caching theme names. Had a day to do the 'touristy thing' in Canberra...no way near enough time to visit the sites; Two hours in the War Memorial/Museum and we didn't get past the aviation section! We'll be back to sight see and follow up with some more caching.
Another quick find on our caching afternoon out in this great area for us and the geohound. TFTC Fore!
Final log on this trail which I didn't manage to complete last weekend. Straightforward find and TFTC.
No. 2 of 11 from today.
A nice quick find along the way with Mr Roo, As he had already found the cache he just sat back and watched. Grabbed a TB to move it along

Nice easy find on a rainy day. Saw the interesting sign about Aboriginal history. The container was bigger than micro. That made it much easier for me to find it. Dropped off a TB (TB4Y596).

This was as far around this track that TaurusSix and I walked. I hadn't known of the significance of this place before.
Keeping the dogs entertained on this lovely day was easy. For this cache maintenance I replaced the entire container; it's now a little bigger. New log and swaps in place. All I have to do now is find the whippet kelpie.... Here boy!!!!
Interesting spot which gave some history knowledge!
Had it not been for this I would not have found myself in the area, ah geocaching, how I love you <3.
Ahem..anyway, Easy find once GPS settled down (even though I suspected GZ).

Another one crossed off my 'to catch littleredshoes list'... next time I'm hiding her shoes...
Again, parked as close to GZ as legally possible and 2-footed it from there. It was a change stepping over the gate for a change, lack of hinges and padlocked chains instead probably have a lot to do with it... but who's complaining, the less effort the better
Cool location given the historical/archeological significance too.

I have been meaning to get around to finding the caches out here for a while (life got in the way for a while) ... figured an art exhibition opening later in the afternoon was a good excuse to ride my bike there, the long way along the horse trail, and find these few caches on the way (I was only 45 minutes late for the exhibiton opening, but I did find the 3 chaches, and sign another one that I had found before but not been able to actually extricate the cache to sign the log. (and I found 5 more in the dark on my way home
This was the 3rd of the 3 ... didn't even know this memorial thingy was here until I came looking for this cache! (I guess that happens when it takes about 13 years to finally get around to coming for a walk/ride down a path that is really not that far from home - although the path probably wasn't even here when I moved to this side of town - lol)
TFTC - love the camo on this one!

Fore!'s geocaching secretary reporting for duty: found this cache intact but thrown over the fence some 30m away. After a discussion with Fore! I have moved it to a position where it hopefully won't be spotted so easily - the new coordinates are added to this log. Fore! will update them officially ASAP...cache on!
It must be really micro to fit in any of the spots at this location! Certainly beat us.
After a long walk up the trail on a hot afternoon I searched all over but couldn't find the cache. Took a great photo of the geohounds trying to rest in the tiny bit of shade the sign gave. Had to give up and get out of the sun. Interesting place though - might have to come back... TFTC Fore!
Sadly a DNF at the end of a very long walk. Found 3 others on the way though! Another day maybe when it's not so hot. Thinking this one may be gone again...it certainly wasn't any of the snails I moved lol

Found on a nice Remembrance Day with Drumstix1623. We had a DNF on this one before it was muggled, so we came back today to find it. Once at GZ, we spotted it on the ground just lying there, so we put it back where it should've been when we left. Anyway, a fantastic hide and a great area. Thanks Fore!![:o)]
