Logs
Hi check on this one to night and it has gone missing due to no camouflage left to hide the cache in i have decided to archive this listing
Out and about with geo-wife and BB Jnr.
Found what I am certain from previous PPE log and the CO of Train Spotters, that I found what the cache had been attached to, and is now broken.
Will return after the CO has logged a cache check.
Thanks anyway.

Reading the clues in the description and the logs did not help in finding this one this time.
I should have returned straight to work after taking an extended lunch break to find a couple of multi-caches on Mitchells Pass, but I kept being tempted by other unfound caches in the area. This was one of three that hadn’t originally been on the radar.
These types of hides are very common these days so it did not take me long to uncover the cache.

Found with Alfyboy this afternoon on a raid of the far west Sydney Basin . Seems a long time since I have seen an alcan 4x4 cache. Have seen tonnes of these types of these hides over the past 12months a-la the Trainspotter series.

Came past while caching in the area. Parked and walked over to GZ. While checking places here and there, Purplepeopleater made the find. We SL and replaced. TFTC.

Cool cache. Was visible, so rehid. I wonder if I would have got it otherwise, I kind of suck at Micros. Tftc.
Quick find on a day trying to rain.Off to the Rugby at Nepean Rugby Park! TFTC
A nice quick easy find. We have seen quite a few of this kind of cache in Western Sydney.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Quick find. This was the thirteenth find of fifteen today. I am visiting from Canberra for Christmas and today I went out Geocaching. Merry Christmas. TFTC.
Requiring a find on the 9th December for my 366 day calendar & due to the storm today I decided to find a couple locally.
After the thunder storm had passed and the rain has eased it was out to seek out a cache or two.
On my way to this guy I spotted a munzee and as I have just downloaded the app I grabbed my first as well as this cache.
Thanks alcan 4x4 for placing this cache.

Found this one on my way home from work a while ago but have been too busy to log it. It was an easy find after a hint from a friend and now that the weeds have been reduced.

Cache was just there exposed for all to see, and consequently took about 1 second to find. Signed log and replaced, back in a more stealthy hiding spot where we thought it was meant to go.
Thanks alcan4x4
Thanks alcan4x4
Cache #132 and Streak #98.
I needed a quick and easy one before the F.Y.A.O.A.L. event this weekend, before I went shopping at the local centre. Placed back so it was less visible to any muggle traffic. TFTC.

At GZ I was confronted with, a dead possum, and an exposed cache. I left the possum, PU!, and hid the container somewhat better. Thanks alcan 4x4
Got a bit squeamish at the dead possum but persevered and found a very sneaky hide.

Found with The Rats and Hoojar on a run through the Blue Mountains.
The Rats had been here before making this one a quick find- the only problem was the dead possum right at GZ which Hoojar almost stepped on before I warned him ! TFTC!

Alas this cache was not very pleasant, but it had nothing to do with the cache, or the cache hider. It was simply that right at GZ there is a dead possum! I almost trod in/on it! The stench is nasty, but at least Steeba and I got the cache!
Cheers

Nice hide. Drive past here so often bug never had the chance to stop. Took geodog for walk this morning for the pretty easy find. SL. TFTC.
Joint find with friends J+J after a great day caching up the mountains today. This will be our last one for today. So now the long drive home. SL..TFTC

An easy walk from my house to a familiar spot and an easy enough find. Thanks for the cache.
I love caches that are near bridges. A great idea for a hide. It took us a while to find, but luckily somebody new to caching made the find for us. Cheers.
Found with Jamie2750. After a quick scout had cih. SL TFTC

Thanks Alcan's
Thanks Alcan's
Took ages for Mrs GUIO to get out of the car and come and put us out of our misery by finding this one for us.
We had 5 minutes but she only needed 5 seconds.
Glad she's on my team
Cheers for the cache.

First had a terrifying start by an animal jumping out of the bush at us, but we we got there by a joined effort with MTNorth.
Great hide!
Great hide!
This one had me stumped for a while as I initially had thoughts of this one being somewhere else, then the gizmo had me some 4-5m away.
Eventually something caught my eye and the cache was soon in hand.
Thanks

I was glad I located this one as quickly as I did. The early morning muggles were starting to get about and appearing from under the bridge at an ever increasing rate.
Signed the log quickly and was outa there.

Stopped by this obscure little spot in Emu Heights on my way back to work from the Blue Mountains. Maybe not really a 'troll' but close enough . . .
I guess I was looking for the wrong kind of hide, based on the CO's description and the earlier finders' logs. But I found it anyway, looking right at me, without the kind of camo I expected.
If the container were a different colour, it would have been even more difficult. As it was, this kind of simple hide is nevertheless very effective indeed. Took a bit of looking.
Published coords were pretty good. Container was in good shape. Log scroll was dry. TNLNSL.
Many thanks to alcan 4x4 for another one.

After dumping the little ones at grandparents we set off with the boys on our caching trip to Canberra. This was our first find of the day. Took a little search before locating the correct hide! TFTC!

I was actually less than 5 min drive from GZ when this cache when active. But didn't worry about a FTF for once. When to find with Team Webguy today, and Webguy jr was the one to make the easy find. TFTC.
Found on a quick trip after school with the family before going out for dinner. Thanks
Thanks For The Cache alcan 4x4

Thanks alcan 4x4! We searched for a while until I found the coordernates were off so made a wider search circumference until the cache was found. TFTC
The GPS was jumping around a bit, taking a while to locate the spot, but eventually little NickoHeap found it in a likely spot. Thanks
Canary had gotten separated from us on the drive back from Campbelltown, so Toriaz and I found this before he could get to GZ. We returned the cache and then watched Canary and his boys root around for a few minutes before turning it up. Toriaz could proudly boast that she found it in the first place she looked. Thanks
Found this one in a few seconds . bikerbuddy was still reading the cache notes when I luckily looked in exactly the right spot & extracted this little container. Then we quickly put it back in place & stood back to let Team Canary find it as well when they caught up with us.
Thanks alcan 4x4 .
Thanks alcan 4x4 .
We tried to embarass ourselves in front of bikerbuddy and Toriaz as we took way too long to find this one!
