Having done a couple of excellent caches already today (including a FTF on the secret cave!), we were looking forward to this one... and it definitely didn't disappoint! It was a nice easy walk up the hillside with impressive cliffs on the right opening up as we went, but reaching the summit was something else. Would have to be some of the most magnificent scenery we've seen, in Ireland or anyway else. The cliffs, sea and islands were breathtaking, with a little lonely watch hut perched on the pinnacle. There was no wind at all and no tourists either. Just us and the beautiful landscape.

We got rather alarmed when the GPS pointed down a very scary cliffside, but thankfully we took heed of the hint rather than the coords (which were about 20m out on our GPS), and the cache was found in a sensible position.

Thank you for this cache, it's wonderful and a must do for sure.

I wasn't actually actively looking for it, just came across the cache during one of my favourite walks in Erris. Good I had a pen with me... Thank you for putting the cache there, it was a pleasant surprise!!

A great walk out to the point from the harbour. Great views of the stacks and rugged cliffs. Picked up TB (R7KYHG). Did not seem to be on cache inventory so will investigate further once I have an Internet connection. TFTC.

nice find! first in NW trip.

First to find. A unexpected bonus.

Found the coordinates a little off. But logically there are only a few 'safe' places to hide a cache up here.

Thanks for the journey.

Team CraigsBar and AmJay.
