Sorry guys.. it's time for this one to go.
Geomum dropped by on Thursday after dropping geoboy off at extension studies for the day and the cache was gone. It's likely it was someone who goes to the school/catches the bus that found it so if we replaced the cache it might just go missing again.
And no offence to my previous self, but it's not exactly the most exciting location anyway

Made a detour and dropped in with brother on the way home from Mother's Day duties. the GPS said behind the shelter so we looked there a bit but it didn't seem to fit the description. We spent much longer at a more fitting spot but found nothing today. Hmm, maybe next time. Thanks Zs.
Nice easy find today with no muggles.
Muggles came later and we had to wait for them to catch the bus before returning.
Good to finally find this on second attempt.
Thanks for the cache!

Found after working around Manly for the morning. There were a few folk at the bus stop as I passed and parked around the corner but they had departed before I walked back around for the search. Many thanks zargfinders
Caught the bus, avoided a multitude of muggles and after a fairly decent scout around once another bus had gone, geosister's geoboyfriend had CIH. That's 2 from 2 for him today - what an intro!
Fantastic disguise. Only found it after losing my footing!

Replaced log sheet and caching note. They should now be easier to retrieve from the container. As the container lid went missing ages ago, the old plastic bag has been shoved in the end to prevent the log sheet from falling out.
Very clever camo. Had to hang around for a while to avoid muggles at bus stop - got some very weird looks.
Someone has jammed the log book and pencil in too far so we couldn't get it out. It needs someone with a gentle touch and a pair of pliers to free the thing.

At last I have finally found it.
Nice hide, i looked there before and thought it wouldn't be that, got this on my way home from a dinner with friends.

Nice camouflage--not too fancy, but effective. There were boys playing some sort of game around the corner behind the bridge, but none too near me. A fellow at the bus stop also looked at me briefly while I was grabbing the cache, but soon turned away and I replaced it easily. TFTC!
On the way to the Caching we stopped at this one to replace the log. There is now a new one in there, and we were surprised that the old one lasted about one and a half years!!
Great camo took us a while plus hard with some many muffles haha thanks for the cache!!
Hello Zardfingers, thanks for the great find at 'wheelchair bridge', very well camouflaged! Just letting you know that you are in need of a new log sheet because there is no space left. Also the last person before took knick knacks but didn't leave any thanks again very much, Paddy, Marco and Keith
On the way home from Balgowlah on a wet Saturday, CJ and I thought we'd stop off and do a quick ZF cache. As we've come to expect from ZF, this one has great camo and we were not disappointed. So much effort goes into the cache container. SL TFTC
Cool cache container. Clever hide. AM and I found on a rainy Groundhog's Day.
very clever cache. A few muggles gave us a few weird looks but we found it in the end!! TFTC

Whilst waiting for a bus to the city with the young geodude there was time for a cache search. A well crafted camo yet again by the ZF's. SL TFTC
As always with zargfinders' caches, very original. Were in team with "lookandfindourarea". TFC.
A quick find, the clue helped once you think outside the box. Found with "Jormit". TFTC
The boys did it again! James must be our lucky charme After a bit of looking around in the GZ it didn't take them long to 'hint' the cache from it's great camo.
It took quite a while to start our search for this cache, due to there being people at the bus stop.We decided to leave and to come back later. The coast was clear on our return, but as soon as we started to search, two more people arrived, but we did manage to get the cache, without being seen.

Looking, looking, looking everywhere. Finally spotted a well disguised place and success! Sat in the nearby waiting area it sign log.

there hadn't been a stopper at that end for a while and it works fine without it. its hard to find a replacement and when we do it usually just goes missing again.
NM??? Maybe. Is there supposed to be a stopper on the far end of the cache? If so, it's gone.
Took a bit but had a light globe moment and made the find with muggle friend. TFTC
Even with muggles waiting for bus, spotted something out of place and retrieved.
I thought this one was going to be a toughie, but it helps to have done quite a few zargfinders caches. TFTC!

Went looking during my free periods today (when my fellow Bally Boys weren't there) but couldn't find it. I'll try again throughout the week.
Ok it WAS our 2nd attempt but 1st time was thwarted by muggles asking us too many questions , this time Sunday morning no muggles and a concerted effort by the 3 of us , best cache conceal we've seen TFTC
We were plugging away for quite a while, before we found this awesome hiding spot.
12/11/12 5:47 PM. Cache #230. Current streak: 64 days. Returned this afternoon after this morning's DNF armed with a PAF hint and: success! I only had eyes for 1 item though: the final CUIYC TB, which was there. Where to next?

12/11/2012 07:33AM. A DNF. Closest my GPS could get to a gz was 3m behind the bus shed, going up to 4-5m when I walked either side. Pulled everything I could think of. Had to leave for work, and too many muggles, so declared this a bust.

Dropping off CUIYC 5.
So wanted to put one of these in 'Doctor Who - Journey's End" - however that's outside the distance limits so will make do with another zargfinders cache.
watch out for those bus-catching muggles!

Sorry zargfinders, it isn,t missing. Went back for a fifth time and finally found it. Nice hint, PULL.
Came with Sailboatcaptain and Wickedfysh. Got quite a few suspicious glares from muggles waiting for the bus. Incredible hiding spot! Never would have found it, except Sailboatcaptain accidentally lent against it.
Now that was a cunning hide. Almost ready to give up when I remembered "Pull". tho' it was more a "Tug". Initially there were a collection of muggles at the bus stop that were eyeing us strangely but then a bus arrived and they all departed leaving us alone. WickedFysh and IndieStickfigure were invaluable assistants.
Reperio at 2100.
At this time of night, I was expecting to have the area mostly to myself, but it seemed everytime I started to check a new spot, someone arrived to wait for a bus. After eliminating most of the potential hiding spots, I eventually made my way to another spot which proved to be much more fruitful. A very nice hide indeed. Fits just right. A great cache.

Just visiting.... no muggles about, Harrison got it quickly this time, with a bit of a hint.

After a long time of extensive searching, muttering under our breath 'Pull, pull, pull' we managed to find the cache. Nice one zargfinders!

What a great end to a fantastic afternoon of geocaching. Tried to find this one a couple of months ago. No joy then but found it this time thanks. Took us and the geokids a long time but eventually Matthew's eagle eye found this one. I don't know how you keep coming up with such engrossing and enticing caches, but please don't stop. TFTC
Not too many muggles around. Took a while but eventually found it. Another great cache. Thanks!
Excellent hide - might deserve another star for difficulty. Found something just cms away that looked like it might be destroyed camo - then looked a touch further and voila! Favourite point from us. TFTC
I am really glad there was a cache here - i attended Bally Boys for the first half of the 80s and was there for the bridge opening. I heard the mayor mutter "what a waste of money" as the Burnt Creek Deviation was nearly complete and completely reduced the amount of traffic traveling along Sydney Rd. To this day most pedestrians take their luck dodging the traffic. Also a mate was the first to climb the bridge on the northern side - he did it before the concrete runners were put in, i dont know how he is still alive after pulling stunts like that.
As for the cache, it is a beauty, it needs to be as the Bally Boys of today are probably just as mischievous as we were back then. TFTC

Found quickly on the way home from a day at Manly caching. A nice hide without need for the GPS. A couple of muggles nearby, but I'm sure they were none the wiser. Took to car, SL and returned. A very clever hide. TFTC.
with all the rain today noone was around clever little cache favorite for me tftc
In the area so checked on the cache. The bag didn't need replacing, but just a reminder this is not a cache for swappables, as they can wreck it. The lid was off when we found it though we did manage to find the lid; the place where it's meant to go has been bent out of shape. It's alright without a lid and definitely still findable, but if we're in the area with the lid and some pliers, we can bend it back into shape.
Happy caching!

This took me some time to find! The cobwebs were a nice touch...how do you get those spiders to cooperate? Thanks for the fun.
Wow, good one! A favorite! Was checking out the other out of place item when I saw it. Great cammo. Boys school just let out when I was folding up the baggie. I think they were more interested in not missing the bus however.
When I recently decided to start hiding my own caches, I had decided to add to the quality of the area by only creating novel caches.
However, now that I've started finding a few Zargfinder caches, I've realised that they've been setting a standard that will be hard to match

The 'swap' I pulled from this cache, a little green alien dude, was far too big for the container. The lid had been jammed closed with some force, and the pen had stabbed its way through the ziplock bag.
The log was still dry when I signed it, and given the hiding place, it's probably right, but in future please check that you're not going to damage someone's cache!

Soggy Sunday morning. Buses picked up passengers on both sides just as we arrived at GZ. Perfect!! Mr G spotted something amiss and there it was. Another sneaky Zarg-hide. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
This one has been driving me nuts for a while, but I got it in the end.
Awesome hide.

The office is in Manly Vale so I had grabbed most of the ones around here... and tonight was the work Xmas party so I was worried where I would get a find for the streak. Luckily this new one had popped up since I left 1 year ago for Europe and would make my evening.
I taught a day at the school here last year, and you've done well for a high muggle area! Luckily at 10pm on a Tuesday there wasnt much to worry about for me
Cheers!
