Logs
Archiving this cache due to the number of logs mentioning the rocks being slippery. Obviously it is too hard for some people to cope with so removing it.
#5682 Enjoying a couple of geodog free days we set off on an intriguing adventure into Cape le Grand and heading first to Cache le Grand to be specific. Already impressed by the shear beauty of this place. A quick scramble to gz and the cache was found without issue. TFTC goosebumpers.
Found after a fun drive along the beach from Wylie Beach.Bit of a rock scramble, and VERY slippery on the last 20m or soA lovely part of the world!TFTC FF
Found after spending the day out in the Cape Le Grande National Park, have to say this was my least favourite beach. But made up for it by having a geocache. However I didn't have the appropriate shoes on for hunting and did come across a red belly black on my way back. Please don't be like me and wear appropriate foot wear!!
What a stunning NP this is! We expected it to be scenic but totally underestimated how much. It's a great view of the pristine Cape le Grand beach from GZ. And there's a rock to sit on to sign the log! TFTC goosebumpers. FP! Picked up Maori wooden coin (Aapje).
During our two-month trip through New Zealand and Australia we arrived in Esperance yesterday.Today we are going for a walk in the Cape Le Grand National Park. This cache was found during the beautiful walk.**goosebumpers**, thanks for the cache.
We are currently on a eight week holiday which is mostly spent in New Zealand and Australia. However, the first three days were spent in Singapore as a nice break from an otherwise long flight. We had about three weeks in New Zealand which went by too quickly. The remaining five weeks are spent in Australia. Yesterday we drove from Hyden to Esperance. For today we have planned to walk from Rossiter Bay to Le Grand Beach. It turned out to be an amazing walk. which turned Thank you very much for this cache. The trail went through various types of landscape. We had amazing views and spotted different kinds of wildlife. Also we had excellent weather. A clear blue sky with an exuberantly shining sun. It just can't get any better. To even add to the fun there was this cache along the track. We found it after a short search without any problem. Thank you very much for this cache.
We are staying in Esperance for a few nights, and this morning, after climbing Frenchmans Peak, we drove down to the water here. The colour of the sand and the colour of the water under a very blue sky is absolutely outstanding and aside from one fisherman, we seemed to have the beach to ourselves. We then came on the mission to find this hide, and with a good set of coordinates soon had our name added to the log. Thanks goosebumpers for highlighting this incredibly beautiful area through geocaching. We add an absolute well-deserved favourite point here. Domsky
Today we took a beach drive from Wyllies to Cape Le grand and were rewarded with a cache on completion. The scenery is beyond words. Tftc
Visiting the park with a (cruise) tour bus. Saw that a cache was nearby for our first near Esparence, so up the hill past the warning sign. Saw a couple of spots near the gz, but a man made formation stood out. Thankfully a pencil wax provided as I had none.TFTC!
Ciao e grazie. #10808Today we are going to visit some beaches east of Esperance in the Cape Le Grand national park. This is the first.Lots but not too many people on the beach even if the campsite is completely full. A few steps on the rocks and we find the little box in full shape. We sign on the last available spot in the logbook, take some photos and head back down. But what a beautiful place! Hello and thanks. #10808
With the Motobike 3 Weeks Holliday in Western Australia. We will make the Holland-Track. Good found by the Koords. TFTC Pitfeder Switzerland

Great spot very fun and I was shocked when I saw the walk there it was a beautiful relaxing view with a risky sign on the walk there, mum kept on it reminding to be careful in the end we found it was very nice and very worth it would recommend Thanks TaylorTravelz
I parked in the car park and with no trail to follow i started in a straight line but soon run into a meter of seaweed, skirted uphill towards GZ and did some rock hopping and scrub bashing to arrive at GZ, cache uncovered, log signed and replaced as found, I did find an easier path back. Thanks for bringing me here and

Bingo bango! Wandered over to GZ before heading off on the coastal hike. Fab views of course! Cache located quickly and then set about exploring the rock sculptures just beyond. TFTC and the FUN!
What a fabulous park to visit and awesome white sandy beaches. Awesome views and great walk up onto the rocks. TFTC
Out and about again, exploring Esperance - particularly the eastern side and Cape LeGrande NP. Did the early hike up to the top of Frenchman Peak, then detoured to Hellfire Bay. Finally to Le Grande Beach.
Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today
Thanks to all the CO’s for the hides I found.

Not sure if the photo captures it, but we were amazed by how clear the water is here - it barely looks like seawater. Reception was patchy, but better out towards the cache - I knew where it was roughly, and made a quick find. Thanks goosebumpers for this view along the beach.
A grand tour of Cape Lee Grande and some of its caches. Love the animals and plants here they are magical
Nice little scramble by Mrs while Mr haf a fish. Always great views when you increase your elevation . Thanks

Beautiful day so booked the geo-schnauzer into doggy day care and headed to Cape Le Grand.
Arrived to find the beach heavily laden with washed in seaweed which was reeking. Fortunately we made a quick find at gz so didn't linger. Spotted a kangaroo very close to the carpark which was not bothered at all by the visiting muggles. Thanks goosebumpers

Had a great walk with Nepeancacher, finding a couple of caches in the area. A good way to start the year. Thanks for the cache
This cache was not found since October, now 3 times in one day. Happy New Year and I hope 2021 is better than 2020 was.
Finally got round to logging some caches we found while we were on holiday in Esperance last year! We had a great time away, stayed in an Air B&B, explored Cape Le Grand and lots of beaches. This cache was found after about 5 minutes of searching. Great view, thanks for bringing us here!
TFTF - what a view. Nice quick one while heading around the rocks to small cave.
My partner wanted to have a relaxing afternoon on the beach. Thank you for the geocache. Lovely spot!
Today we visited the awesome beaches of Cape Le Grand NP. I love this place so much. We had the beach to ourselves and did a nice beach walk before we climbed up the coast for the cache. Thank you for the cache
