After forty years this beautiful avenue of eucalyptus named in honor of past winners of the Magerey Medal has been replaced. ( The avenue has been replaced ,not the trees).
There is a new avenue of honour at the northern end of Adelaide Oval and the name plates on each tree have been given to the relevant families.

Nice hide made a quick find sign and replace whilst on the way to an event TFTC
Out & about with hevwalker caching our way to Croydon.
Easier to retrieve than to find the nearby street to park in!
Interesting football history, thanks for the hide MalanDi

Had a bit of spare time after work, so what shall I do [?] Grab a couple of caches I reckon.
I have driven past here many times but have never stopped until now. [^]
I love it when I am walking towards GZ and I can see the hide...in this case it is good as it is a very busy location and I was able to retrieve, sign and replace very quickly.
Thanks for the cache MalanDi.

Was afraid the car muggles were gonna spot me they just went along their business. I had always driven past this spot and was a but surprised there was a cache here but it was still a good cache! Tftc!
I felt pretty exposed at this busy intersection so I was pleased to make a quick find in the first place I looked. Thanks MalanDi
Quick drive by after going to the movies at Needed a laugh Office party movie funny you need to go see this movie. We all like to party once a year!!!YFTC
This cache was fun. Lots of stealth required! I was with my 3 kids, plenty of cars looking at us wondering what we were doing and a man waiting for the bus.... Made for lots of laughs with the kids. Thanks.
I approached GZ and sat down. Looked around and scratched my head, hmmmm. Better just check the logs.... surely that's not it over there... Yep, it sure was. It was the 1st spot I spotted but just didn't believe that is was the actual hidey spot [:o)] Opened the cache and saw the cool little wooden Yin and Yang surfboard attached to a red rabbit, then it dawned on me, where is the log book? It was missing so I provided a makeshift one [^] with zip-lock bag. SL at 17:05. Stealth is most definitely the key here. TNLN TFTC MalanDi
Been meaning to grab this one for a while. Major stealth needed to grab this one. TFTC
this cache has been annoying me as its " on route " to the current major project the company has.
Pretty easy Chach but exiteing I was a little disappointed that the swag was rocks but after all it was good
Found at 19:34. Ooh, driving past a cache. Turn right, bike lane. Hmm. No u turns, no way into that side road. Lots of driving, quick find.
Thanks MalanDi
Thanks MalanDi
On way to dinner at Brunelli's at West Lakes decided to take a detour and happy to say came away with a smiley. TFTC MalanDi.

Find 2304
Found Reel BFE Style without the GPS in the only place it could be hidden.
That was the forward left pocket.
The highlight of the 1986 Magarey Medal Count can be seen at the 22:59 mark.

It was quicker to find and sign the log than to get back on the main drag

This one has been in my sights for a long time as I have driven past frequently knowing that a cache is within my grasp. Today i am riding my bike and able to stop more easily to grab this cache.
Nice easy find now that my partner wasn't being annoying took my Geohound with me this time she loved the walk quick replacement with busy traffic and I was off again
Whoa, what a place to try to get to. All roads lead to dead ends grrrrr. Glad we do not have to get to these residences would be bald pulling our hair out. Easy spottable find at a busy intersection. TFTC
The hardest part to find this cache was finding a safe way into the access street.
Mrs rat made the quick grab and dash back to the car.
After signing had to replace before the lights changed. TFTC

Quick find and with the right traffic conditions the grab can be made easily. With stealth. TFTC
An opportunistic grab on our way to West Lakes. Very quiet here this afternoon. A nice way to hide a cache TNLNSL TFTC
What else do you do when walking from west lakes to albert park? Find a cache of course!! TFTC
Out and about with Doctor Owl and we grabbed this cache. Found the sign's information interesting and almost forgot that we were there for the cache... Thanks MalanDi.
Owl and Mrs Aussie M&M were out on errands, but Owl insisted they stop from time for time to find caches. This one was a little tricky to grab without being seen, as there were plenty of muggle whizzing past. Fortunately they didn't have to pretend interest in the sign and learnt some interesting facts to go with their smiley.
Out with Mattycat for a nights caching after nearby rehearsals for Mrs frog, the hardest part was finding our way to GZ to get a close legal park TFTC MalanDi
Out for a night drive with Mr and Mrs Froghoppin,
We seemed to take the long way maze getting a park in the side street,
but the ease of cache finding made up for that

Didn't find it other half was being annoying so had to call it quits maybe I'll come back and try again when he isn't with me
I found the goalposts and wondered how anyone could kick a footy between them from 50 metres !!
Then I found the sign and after a read about everything Magarey, I marked the cache
TFTC and something different.

My last day in Adelaide saw me find the need to do a little bit of caching, so today's jaunt was up around the Westlakes/Woodville/Flinders Park area.
Nice easy find - the trick seemed to be finding a parking space close enough to the cache, but with a little bit of work and google maps managed to find a good place to park while I grabbed the cache.

Once we found an appropriate place to park, accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache MalanDi.
