Walked up and around from down below and soon had the cache in hand. Agree, I wonder what it was there for.....
Thanks for the cache anyway....

Ok, so on Thursday 6th left home on latest expedition. This long weekend was a camping trip with ”The CT 6” to Lake Pawtuckaway in NH. The CT 6 consists of Coolcamaro, JeepInIt Real, Boootz and myself.
Logs can be signed individually or as The CT 6.
During the expedition we cached our way up through Ct and Mass, then into NH where we did quite a few P&G’s in Manchester NH. It was then on to Lake Pawtuckaway to check in. On the afternoon of the 6th we took a run at some river caches on a section we had been on in the spring, however the water level was too low, so off for a few short hikes and more P&Gs.
Friday morning it was off for a bike cache trip, then a few more P&G’s before getting back on the bikes to round out the day.
Saturday was Yak day on Lake Pawtuckaway, with a get together with the RI flotilla for lunch. Then off for more Yak caching on the lake. Saturday night before heading out for dinner we called in at the RI cook out to say hi.
Sunday was check out day so we did a few nice short hikes in the Raymond area as well as a few hiking caches in the park.
All in all an awesome caching expedition with approximately 120 caches visited and about 110 found.
Many thanks to all cache owners for placing and maintaining these caches

On a misting kinda morning, I found this easy cache quickly. Found the cache in good shape nice and dry and a dry log to sign. Rehid as found and I was on my way to work. Thank for placing this cache. TFTH, TFTC, SL

Was going to look for this one a while back but could never quite figure out where it was. I came at this one from the opposite side than I should have, had to do a little hand over fist rock climbing but I found it. TFTC.
We were in the area waiting for our friends to arrive at the airport. Turned out they missed their flight so we had some time to kill, so we decided to do some caching. TFTC!!!
We are visiting from Australia with geocaching friends Phetlern and today was the 28th day of our month long road trip through New England. We are staying at Manchester New Hampshire and though the day is cold and wet we decided to do a few caches enroute to buying a can opener which was not provided at our bnb and will be required tonight for our gourmet tuna surprise dinner This was one of the caches we targetted and found before heading back to the warmth of our accommodation. Thanks to pridelander

It was one wet morning in Manchester! With only one more caching day left before our road trip with Liz and Bruce ends, the pressure was on to find some local caches, this was one of them.
The guard rail led us back to the car today.
TNLN . . SL . . Thanks for the hunt pridelander.
